• jane (9/5): - We loved the apartment. Ugo and Gabrielle met us on arrival and were so friendly and helpful with everything and some great recommendations. We had everything we needed for a comfortable,fun stay. Location is excellent. Would highly recommend to everyone. Nothing not to like. Maybe a little noisy over the weekend but we were supplied with complimentary earplugs so no complaints. Ugo has thought of everything

• Amiee (8/5): Funky apartment in handy location - Gorgeous apartment with superb comfortable beds. Lovely host who welcomed us with information about Florence and yummy biscotti. A short walk to the market and the Duomo as well as shops and restaurants. The apartment is on a busy street and so the provided ear plugs were needed by some of us.
• Lucie (8/5): Overall, very lovely and comfortable. - The bed/linens/pillows were very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped nicely. Great location and the host was lovely! Would definitely recommend staying here. The shower didn’t really work so was hard to shower and the pressure was terrible. The aircon was very noisy so we had to turn it off at night, but we did have a fan which was great.

• Eline (10/5): Very good accommodation close to everything in Florence. - It was excellent. Only 10 min from train station. Easy to find the «front» door. Just a few minutes from the grocery store. Close to all main «attractions». Clean and tidy. Newly renovated. Just like the photos. Only thing to complain about is that the air conditioning was a bit loud. Tried the eco/night mode but then it was not enough are coming. Tried the fan with open windows but then the noise from the street was annoying. Other than that, 10 out of 10 stay. Hugo was very helpful. Met us around midnight on a Saturday to give us the key etc. a lot of recommendations for where to eat etc.
• Dana (10/5): Excelente! - Excelente ubicación en el centro de la ciudad. Restaurantes y sitios turísticos a un solo paso. Apartamento cómodo, bien equipado, limpio, buena iluminación. Buen recibimiento por parte de la persona encargada, siempre atento. tenía todo lo necesario en la cocina. Lo calificaría con la puntuación más alta.

• Bellizzi (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment hosts were very welcoming and helpful! Could not ask for anything better! The location of the apartment is exactly in the centre so literally you can go by walk everywhere. The apartment had everything, it was super clean and very beautifully amazing.

Perfect central location easy to walk everywhere, and a supermarket right across the road. Kitchen was well-stocked, and the big secure doors made us feel very safe. Gabriella and her partner were fantastic hosts. No gas issues at all despite previous reviews. Highly recommend!
• Gabriella (10/5): Perfect place for a single traveler. - Pictures are exactly how it is. The place is renovated and comfortable and clean. The little details in the kitchen such as coffee, salt, oil, etc really make all the difference when you need to cook but only are staying a few days. Super centric and less than a 10min walk to the train station. I spent an entire day inside just because I felt so comfortable.

• Maureen (4/5): Our stay was uncomfortable due to noise, cold, uncomfortable bed, smell, and lack of acceptable response from owner. - Wallpaper Very noisy location. Street noise literally all night. Cold all night. No blanket on the bed, just an empty duvet cover. Owner responded, no duvet inside the cover because she was ordering a new one. She said we should turn the air conditioner onto warm, but no instructions on how the unit worked and it looked like a cheap unit. Rather than risk breaking it and being charged we left it alone. The apartment had a bad smell - like sewer gas. Received a text from owner on day we were to arrive that previous occupants had broken the light bulb above the bed but owner wasn’t going to be to the unit, so we should be careful of glass.
• Birgitta (9/5): Nice place - The apartment was nice and modern. The heavy smell of the kitchen sink (plomb) and the entry and stairs from the street were messy and needed to be renovated.
• Elka (4/5): The place is not worth its price at all. - The location is not "2 steps to Duomo", as advertised. It's about 750 m to the Duomo. There was a bad smell in the room, coming from the bins, which were empty, but not washed well. I advised the host, he promised to check it, but nothing was done. I had to air the room continuously. Also, there was no any blanket for the bed, only sheets. The nights were cool and the air conditioner too noisy. I also advised the host, he promised to send a blanket, but up to the end of my stay, I received nothing. The street is quite busy and noisy - buses, cars, noisy groups of tourists.
