• Harald (9/5): We'll come again - Nice location in chic and quiet neighbourhood 2 to 6 min walk to tube, shops, pubs, restaurants Walking distance to Notting Hill, Little Venice Clean Separate bedrooms for parents and teenage daughter Friendly and accomodating host available over WhatsApp 3 travel adapters suitable for German plugs Many things present for daily use: tea + coffee + spices + towels + bedding + tooth brushes + safe + a few dish washer tablets + ,,, Not very critical and may well be fixed when you arrive: - toilet flush does often not close properly and then leaks water permanently into toilet (could be corrected by flushing again) - one shelf in on bedroom cupboard broken - would be helpful to have hangers close to entrance for jackets you should know since it may bother you: - ground-level flat with opaque curtains - nearly 200 pounds per night over Easter on one week's notice
• LM (4/5): Disappointing - No response from Owners after they offered a refund. Locked out from the apt. - 1) Nice neighborhood 2) Interior was nice 3) Support team was responsive during the stay 4) Clean 5) Able to accommodate late check-in with lockbox 6) Located on ground level 1) Repeated door lock failures: we were locked out multiple times; three of us struggled with the front door lock and a neighbor helped us twice (he had a a similar lock) but could only open it once. Manager kept sending messages that we were not opening the lock properly, but those were misleading and not helpful. Bottom line is it should not take multiple people to open a front door. Suggest - Replace or professionally service the door lock, provide water in an outage and honor/refund follow‑ups promptly after checkout. Beds are not very comfortable.
• Michela (8/5): - Everything was good. Location, it was clean and cosy and two bedrooms so ideal for a family. They kindly let us check in early on arrival as place was available and we kept apartment a little longer also on departure. If you have a late flight however, you need to find a place where to leave luggage or take it with you. The bath is abit high to get in and out. It was OK for us but anyone a little older or with mobility issues may have a problem to get in and out of the bath. Ideally put a non slip low stool to help that. Double beds are not very large.

• James (8/5): A good place to stay in a quiet area. You can walk to Notting Hill and Portobello Road Markets. - Location was a 15 minute walk to good coffe shops, pubs and restaurants. 10 mins to supermarket (Waitrose) Double bed - prefer Queen size
• Erik (9/5): A great stay in a great city! We would love to return someday. - Host was awesome and very helpful. Apartment was located within easy reach of anything we needed in terms of transport, shopping, dining etc. We had long days out and some great rest upon our return to the apartment. Honestly I don’t have a criticism. We got what we paid for and some nice personal attention from our host. Can’t really ask for more.
• janine (10/5): Excellent stay, great location and friendly host. - Great space, modetn and clean and comfirtable. Everything we needed and a friendly host. Great location even though the event we were attending at Hyde Park, which was so close, was cancelled. The tube station was a 5 minute walk and gave us easy access to all attractions. All in all, just great, and we will stay again if the opportunity arises. There was nothing to dislike. We had a great stay and everything was good.

• Siti (10/5): Exceptional - This house is very beautiful and the most important thing is that the owner is a Muslim and all the kitchen equipment is complete, we can use it without hesitation and this house is very clean, a very strategic place, you can walk to the station and you can walk to the center “bayswater” full of restaurant dan halal for muslim. Insyallah i will stay here again.

The member of staff (Mark) we met was very friendly and approachable for any inconvenience we had. As said in the name of the apartment, the flat seems to be newly refurbished, thus in great condition.

Incredible location too and close to tube stops and restaurants. - I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Bright & Spacious Apartment in the heart of London, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, Mark, the host, made me feel incredibly welcome. He had thoughtfully provided snacks upon arrival, which was a lovely touch after a long journey. The apartment itself is exactly as described—bright, spacious, and impeccably clean. It was not just a place to sleep, but a comfortable and inviting home during my stay. The bed was comfortable, and the living space was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The location of this apartment is unbeatable. It’s situated in a vibrant area with plenty of pubs, restaurants, and even a supermarket just a short walk away. Public transportation is also conveniently accessible, making it easy to get around and explore all that London has to offer. Overall, I had a fantastic experience staying here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay in London. Thanks again to Mark for being such a gracious host! Not a big deal at all but I was initially confused by the outlets - as an American visiting the UK for the first time, I wasn't aware of turning on the outlet first to charge my devices lol

• Hafeez (8/5): Nice, cosy and well located property. - The location of the flat was good being just 5 minutes away from the underground train station / Bus stop. Some of the famous places, like Big Ben, London Eye, Tower bridge, Hyde park, Birmingham Palace etc. were close by. TESCO grocery store is just 10-12 min walk from the flat.. Some restaurants are available at 3-8 minutes walking distance. Kitchen was very good as it had good stove, refrigerator, dish washer, washing machine, utensils, crockery etc. It gave a tidy and clean look. Heating was very effective. The dining table and TV were very good. The washroom was little tight but nicely built / renovated. The beds have poor springs mattresses, are not comfortable enough and need to be replaced. The two sofas in the TV room are old, not comfortable for sitting and need to be replaced. Kitchen needs to be equipped with a microwave oven. The smaller bedroom has no almirah for hanging cloths. A smaller almirah with mirror on its door would be very useful.

• Kala (5/5): Passable - Good location If you arrive a little earlier than what was told to the host, expect to have to wait outside for the host because he will tell you that his tyre blew out and he needs more time to arrive. We waited outside in cold weather for about 1 hour because I told him I was arriving early. Also, I did the basic cleaning before I left and the host was not happy either. He expected us to wipe the place down... Instead of being grateful, he was rude.

Bright evening street lamp easily managed by dark window blinds and curtains
• Madi (10/5): Exceptional - Really loved every bit of it. Neatly reconstructed and furnished, it has plenty of room to comfortably acommodate a family or group of 4. The location is fantastic, nearby Paddington, Hyde Park, Portobello Road, a few underground lines and bus routes. The communication with Reef was absolutely fantastic, and he promptly assisted with everything needed. I can't recommend this flat enough.
