Rehab (7/5): Was nice, without distribution - The apartment is clean. Close to the Center, many options for public transport. Plenty of restaurant around. No sunlight and humidity inside the room is high maybe because the rooms are underground.

Frederico (5/5): Muito sujo, escada interna inviabiliza malas - Local bom, bem de frente a um Carrefour. Bons restaurantes próximos, estrutura do local boa com cama confortável. Higiene do local péssima, chão empoeirado, edredon mofado e sujo. Achamos várias bitas de cigarro no lixo e apartamento estava fedido, provavelmente fumou quem preparou o apartamento ou nem limparam desde o hospede anterior. Tinha até comida guardada sob a cama. O fato de você entrar na sala e ter que descer uma escada caracol para ir aos quartos inviabiliza levar malas nos quartos deixando a sala uma bagunça.
Oleksii (6/5): Normal in general but not perfect for this price. - The location is great: 5-10 min by walk to nearest metro station, very close mini-shop and cafes for breakfast and/or dinner, 30 min to Duomo. The appointment is normal in general. Normal and comfortable beds in two separate rooms, good bathroom, air conditioning. The apartment is needed to be a bit renovated. It’s not very old and not crucial and mostly for the details. It’s also not mentioned but no sleepers and no shampoos. For business travelers it’s no hangers for clothes. The stairs is not suitable for older travelers.
Margarita (9/5): Superb - My friend and I stayed in these apartments and were absolutely delighted! Spacious, very comfortable accommodation, where we were perfectly accommodated - each had her own bedroom with a large double bed. Everything is organized as comfortably as possible: cleanliness, comfort, thoughtfulness in details. Communication with the owners (or managers) was easy and pleasant - always in touch, responded immediately, helped, accompanied. They provided detailed instructions on the equipment and actions in case of a power outage, offered a city guide - it was very caring and convenient. The location is excellent, everything is nearby. The price and quality are fully consistent, even more: for this money, a hotel room would definitely not have given us such comfort and space. We liked everything very much, and I am happy to recommend these apartments!
