• Lynn (10/5): Clean and quiet place to stay in Calgary - The space is nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfy and linen and towels provided was a nice touch to the space. Check in was seamless and I like that it has some amenities you can use like the stove and full fridge. It's also very quiet in the evening, during the day you can hear upstairs and stuff but if you are out and about, you probably won't notice it at all. The location is a bit far from everything but it's not too far from downtown if you have a car and there was lots of restaurants and groceries nearby. I also like that they have parking infront of the house so it was convenient when visiting friends and family and not having to worry about parking. Honestly, for the price it's pretty unbeatable. The location is abit far from Calgary downtown & I'm guessing to stay here, you should most likely have a car or rent a car cause of it's location but if you do have a vehicle, it's a great place to stay.

• Charles Anh Quoc (8/5): Good place to stay if you don’t anticipate doing any cooking. - The property is situated in a clean, safe, and newly developed neighborhood in Calgary. Although we didn’t have time to walk around at night, the area felt secure enough that we would have felt comfortable doing so. The space is exceptionally clean and stylish, with a modern, chic design. Having an in-unit washer and dryer is a major convenience. 1. Limited Cooking Supplies Despite Modern Appliances: While the kitchen features new appliances, it's not fully stocked for meal preparation. Essentials like cooking oil, basic seasonings (aside from salt and pepper), baking trays, and parchment or aluminum foil were missing. We were only able to boil eggs. The unit included one pot and one frying pan; however, the non-stick pot was heavily scratched at the bottom, raising safety concerns due to potential exposure to harmful chemicals. 2. Communication Gaps in Follow-Up The owner was initially responsive, but the communication lacked follow-through. We requested a toaster, shared photos of the damaged pot, and asked for a replacement—preferably stainless steel—to make soup. We also inquired about a small amount of cooking oil, given our short two-day stay. The owner replied that a toaster was available upstairs and mentioned being an hour away. We expressed willingness to wait, but received no further updates regarding the pot or oil. After sending a follow-up email, we still received no response. Eventually, we found the toaster placed on the stairs between the main and rental units—an advance notice would have been appreciated. 3. Missing Fitted Sheet The bed was made with a flat sheet and blanket, but no fitted sheet. 4. Washer/Dryer Malfunction (?) Although the washer/dryer set was modern and convenient, the washer ran a single cycle for several hours overnight. We had to manually stop it and transfer the clothes to the dryer.

• Don (8/5): - the only slight issue was not having clear instruction before we got there...but the host did message us and we did find the door...a bit more info on the door location would have been helpful, but the place was very clean, and very reasonably priced
• Herbert (7/5): It served my purpose - Location was great as was there only 1 night to catch a good sleep prior to doing a long drive. Space was cozy for 1 person. Wifi was good, and all the basic items were available in the bathroom and kitchen. Did not like the fact there were practically no windows in the space other than a small one in the bedroom. Would not want to spend too much time in the family/kitchen area as quite small. Was not an issue for me as only there the one night and did not need anything other than the bed. A little noisy if your not used to someone upstairs walking around but not overly excessive.

• Rogerio (10/5): Very confortable and easy check in/check out - Very confortable and beatiful place, with a very easy auto check in and auto check out. It is a complete suite with kitchen, living room, bathroom with a nice bathtube. The host could give some additional information, like which door we should use when arriving, but it wasnt an issue.

• Christopher (9/5): Nice comfortable suite. Perfect for solo travel. - Very comfortable, quaint, felt totally at ease staying here. Perfect for a solo traveller. A few nice places close by for eating out, pub, or take home. You can also shop and make your own eats in the suite. Easy to get there with google maps, and very easy to check-in. Hosts were very easy to deal with, and always quick to answer. Hard to say anything bad here, the only thing that might bother someone is the location right on the outskirts north side of the city, but that is easily alleviated by the proximity to Stoney Trail ring road allowing access to all parts of the city

Easy self check-in and the host was communicative in order to ensure everything was okay. Great value for the price. It was a perfect place for me to stop for a night as I was driving through.

Community under very active construction with many contractors, incurred damage to my vehicle while parked at property. Only one small window in suite, lights often turned off by owner in communal space requiring flashlight usage to navigate hallway and stairs between entrance and suite. Not provided with key to lock suite door, only communal property entrance.

• Lord (9/5): Superb - The place was beautiful, with all new facilities, quiet side of the city, the area was clean but also the neighborhood was getting resided due to unfortunate weather in the past. It was a beautiful place with great amenities The odd noises during the later times of the evening. Would have to adjust tempature throughout the night as it was programmed to set temps at certain times.

The kitchen is well-stocked with utensils, and the home is equipped with all the amenities needed for both short- and long-term stays.
