• Iris (10/5): Eine tolle Unterkunft im Herzen Roms. - Die Lage ist wirklich großartig, die Wohnung perfekt ausgestattet - einzig ein Zimmer ist im Hochparterre, aber auch das ist für Jugendliche(Kinder gut geeignet. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat uns ganz viele Tipps gegeben. Die Lage ist perfekt, Blick auf den Campo de Fiori, Delikatessengeschäft im Erdgeschoß, Bäckerei ums Eck - die Fenster super schalldicht, so dass kein Lärm zu hören war aber wir morgens den herrlichen Blick auf das Treiben hatten. Es gibt sogar Schirme in der Unterkunft, großen Kühlschrank, gratis Kaffee und Tee, super ausgestattete Küche. Und eine tolle Klimaanlage. Ich würde sofort wieder buchen - es war für eine Gruppe von Freunden perfekt. Wir konnten das Gepäck am Abreisetag auch bis 15 Uhr in der Unterkunft lassen, was toll war. Gleich ums Eck ist die Kirche S. Barbara mit einer Bar und einer perfekten Pizza - wirklich großartig. Dass der Check in nur bis 21 Uhr möglich ist, kann ein bisschen schwierig werden, wenn man mit dem Zug ankommt und es leider Verspätungen gibt. Aber wir haben es gerade noch geschafft - da wäre vielleicht ein Schlüsseltresor gut oder eine Kooperation mit einem der Geschäfte/Bars rundherum, dass man den Stress nicht hat.
• Barbara (10/5): Molto Bella! A wonderful Rome apartment - We loved the location of the apartment, it was easy to get to all of the places we wanted to see. There were great places to shop nearby and it’s just a great area to explore. Our host gave us a few good recommendations for restaurants which we enjoyed. There’s really good gelato right around the corner! The apartment itself is very nice & spacious & well equipped. The espresso machine and washing machine were both very welcome. One bedroom is somewhat noisy with the market outside, but wasn’t enough of an issue that anyone needed to switch to a different room.

• Guest (3/5): Good in general. - Room is clean. There is no breakfast, it took us more than two hours to get the key, not convenient.
• Christine (9/5): Location, location, location - Location. Location. Location. Host met us and gave a tour of his place personally. He gave us a list of local restaurants and we enjoyed almost all of them. He had good tips for the city and other local options besides Uber. There were toys available for our kids to play with - greatly appreciated. Our kids enjoyed the plaza at night with street artists and playing with light toys. During the day, there is a market right outside the front door. Unfortunately, we didn't get to stroll the morning markets because we had tours to catch every morning. The place is very spacious. Kitchen was a bit small but we ate out so that was no issue for us. There was enough dinnerware and a large family table to enjoy meals together if we had wanted to eat in. Beds were comfortable. Host quickly responded to any questions I had during our stay. Highly recommended. A washer/dryer was listed in the description but it wasn't working when we were there. Host said he planned to have it changed out so double check with the host prior to booking if you are depending on it. Host gave us the address to laundromat nearby.

The hosts were very engaged with us on What’s App and made excellent recommendations. We loved it! We will definitely go back. Nothing.

Francesco met us when we arrived; provided a taxi app for us, and also provided restaurant recommendations. The residence was perfectly situated within walking distance to many historic sights. We truly enjoyed our stay.
• Cherry (9/5): Good location and nice place to stay overall. - The house is exactly like the pictures. The host Francesco is very nice and responsive. He walked through the house in detail and answered all of our questions. The house has a lot of space for 8 of us. The wifi and AC worked well throughout the house. The beds, pillows, and sofa are very comfortable. Full functional kitchen. Great location. The day time market and night time restaurants right outside did not bother us. We all felt very safe. There is a tiny elevator in the building but we were suggested not to use it as it’s not reliable and may get stuck so we didn’t use it at all during our 3 night stay. The house is on 2nd floor so we had to walk 31 steps of stairs in total to get to the house. Did not get to use the washing machine because it’s not working properly and was in the process of being replaced, which shows the owner is willing to upkeep the house. The bathroom in the on suite bedroom works great; however, the bathtub in the hallway bathroom has no shower curtain so one can easily splash water all over the bathroom when showering.

Our host Francesco was superb - incredibly responsive and also went out of his way with assisting us. The location is noisy to late in the evening, and early when the markets start setting up - to be expected of the location, but caveat emptor :)
• Lawson (6/5): Great location - Fabulous location Poor bathroom facilities. Only one proper shower. All four guests ended up only using the en suite shower. Mezzanine bedroom very hot.

Host was very helpful and accommodating. Bathrooms were in need of a refurbishment. A little dated. There was a smell in the common areas and in parts of the apartment, a smell of drains that we could not get rid of with freshner.

• Emily (10/5): Lovely apartment in a great location - The location was fantastic, we were there as a family with our 4 children and could walk everywhere from the apartment. It was 25 minutes walk to the colosseum, 25 to the vatican, 7 to the Pantheon and 16 to Trevi Fountain. The square is lovely with a market in the day and restaurants in the evening. The apartment was very large and had a good selection of books and games for the kids. Nothing

• Dal (10/5): Just wanted to say how great a host the owner Francesco was, unfortunately we lost our passports en route and Francesco - The property is absolutely fabulous, spacious rooms will tall ceilings, well furnished, beds were super comfortable too. It’s located in a square (Campo de Fiori) that’s used for a market during the day and restaurants in the evening, as picturesque as you could hope for. Centrally located with all the sights within walking distance. Just overall great 10/10. Nothing. It was great.

Central to everywhere and walkable. A shower socket to hold the shower head at the bath tub would be great so that guests do not have to hold the shower head while bathing.

The convenient location of the apartment, made it possible to reach all significant attractions on foot. The owner is super friendly and was always available in communication, helped with advice on various issues and made concessions, allowing us to bring luggage in ahead of time, and we could also leave luggage for a while after check out. We were all very pleased. The apartment is clean, everything works. Upon arrival, fruit was waiting for us on the table☺️

Beautiful accommodations. I was expecting a a great stay, and somehow it exceeded our expectations. Would gladly stay here again if we come back to Rome. Water pressure in the shower is reduced if water is running somewhere else (sinks/kitchen, etc.) The front bedroom overlooking Campo de Fiori is noisy at night because of the restaurants/bars in the square (until about 2 AM), but the rest of the bedrooms are very quiet because the walls in the apartment are very solid. Overall, not an issue.
