LOOK FOR SOMEWHERE ELSE AND AVOID HERE FOREVER - the guard at the lobby is responsible. keep recording tenant information, booking id name contact and prove of booking. safe and security is good The parking situation was extremely confusing. Although a parking lot was provided, there were no clear instructions on how to get from the parking area to the building lift. We ended up wandering around the parking floor completely lost, trying to locate the lift. When we finally entered the property, we were shocked by the condition. There was a severe cockroach infestation. Cockroaches were everywhere, on the stairs, sofa, floor mat, TV cabinet, shoe rack, and even the bed frame. On top of that, the bed had visible blood stains. It was completely unacceptable and unhygienic. We immediately left the property, returned the key to the mailbox, and recorded videos as evidence, which we sent to the person in charge. Unfortunately, the host was rude and unresponsive throughout the situation. The next morning, I contacted Booking.com to report the incident, but the outcome was disappointing. The host declined the refund request, and I received no compensation. I ended up paying RM222 for a stay we could not even use, plus an additional RM400 to urgently find alternative accommodation late at night. Strongly advise future guests to avoid this property and look for somewhere else to stay.

• Jimmy (5/5): Will not stay here again. - Access to mall. Lots of hangers provided. We booked this place because it was listed as having two bathrooms, but there was actually only one full bathroom upstairs and one toilet (without a shower) downstairs. We were a family of 3 adults + 1 child staying for 4D3N, yet only one toilet roll was provided. Both bidet hoses were broken, and although we reached out within two hours of checking in to request replacements, nothing was done during our entire stay. The apartment was not well cleaned nor well maintained—there were hairs and dust in the corners and around the bed, and some sections of the flooring were warped and uneven. No laundry detergent provided, you’ll need to bring your own. The sofa/couch was also very uncomfortable, essentially a vinyl-covered wooden plank.

• Donna (7/5): Not perfect, but ok - Location was suitable for us, out of town but easy access to metro. The apartment was clean and the bed comfortable. When we arrived the WiFi wasn’t working, but within a day it was sorted. I had to prompt them for checking in details on the day, luckily we have stayed in this block before so had an idea where to go and what to do, but this did not give me a vote of confidence as I was trying to contact them whilst travelling from the airport. The fridge stopped working on 2nd day making a loud clicking noise, advised them a few times but no one came and sorted it. Sink blocked in downstairs bathroom. The toilet water hoses were not repaired and unusable (which a review commented on this back in November).
• Muhammad (10/5): - Very near to Taman Mutiara as it leads to direct access to train station and mall. Very clean and comfortable apartment. Highly recommended Hot water not available in any tap except shower.

• Patrick (4/5): Älter als gedacht - Die Lage war wie gewünscht. Wenn man in der Stadt sein will, muss man eben etwas im Zentrum buchen. Für uns war es super. Das Bett war bequem. Alles ist alt. Der Küchertisch wackelt, da will man nicht sitzen und man kann da auch nicht arbeiten. Das "kalte" Wasser der Maschine ist immer warm, super unangenehm. Der Kühlschrank ist viel zu kalt und immer nass. Man muss da einfach mal bisschen Geld investieren und die Ausstattung erneuern. Das war auf jeden Fall enttäuschend.
