• Andriy (10/5): A brilliant, well-located apartment with a great host - would absolutely stay again! - Allison was a fantastic host, super responsive and genuinely helpful when we had a couple of requests. Nothing was too much trouble. The apartment was recently renovated and looking sharp, clean, modern, and really well set up. The balcony opens straight out to the pool which was a favourite feature, perfect for winding down after a day out. Location is spot on, right in the middle of Townsville city with the Strand on your doorstep. Nothing at all - couldn't fault it.

The host was very accomadating when our plans changed before and during our stay which made our trip a little less hassle free. Looking forward to coming to stay again when we are back in Townsville.

• Liz (10/5): Fantastic. Allison was amazing. Answered any queries I had super fast, accommodating and welcoming. - Really quite a big unit. Plenty of room and comfortable. Central to where we needed to be. Most certainly would stay here again. Definitely not a deal breaker for me but maybe a latch-able gate at the top of the patio/veranda stairs. We were meant to have a 2yo with us and I’m glad we didn’t in the end. She would have been down those steps and into the little creek/drain at the bottom as fast as her little legs could carry her!

• Elizabeth (10/5): - Provided with clear, easy to follow instructions on how to gain access to the apartment. We intially couldn't find the building number on the outside às we arrived late at night and the building number was not lite up at night.

• Christy (8/5): Nice family getaway, close location to the sports precinct which is why we were there. - The host gave great instructions and was easy to obtain keys and enter apartment. The apartment was spacious for our family and had everything we needed for the week. Even asked for an extra day and early check in which was accommodated by the host. On arrival we were really impressed with the apartment. As the days went on we noticed little things nothing major just some things the cleaner forgot to do. Overall our stay was pleasant and we enjoyed the facility.

• Lynwood (10/5): It’s a gorgeous apartment that is well stocked and incredibly comfortable. - The apartment was the perfect size for the four of us. The hosts were amazing and wonderful to deal with down to the smallest requests. I do wish the pool was heated, managed a swim on one day but probably best once the weather warms up.

The heist was extremely helpful and the unit itself was well stocked and had all that we needed to make our stay comfortable. You cannot get better value than this stay. That we had to leave!

We are stranded travellers due to the weather event and flooding, visiting from Cairns. The stay at her property has been the highlight of our time in Townsville. She went above and beyond from start to finish. She was a God send to our family. A massive help in our time of need. The property was beautiful. We have stayed previously at the same complex but her particular apartment was well presented. She made it into such a warm and family friendly, beautiful space. It was definitely hard to leave. The balcony and stairs overlooking the water feature was absolutely stunning. The rooms are quite generous in size for the complex layout. There was more than enough space to fit our family comfortably. Her thoughtfulness of letting us check in early didn't stop there. It was so lovely to check in and have some essentials already provided. A stay here at Allison's will be the best thing you can do. Highly recommend to others. Words cannot describe how grateful we are for all her time, effort and caring nature that went in to make sure we were stress free. Her property has been carefully thought out. You have a beautiful property and I look forward to our next stay here hopefully under different circumstances. Photos do not do it justice! A stay you won't regret. Cannot fault the property at all

The apartment was spacious, comfortable, super clean, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. It is close enough to walk to The Stand, but far enough away from the noise. The AC and ceiling fans were amazing and the kitchen had everything we needed. The two bathrooms were great, and we loved having the undercover secure parking and complex pool close by. I can’t fault the property
