Il complesso è stupendo, non sovraffollato, di classe e comodo. La stanza è pulita, moderna, con una vista impagabile. Ci è dispiaciuto che non ci fossero più date disponibili per poter prolungare il nostro soggiorno.

We were delighted, especially by the opportunity to fall asleep listening to the sound of the waves. • MURCIA (8/5): The location and the facility, 10/10. The host, terribly rude. - Nice view from the balcony. The property was fine. On the other hand the host Caty D, was rude, very not so approachable, she did not communicate that extra stuff, such as the sheets or the sofa-bed covers were not available for our use, so we used them. She rudely claimed me about it, saying thinks like: “you left me without sheets for the next client”… which I think, you would expect a place like that to have at least more then one extra pair of sheets.

• RODRÍGUEZ GARCÍA (9/5): Mi estancia hablando del lugar, me encantó, algo muy importante, muy muy seguro, habitación cómoda, - El desayuno bueno, en realidad los alimentos muy ricos, las ensaladas, pizzas, todo delicioso, una crema de pimientos muy recomendable, huevos, pero la copa de vino, creo estaba rebajada, el café regular. La vista de la habitación, hermosísima, la atención de Cati buena, amable, consiguiendo transporte. La ubicación excelente, caminando con calma al Centro de Convenciones, que fue donde tuvimos nuestro congreso. La copa de vino que pedí para cenar el primer día y el café no tan bueno.

Had other guests enter my room on last day whilst I was showering. Staff then disturbed me whilst dressing. All before check out time which I had already confirmed. Shower leaked.

A responsável pelo apartamento é super gentil e atenciosa e as moças que foram arrumar o quarto são muito educadas. Na frente da nossa janela assistimos uns 3 pedidos de casamento. ❤️ Acho que é comum por ali. O atendimento no bar da piscina era péssimo. Eles só dão atenção a quem aluga guarda sol e assento na praia, caso contrário nem olham na nossa cara. Achei grosseiro demais.

Safe and conveniently located on the hotel zone. Beautiful patio with a view of the ocean The beds were small and soft. More towels and coffee would have been appreciated.

Beach chairs and umbrella are available in the room. Coffee and tea provided as a compliment. First of all, the host Caty was not nice to us. We communicated couple of days in advance, when we are going to come. On check in day, we’ve clarify the time again and were assured that we will be welcomed timely. When we came, we were not let in by security and had to wait for more than 30 min outside, on drastically hot sun. Caty was not replying. When she finally replied, she said that she has more than one Airbnb. When she came, she did not apologize and was in parallel on phone with someone. When we got to the room, I asked if beds were changed (as they looked like not). Caty said yes and asked if we are going to stay or not. We obviously had no other choice. She finally apologized only when was leaving us. Other than that, room is pretty old (attaching pictures). Balcony and a small window in the bathroom cannot be locked (we had to improvise). We saw a couple of cockroaches. There was no cleaning during 4 days we were staying there (se had a mountain of garbage at the end).

Рядом много ресторанов и продуктовых магазинов, также рядом есть автобусная остановка. Тараканы !!!! Это просто кошмар !!! Их было полно, прям нашествие.

El espacio es muy cómodo, bastante amplio y equipado con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. La piscina es genial y la playa justo en frente es espectacular. La ubicación es fantástica: cerca de todo, del ferry, de los centros comerciales y de la zona nocturna, pero al mismo tiempo muy tranquila y silenciosa, ideal para descansar. Nuestra anfitriona, Caty, fue impecable. Siempre accesible y disponible, nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria y nos ayudó siempre que lo necesitamos. El último día, como teníamos el vuelo tarde, nos permitió quedarnos un poco más en la habitación para no estar con las maletas de un lado a otro, ¡un gesto que marcó la diferencia! • RoseAnn (5/5): Good but dissappointed - The location and the beach is excellent The most disappointing is the ad for this place, because you see a block of what looks like a condominium block but it's actually a hotel Ocean Dream and there's only a few apartments which are managed by Girasol. Cathy the host tried her best to accommodate us after finding out we only had a hotel room with a microwave and a small fridge. She brought us 4 plates burner and frying pans and glasses. We booked an apartment with a separate bedroom and a kitchenette. But the worst was the way we were treated by the reception staff from the hotel, as soon as we arrived weren't allowed to step foot inside the reception and told to sit outside and wait until the room was clean, which was 2.5 hrs. Then again when we checked out since we had 3 hrs to wait until it was time for our pickup for the airport we couldn't wait on the 3 empty couches inside the reception and was told to leave because we weren't guest. This was during the hottest time of the day and were told to wait outside. It's very disappointing, because I will never stay there again even though the location is excellent but I suppose the hotel's employees don't need their jobs.

Clean room, comfortable beds, amazing view, great AC. Host was nice and helpful. It was little difficult to find the address and check in at first.

• Ellen (8/5): Loved the location and the vibe, but the low water pressure and uncomfortable bedding were a downside. - The room for 4 looked just like the photos. It was clean, comfortable, and had an incredible view. The two pools were great, and the staff during check-in was very attentive. Everyone in the building was kind, and the service from the hotel was solid. The location is excellent. No need for a car at all since everything is within walking distance, including grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, bars, and more. The host also left four coffee pods and a 1.5-liter bottle of water, which was a nice touch. The air conditioning worked perfectly throughout the stay. There’s beach service available through the hotel, but it comes at an extra cost. There’s also a gym set up right on the beach, which was a fun bonus. On the downside, the water pressure in both the shower and toilet was very low. The mattresses were not great, as I could feel the springs, and the pillows definitely need to be replaced. Overall, it was a great stay in a fantastic location with just a few things that could be improved.

• Dasa (8/5): Great apartment, with poor checkin/checkout - Great location, amazing room view, access to the infinity pool, welcome package secured (water, beach towels, etc) I would put 10/10, but the check-in and check-out was a poor experience and you do not need this stress during your vacation. Tons of messages, no clarity how the ckeck-in works (I got all instructions via msg assuming I can arrive any time, and then when I was not precise on second on my arrival time, I got calls and messages). There is NOT LUGGAGE STORAGE available, even if the description says so. Make sure you plan the storage yourself.

• Zane (3/5): Poor - The bed The tv The location The balcony Vomit stains on the bathroom wall when we arrived. Unhelpful host, that only had excuses for issues. The A/C had an issue leaking water and flooded the floor. When we brought this issue up, the host said there was nothing to do. When we asked for more towels to clean up the flooding, the host said they didn't have anymore. The coffee machine did not work and they did not provide a replacement. This room is part of the building that is also a hotel. DONT BOOK THIS ROOM THROUGH BOOKING. Book the hotel through their website ocean view. It is the same room type and same price. It also comes with the service of a hotel and access to the beach cushions for free. Unfortunately the hotel part is not on booking.com.
