• DENISE (1/5): PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA - não teve nenhum ponto positivo nessa experiência A proprietária foi extremamente grosseira, intransigente, inflexível, me tratou super mal, só porque eu perguntei da possibilidade de um amigo que teria voo mais tarde entrar comigo no apartamento por 2 horas. Não questiono o fato de não permitir, afinal existem regras, mas a forma como ela falou comigo sendo rude me deixou receosa de entrar na acomodação, além disso queria me cobrar uma taxa abusiva de 500 reais por fora da plataforma. Tive MEDO de me hospedar lá. Liguei para o booking e não me ajudaram em NADA. Em resumo, não fui para o apartamento e perdi todo o meu dinheiro. Não recomendo de forma alguma qualquer interação com essa proprietária. E nunca mais me hospedo pelo booking.
• Marifel (10/5): Excelente estadía - El apartamento está muy bien ubicado y equipado. Es cómodo y espacioso, además estaba muy limpio cuando llegamos. El edificio tiene un guardia de seguridad 24/7 que se encarga de abrir la puerta para los huéspedes y se ingresa al apartamento con un código, lo que hace el check in muy cómodo y quita la preocupación de estar pendiente de las llaves. La anfritiona fue muy amable, prestativa y servicial, siempre atenta a lo que le pedimos. Todo estuvo de 10 puntos.
• SILVANIA SOFIA (10/5): PERFECTA - la atencion fue maravillosa, el lugar esta cerca de todo, la playa, buenos restaurantes y lugares comerciales. perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones con tu pareja o sola. ambiente tranquilo, muy limpio.

• Michael (3/5): Wouldn’t stay again - Location was good, bed was nice Very misleading title and pictures. It’s not a loft, you can’t see the beach (or anything) from the window, the view was awful. Bathroom doesn’t have a proper door, hole in the wall, toilet seat dodgy and shower only half worked. Door has issues, reported them but was laughed at. Overall not great.

• Uequin (10/5): - El departamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. La zona es muy buena. Tiene un purificador de agua que nos sirvió de mucho!

• Leo (10/5): Location is simply fantastic!!!! - The location is simply fantastic, as said on the website; it is close to everything, and the property is spotless. The most significant aspect of working from home was the internet connection, which I was concerned about yet exceeded all of my expectations. The internet was incredibly fast and reliable. I will definitely go back to Brazil and this place will be on my list to book again. For the really first time I don't have anything to say that I did not like about a place while staying overseas.
