• Bahtiyor (4/5): Location and comfort not good - It is indeed clean and new. There is a living room and a bedroom. There is washing machine with detergent. There are three major problems. 1. The location: it is far from station. The closest one is 17 minute walk. 2. Curtains: they are not appropriate for bedroom. The light goes through. It should be changed to the one that completely block outside light. 3. There is construction going on in nearby apartment and the noise is intolerable right from early morning.
• Nashwa (10/5): Highly highly recommended - The property is modern and same as the pictures, it is perfect for 4 adults, it was very clean and close to a Subway station and a JR station which is mainly what you need to get around Tokyo, The neighborhood is very safe and there is a very close “7 eleven” and “Family Mart” so the location is a huge plus. Last but not least the owner is very friendly, all the check information were clear and simple we even asked him/her to leave our bags for a while after the check out time and he/she was very helpful and friendly Nothing it was perfect

• Jérémy (5/5): Convenient stay in Tokyo - The best point about this property is the location. Higashi Nakano is a calm neighborhood to stay, and close to main place like Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara. The property is really not far from the station and you have shops and good restaurants close to the place. Ideal for a group of 2. Host was lovely and quick to answer our concern. The place was small for 3 people with luggage and had no separated bathroom. There’s no elevator, it wasn’t such a big problem for us except when transporting heavy luggage. We would have like to get the WiFi code ahead of our arrival, we spent one day without WiFi and then the connection wasn’t quite good when everybody was connected. Unfortunately we got the visit of 2 cockroaches during our stay.
• Roxana (8/5): Very good - Great location, 5 min walk to JR line, easy to get to Shinjuku and Shibuya. It’s also located in a quiet neighborhood which has great coffee shops. The room was very clean and the host was very responsive. It wasn’t that easy to arrive from Narita Airport and the apartment isn’t big enough for 4 people, considering that all of us had big luggages. Also, one of the bed is right under the window and it would get a bit cold at night.

• Kanoakporn (9/5): Superb - The room is big and comfortable. Full of providing i.e. soap, shampoo, conditioner, washing cloth soap, hand soap, dish washing soap, big towel, hair dryer, friegd, microwave, electric pot. no lift, need to carry big bag up to the room by walk stair.

• Willy.traveler (10/5): Conveniently located near JR Higashi-Nakano Station with modern amenities, great for exploring Tokyo - Great location near JR Higashi-Nakano Station and Marunouchi Nakano-Sakaue Station, making it easy to get around Tokyo. The place is clean, modern, and has everything you need, plus the hosts are super friendly, and there are nice local spots to eat nearby. Didn't bother us but it might not be the best for those looking for a more lively vibe. Also, there’s no TV in the rooms, which could be a downside if you like to unwind with some shows.
• Blanchard (6/5): Beside that It was practical - Easy to access from shinjuku No bedwear for the sofa bead even though we wear three adults and it was supposed to be two bed on sofa bed
• Gunnar (10/5): Fantastic place in the middle of the city - Extremely nice and helpful host who was very accommodating and always replied quickly. It is a lovely quiet area, despite being so close to Shinjuku. We had no issues and a great time. Thank you!

• Kelly (9/5): Just rebooked ! - We love the location. 5 mins walk to JR station. Room was very comfortable. Very good for a family of 4 (2 younger kids). Price was exceptional comparing to the hotel we originally booked. Room was on 2/F but no lifts. Difficult for big luggage. No dryer but service available just around corner.
