• Nagore Grijalba (10/5): Excelente apartamento para pasar unos dias - La persona con la que hablé a través de la aplicación de booking ha sido muy amable y ha respondido a todas mis preguntas rápidamente. Además, pudimos hacer el check in un poco antes de lo establecido. El apartamento es amplio con una cama de matrimonio y un sofa cama en el salón. Todo estaba limpio. La localizacion esta muy bien, a 10 min a pie de la parada metro Zara (M3), supermercados y cerca de la zona para salir Isola. Todo estaba bien. Añadiría trapos de cocina para secar los platos.

• ALEKSANDR (7/5): - Расположение отличное, просторный номер, балкон, наличие множества предметов быта: утюг, тостер, стиральная машинка, микроволновая печь, кофемашина, посудомоечная машина, кондиционер. Было грязно, по углам много волос и пыли, видно, что полы моются не часто, плохая звукоизоляция, напротив идет стройка, поспать подольше не получится, нет капсул к кофемашине.

• Doris (3/5): Große Wohnung, enttäuschende Sauberkeit - Zentral gelegen, 15 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.zu Fuß und Metrostation ums Eck, großzügige Wohnung, funktionierende Klimaanlage. Wohnung war nicht geputzt, wie wir eingecheckt sind. Flecken von vorgehenden Gästen im Bad und am Boden ersichtlich, Küchenabfluss voll mit Haaren; es wurde eine Zwischenreinigung organisiert, das war leider nicht sehr vielversprechend. Mit den Kosten für die Reinigung (immerhin 60€) wurde uns nicht entgegen gekommen. Fenster dichten nicht sehr gut, der Straßenlärm (vor allem Mopeds) ist sehr laut bis spät in die Nacht.

• Viki (10/5): Nice and comfortable accommodation for short and long term stay - Beautiful and comfortable accommodation. You feel at home. There is everything you need and even more. Convenient location. There are nice places for outdoor recreation nearby. One of the good memories of my stay in Milan :) And we will come back again if we have the opportunity. I recommend it from the bottom of my heart.
• Marius (8/5): The place was nice and comfortable, well located, and perfect for a short stay. - • Clean and quiet • Close to the modern city center • Well equipped • Charming building entrance through a vintage hallway and a lovely small garden • No coat hanger • No soap holder on the sink • The window area in the bathroom had a lot of mold • The dressing room was filled with cleaning supplies. The biggest inconvenience was at checkout: you're required to leave the keys in a safe box next to the apartment door, but the main building door also requires one of those keys to exit. This means you either need to unlock the building door first and leave it open (which can be tricky with luggage), or ask your companion to hold the door while you go back to lock up and drop the keys in the box. A small detail, but it makes the checkout process more complicated than it should be.

• Edgar (8/5): Overall our stay was positive and I would definitely book this apartment again. - The apartment is located in a lively neighborhood, close to bus stop, metro stations and grocery stores. It's quite big and very convenient for 3-4 people. The apartment is clean and equipped with all necessary stuff (coffee machine, kettle etc.) The internet was also very good. This is not connected to the apartment itself, but I don't see the reason to collect extra money for the late checkin, in case the entrance is contactless and no one has to come to meet you at night. However, this is very common in Italy.

• Mitchell (10/5): Super friendly, helpful and comfortable. Would recommend if this is in your price range. - Very spacious, super helpful owner/staff. Space was secure, comfortable and had all facilities. As the property is a new listing, it was missing some minor facilities (drying rack). However the owner generously delivered one the next morning, so no issue at all. Other minor thing was requiring mobile connection to unlock front gate, we had an issue with our mobile provider so could not enter for some time.
