• ENZO (1/5): Terribile!! - L’unica cosa decente era la posizione. per il resto la struttura era vecchia, rovinata ma soprattutto molto molto sporca. Alla nostra richiesta di pulirla ci hanno detto che l’avrebbero fatto ma in realtà è rimasta sporca come prima. Avevamo preso un appartamento per poter mangiare a casa la sera, ma era talmente sporco che si faceva schifo persino sedersi a tavola. Inoltre l’appartamento affittato per nove persone aveva solo cinque sedie e alla richiesta di altre sedie c’è stato detto di sederci sul divano che comunque abbiamo dovuto coprire con asciugamani in quanto sporco e macchiato. il bagno superiore era inutilizzabile in quanto il miscelatore era rotto e l’acqua era bollente. abbiamo trovato dietro i letti fazzoletti sporchi, usati. Cucina inutilizzabile.

• Lucy (5/5): Great space although unclean - The amount space there was, was great. Beds were comfy and bedding smelt clean. Unclean, smelly in places, entry way stunk, nothing to cook with, rising damp in the flat,

• Martin (4/5): - Sehr gute Ausgangslage an Bus und Bahn sowie Discounter. Hygiene sehr dreckig , Kein Wäscheständer sowie Gardedrobe fehlten. Geschirrspüler für 10 Personen wäre hilfreich gewesen . Besteck und Gläser sowie Tassen nicht ausreichend vorhanden . Vorhandene Mängel wurden nicht abgestellt 😢
• Salvador (1/5): - Nada. Suciiiiisimo. Viejo. La cocina te pegabas en los muebles de la grasa que tenía. Los marcos de puerta y las puertas eran blancos cuando se instalaron, ahora son grises/ negros. La escalera de acceso, puesves un edificio privado, olía fatal. Las pareces sucísimas. Las sabanas con pelos. Una claraboya en una habitación con una entrada de luz que no te permitia dormir. Los baños, la bañera y la ducha sucisimas. Tuvimos que ir a comparr lejia y estropajos para rascar un parr de armarios de la cocina y habilitarlos para su uso. Tuvimos que rascar la bañera y la ducha para poder ducharnos. La tele inticable de la porquería que tenia. El apartamento es para 10 y la mesa del comedor solo tiene 4 sillas. El baño de arriba no lo pudimos utilizar porque el grifo no funcionaba, por tanto una bañera para 10. Un desastre.

• joseph (5/5): - Location is good for commuting. Upstairs shower was not working properly. We found few bugs in the kitchen. Kitchen cupboards was not cleaned properly and broken.

• Binson (8/5): Good Stay !! - The Kitchen and the host and easy access to the station !! Was bit hot in there , maybe because it’s summers !! But Host helped us by giving us a fan !!
• Pancy (10/5): Definitely coming back!!! - We loved our stay here. Everything we needed was made available to us. It was very neat. The bedrooms are so spacious. The kids loved their room. The host is very good and polite We will definitely come back again. Nothing at all. Everything was pleasant.

• Mica (3/5): Disappointing stay in a dirty, dated, flawed home. - Very vague check in instructions, no check in guide or images to help find the property. The home itself was very dirty and run down. Walls were stained and splashed, surfaces were dusty and bathrooms and doors has clumps of unidentifiable dirt. Bathroom had dirt and mould and empty bottles of toiletries. The dishes in the cupboard were dirty. Furniture was broken and stained. The set up in the apartment itself was very poor, the communal area was very smelly and there were multiple sets of stairs which we were unaware of, when we arrived the heating and hot water were switched off and the upstairs shower is so old it is very difficult to turn the knobs. When I informed the host they told me to “ask a man” to change the temperature. The electricals were all dumped in a pile at the bottom of the stairs and the cupboard was piled up with towels on top of a Christmas tree seemingly unhygienic. Overall an uncomfortable stay where the host did not care about the cleanliness and standard of the property. We will not be returning and feel others need to know it is not as advertised!

• Kirsty (8/5): Great stay. - 4 big rooms. The bunk beds were double size. Plenty of room. 486 bus is ideal and pretty much outside to get you to the o2/ tube. About 15 mins. Family lived next door so were on hand for any questions and sorted the pressure on the boiler out immediately when the hot water went off. 2 min job. Would stay again. Very handy coop for supplies next door. Very warm house, leave windows open a bit if going out for the day to cool it down. Loved the USBs in the bedside lights.

• Unllaw (8/5): Outside of London proper - The owner was amazing! He made the stay so much easier. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen was spacious. The water heater has to be continually reset to get hot water for showers. The upstairs shower drain clogged. The stair up to the apartment are steep and slippery when it rains. I slipped on my way down and severely bruised my arm at butt.

• Linda (10/5): Very enjoyable due to the surroundings in the apartment - The property was very clean and modern. Brilliant facilities available in the apartment. Very comfy beds and pillows. Would highly recommend. Would be staying again this week but is already booked
• Jemma (10/5): Definitely worth the money absolutely fabulous property and helpful host - The space and cleanliness of this property was absolutely exceptional will be returning again in the future couldn’t ask for more Code to access was a little difficult to get into but the stay was absolutely amazing so didn’t mind the difficulty accessing the building
