• Sarah (10/5): Incredible location with unforgettable view! - This apartment was incredible!! We toured through Italy with three teenage boys this summer. By far this was our FAVORITE place! It was spacious, quiet, and very clean. The view of the Duomo from the third floor living area was spectacular. The location was close to the main sites, allowing us to stop back in as we needed throughout a busy day. It had everything we needed to function as a family, including a small washing machine. We really appreciated the cold air conditioner after staying in several other locations throughout Italy in the middle of summer. This three-story apartment played a role in why we fell in love with Florence. We are already trying to figure out when we can come back to stay longer. If you are looking for a place to stay in Florence, you found it. Nothing

• Bogdan (10/5): Beautiful apartment in the heart of Florence - What a grand apartment this is, just steps away from the Duomo. Just stepping inside in the hallway of the beautiful old building felt walking in a museum. The flat is set over 3 floors and not suitable for those with reduced mobility, but carryingyour luggage over a few steps shouldn'tbean issue.We loved the use of the space and it was very comfortable for 5 adults. The living area is amazing, with views of the Cathedral dome and the terraces of the surrounding buildings. The apartment was very well equipped and communication with the host was great. We'd love to come back😀 We only had 3 days to explore the beautiful Florence

Access to apartment is convenient by use of code. location is great near Duomo and plenty of restaurants and cafe the stairs.. especially if you have to carry luggages upstairs.

Multi level apartment, be aware if you have issues with stairs. - You can't beat this location, right in the centre of Florence with a spectacular view of the Duomo. We were easily able to walk there from the train station. The living room/kitchen area is lovely. Host was responsive via WhatsApp. Accessing the apartment was easy and we were able to do it on our own. The layout of the apartment is odd, and there are a lot of narrow stairs to contend with. Don't book this spot if stairs are an issue for you. Each bedroom is on it's own floor, with the living room/kitchen up on the third level of the apartment. So if you have mobility issues and chose this apartment because it has an elevator in the building, please note you will then be faced with a stacked apartment where only 1 bedroom is on the main level. You have no choice but to use the stairs in order to access the second bedroom and the living room/kitchen. The bedrooms were not very comfortable in my opinion. Hard beds (basically large cots), thin pillows & mattress, very dated furniture and the air conditioning in the bedrooms was weak (air con on the third floor living room worked great). One of the double beds in the larger room was up on a loft area within the room and is only accessible with a very steep, narrow metal ladder. We all felt nervous of falls while using the ladder, and it was a challenge to get a piece of luggage up there. Be aware of that if your booking requires 3 beds, someone will have to use the loft bed and a ladder. I think the photos on the site should be updated to accurately reflect the reality of the bedrooms and the layout of the apartment. I would also highly recommend replacing the furniture on the main floor bedroom, especially the love seat that you have covered with sheets.
• Blair (10/5): Great location in the heart of Florence - Amazing location just a few minutes from the Duomo with everything accessible and on your doorstep. Comms with the host was excellent and Jae was super helpful and accommodating. She also allowed to store our luggage prior to checkin. Clean apartment with comfortable beds and great air conditioning in all of the rooms which held up well during the heatwave. Overall, great stay that I’d recommend. Very basic kitchen facilities that make it challenging to cook / eat at the apartment. No condiments.

It was spread across three floors but it was a great amount of space as we were traveling with our family of 5.

We had unlucky yet valuable memories he - Location is perfect indeed and apartment manager is very nice and responsive when we have urgent needs. It is not the best fit for big families with larger luggages as the stairs are too narrow and difficult. One of the 3 couples have to sleep in living room (sofa bed) on 3rd floor which is not that convenient. Have view to Duomo but mostly seeing the rooftop not directly into the church itself.

Washer and drying rack worked out well. Comfortable beds. Plenty of storage. Great views. Air conditioning performed well in the brutal April heat (90+ degrees) Communication with host / key pick up was easy. Nicely furnished and decorated. Super central location. Some noise from neighbors. Screaming Chinese tour group a couple nights. A loud party on Saturday night that went till early morning. We were still able to sleep though. Nothing the host can do about it.

• E. (10/5): Exceptional - The host Jae was super helpful, even provide some tips where to go, what food to try. Someone who go an extra mile to make their guest comfortable. The location is super handy, right in the centre, the duomo is simply a few steps away. The apartment had a low voltage of power watts, hence you can't use too many appliances at the same time else it switches off the entire power, and you have to go out the public hallway to flip the switch back. And the entire hallway is pitch black.

Everything worked well: great water pressure in bathrooms and kitchen, lights all worked. Has a dishwasher! Nothing! I would only note that this probably wouldn’t be ideal for very young children just because there are stairs and a ladder to a loft (but ladder can be folded up to remove access).

• Robert (10/5): Our best experience in Europe - During our 16 day trip with multiple stays in various countries, nothing compared with our amazing experience with both in the flat and with our hosts. The apartment was multi-level, beautiful, roomy, and quiet. You could sit out on a perch with views of Duomo and the surrounding neighborhood. It was centrally located and in comfortable and safe walking distance to shops, terrific restaurants, and historical sites. The most special part was our host Jae and her husband, who were fabulous in every way. Jae not only promptly answered any questions throughout our stay but went above and beyond by making detailed suggestions for the best restaurants and activities. She even called ahead for availability and made reservations for us at cafes that were the best pizza and pasta we had in Italy. I couldn’t recommend this booking highly enough.
