• julien (10/5): Amazing - Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans cette maison à Miami. Elle est absolument splendide et totalement conforme aux photos — un véritable coin de paradis. La maison est très bien équipée, avec trois grandes chambres et une literie extrêmement confortable. Le salon dispose également de deux canapés-lits, ce qui est parfait pour accueillir plusieurs personnes. L’extérieur est tout simplement extraordinaire : une piscine chauffée, une très grande cuisine extérieure idéale pour les repas, même en cas d’averse. Tout est pensé pour profiter pleinement de l’espace. Le quartier est très calme, sans aucun bruit, ce qui est très appréciable. Il est demandé de ne pas faire de bruit après 22h, ce qui est tout à fait normal et montre que les propriétaires sont soucieux du respect du voisinage. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et extrêmement réactifs à chaque demande. Cette maison est un véritable coup de cœur. Située à seulement 25 minutes en voiture de Miami Beach, c’est une véritable pépite que nous recommandons sans hésitation. Julien We had an absolutely amazing stay at this home in Miami. It is truly stunning and exactly as pictured — a little piece of paradise. The house is very well equipped, with three large bedrooms and बेहद comfortable beds. The living room also has two sleeper sofas, which is perfect for accommodating a larger group. The outdoor space is simply incredible: a heated pool and a very spacious outdoor kitchen, ideal for meals even if it rains. Everything is designed to fully enjoy the space. The neighborhood is extremely quiet, with no noise at all, which we really appreciated. It’s important to keep noise levels down after 10 PM, which is completely reasonable and shows the owners’ respect for the neighbors. The hosts are very friendly and incredibly responsive to any request. This home was a true favorite for us. Located just a 25-minute drive from Miami Beach, it’s a real gem that we highly recommend. • Hermann (9/5): Guter Aufenthalt mit kleinen Mängeln und Verbesserungsbedarf - Auf den ersten Blick wirkt die Unterkunft modern und gepflegt. Grundsätzlich handelt es sich um eine gute Unterkunft mit einigen klaren Vorteilen: Ein Pool, ein Grill sowie eine überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit ermöglichen angenehme Stunden im Freien. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch – Miami ist in etwa 10–15 Minuten erreichbar. Zudem befinden sich kleinere und größere Supermärkte in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Der Vermieter war gut erreichbar und hat in angemessener Zeit auf Anfragen reagiert. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen kann die Unterkunft daher durchaus empfohlen werden. Bei genauerem Hinsehen zeigt sich jedoch, dass die Unterkunft bereits etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist. Im Badezimmer des Anbaus war Schimmel vorhanden, außerdem blätterte stellenweise die Farbe ab. Rund um den Pool wächst Gras zwischen den Fliesen, was den Gesamteindruck deutlich schmälert. Besonders störend waren die klebrigen Griffe der Küchenschränke – das ist ein hygienischer Mangel, der so nicht akzeptabel ist. Der Grill war bei der Ankunft zudem stark verschmutzt und musste zuerst gereinigt werden, bevor er benutzt werden konnte. Zudem waren keine Tabs für den Geschirrspüler vorhanden. Ein weiterer Punkt war die widersprüchliche Information zum Check-out: Laut Booking sollte dieser um 10:00 Uhr erfolgen, in der Infomappe vor Ort war jedoch 11:00 Uhr angegeben.

• Hans (10/5): We had a great time the 10 of us on a family trip. Hanging out and getting to know Miami. - Close to everything. Great outdoor area for cooking, playing in the pool and hanging out. Immediate area around it was a bit run down.
• Borna (7/5): - The pool temperature was nice and warm. The pool was clean. The owners seemed super nice! and available. For the price, I was expecting better amenities, especially the sofas. They looked kinda old and beaten. I would suggest fixing some appliances here and there and then it'd be perfect!

We also enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and the grill It wad a little old and needed some repairs. It was missing a broom and mop to clean the house
