• Yeejing (7/5): Overall, it was a good stay, despite the sudden bed collapse. Other than that, we highly recommend this stay for couples - Everything looks just as it does in the pictures! We’re loving the location in such a lovely area. The staff has been super helpful, helping us with the door and even providing an extra AC for the living space since the air doesn’t flow from the bedroom. We’re really happy with the coffee, washing machine, the space, and the bathroom. The mattress, pillows, and blankets are all great too! The sofa bed collapsed in the middle of the night, and we are extremely fortunate that no one was injured. This could have resulted in serious harm, especially to a child or elderly person. We insist that this issue be addressed promptly to ensure it is resolved and does not happen again.

• Mark (1/5): Bad - We had a nightmare arrival. We were told by staff twice it would be okay to check into the place at 22:45. When we arrived no one was there and we were locked out on the streets til 1:00am with no response from anyone when we texted or emailed the agency. We managed to get in only by the help of a neighbour. To make up for this, the staff (who did seem lovely on the phone I will say) gave us apple juice and a pack of biscuits as an apology, which was very disappointing. We paid over 400 euro for 3 nights here and it was definitely not worth the money. - Green bed in kitchen is uncomfortable and will fall over if you lie entirely on one side. - Air conditioner is dodgy. - Shower is extremely weak! - No views from apartment. - Very small apartment too. - Wall sockets do not fit European travel adaptors. All in all we had a nightmare arrival and the apartment was very overpriced for what you get. Would not rent again if going to Milan.
• Rose (7/5): I honestly love everything about my visit in Milan.. so this little issue in the apartment is forgiven. would definitely - right in the middle of city center, easy train access. The bed need to change, that sounds everytime you move while in bed is crazy. dirty under the sofa 😭 the clog in the shower room, I cleaned it. all hairs in the pipe. no more flood now when showering.
