• Alison (10/5): Great location easy to find. - Great size unit and everything you need, full sized fridge and stove/oven, washing machine was a great addition in the room. Loved the BBQ area for cooking outside. Also out far enough from the city centre to be quiet, but close enough to pop down for a coffee. Shower on the smaller side but not a big issue.

• Shar (4/5): DO NOT COME HERE - The place is well kept Beds are very disappointing and owner, Natasha Hendrickson is very hard to deal with. There was an accident where a container of food accidentally spilled in the bottom tray of the fridge. We only realised this before departure. The tray had a crack in it prior to our arrival and they had attempted to repair it with tape. Unfortunately the repaired tray was not repaired well enough and the spill seeped through the tray onto the seal of the fridge. We have had spills before and been able to remove the stain and I thought the cleaning team would be able to remove the stain as it had not affected the operation of the fridge. 3 days later I receive a text message stating the cleaning team could not remove the stain and charges to my credit card would apply. I replied to the text with a number of solutions we use regularly to remove tumeric stains. But they couldn't make it work. I offered to stop by and remove the stain but that too was rejected. I offered to replace the tray but Tash was not accepting my offer and agreed to find a replacement seal. After confirming this in writing with her she retracted her offer and told me the charge still stands for a while new replacement fridge. I found her unhelpful, unprofessional and not focused on finding an appropriate resolution. For this i would absolutely not recommend this place to anyone. There are many other options around, do not come here and have to deal with the unprofessional manner from Natasha.
• Gena (9/5): Always comfortable - Have stayed very often and is always an easy and comfortable stay. Rooms are always clean Staff are great. You need bigger coffee mugs😊
• Aaron (8/5): Love staying there mainly the clean, spacious units that are well equipped. - Staff are very friendly, clean rooms, ive stayed about 4 or 5 times so feels like home away from home I was a little surprised by the stares to my room as i didnt even know there was a room off of ground level and i dont like stares as have bad knees. Just a little thing, and i coped.

It was passable, but overpriced for what it was. The photos on here and their website don’t show a true representation of the room we were allocated. Three nights stay and on arrival day one, police forensics were in attendance directly across road, night two had to call ambulance for a passed out, unconscious dude directly across road, night three police were called to another guest having a psychotic episode of domestic violence sort , screaming and shouting in the middle of the car park which lasted at least two hours!

• Evanthia (8/5): Overall we enjoyed our stay. The premises were clean and great facilities. - Location was perfect! Beds were very clean and comfortable. We had easy access to our car and facilities. It was only a short drive to most things in Geraldton from our accommodation. Sofas in the kitchen/TV room did not have any head or neck support so we couldn’t lean back to relax after being out for the day. Maybe two single armchairs and one couch would have been better.

• GEOK PENG (9/5): - The staff are warm and friendly. Love the bar and restaurant just right next to the stay. The room is decent and clean. Love that we could park our vehicle right in front of the room. A bit dated. Was kind of worried about security as it only comes with simple lock/latch. It would be nice to have shower gel instead of a mini soap bar. We checked in very late so didnt get the chance to use any of its facilities. Check out is smooth and painless. The rate is a bit on the high side.

• Grant (7/5): Really a family get away - Quiet location, well appointed kitchen and spacious. We had a three bedroom apartment for same price, so great for families. Plenty of hot water. Beds are on the small side. Shower cubicle was small. Access to local TV was poor, seemed to be stuck on ABC only. Could access cable TV but only with own account. Water is OK but not great taste.
