• Haziqah (10/5): - This homestay is in a great location, just near the mall, making it very convenient. The host was warm and welcoming, providing clear instructions that made everything easy. The living room is stylish and cozy, and the bedroom is clean, comfortable, and equipped with Netflix and hv swimming pool for kids too . Overall, it was a lovely place to stay, and I would definitely recommend it

• Maria (6/5): Great location, but upkeep in terms of cleanliness (maybe cleaning team?) needs a bit of work! - Good location, easy check-in process. The apartment wasn't as clean as we had expected - there were lots of hair around the apartment, and cockroaches greeted us upon arrival. It was very dusty too, with clumps of dust gathering on the floor when the fan was switched on. Unfortunately we have dust allergies and decided to check-out earlier than expected.

• HO (6/5): - Check-in and key collection were seamless, and the host kindly allowed us to check in early at around 2:30pm, which we really appreciated. The living room is very spacious, and the sofa is huge and comfortable—perfect for accommodating 8 people. Sheets and towels were clean and freshly laundered. There are plenty of local food options just below the apartment, which is very convenient. Mid Valley Mall and the famous B&B Bakery are also within walking distance, making the location excellent. While the toilet was clean, it appeared stained. Two of the light bulbs in the toilet were not working, and unfortunately the hair dryer was also faulty. The toilet in the room with two beds has a glass door, which may be restrictive in terms of privacy depending on the travel group.

• Almaherah (9/5): It was comfortable n safe. - The instructions were clear for strangers like us. There is no balcony, so safe for us with small kids around. Mattresses are comfortable, towels are of good quality, the place is spacious, clean. We requested to check in earlier, n allowed with some charges. But it was ok and understandable. Overall, we love it! Wish there is a laundry nearby. There is a washing machine but it took a while for the clothes to dry. Only one bathroom with the water heater. The other one is ok but wish there is a water heater too. But overall is ok. 👍🏼
• Andrew LW Lee (8/5): - We close this area because the location is very close to Mid-Valley Mall as well as CIQ.. The apartment is spacious. Aircon units need to be cleaned as the air is not cooling even when the thermostat is set at 21C. The unit needs a bit of sprucing up as there are 'missing' light bulbs in the room and hall.

• tay (9/5): - Enjoyed the scenery and amenities provided. The room was spacious and are well maintained. Spacious living room and great TV selection. Very close by to MidValley Southkey, great access. The toilet bowl had a bit of a foul smell and the toilet floors were slippery. Aside from that, everything was great.

• NanaHali (7/5): Good stay overall but can improve. - Kids loves the pool. Good aircon. Good security. Frequent patroling. Feel safe staying there. Toilet light need to change bulb, dark at shower area. A few cockroach seen. Lift is a lil slow.
• Tiffany (7/5): Worth it - The smart tv, the long bath tub, the swimming pool, responsive host There was no pool table, filtered water dispenser, or hand soap at sinks (only 2 in 1 shampoo/ body soap at shower area). Can’t shower for too long or the water will overflow from the shower area and into the toilet area. If order grab food, have to go down to security post and collect. The bathroom glass door in the master bedroom is not fully private, so will have to lock the bedroom door for privacy.

• lee (9/5): - Apartment is true to picture. The huge sofa is so comfortable that parents chose to sleep on it instead of bed. The beds in room also comfortable for good night rest. As its on high floor, the view was pretty at night too. The location is fantastic since is just behind South key Mid Valley, a coffee shop just next to accommodation and famous Hai Kah lang 2 streets away. The only cons we had was the glass door for master bathroom as its a bit lack of privacy even for family. Would be good to have a normal door. Also a door/curtain screen for the bath area as the water tend to splash out causing slippery floor. So those with elderly, please be careful.

Getting the keys were a little troublesome because there was not many parking space to stop & get it from mailbox. The sofa a bit too worn out. Not very comfortable to sit on. Maybe time for a change. Everything else was ok.

• Winnie (8/5): Overall the stay was comfortable. - The location is near to Mid Valley Southkey Mall. The unit is spacious and the TV program varieties were good, even better if have game consoles. The wifi signal not good. Even at the living room where the console is located sometimes weak signal. In the bedrooms, wifi often lagged and unable to connect. In the master bedroom toilet, the shower area water unable to flow off easily and often flooded.

• Amir (10/5): The house is worth your money - The house is great! They give us two access card, and two parking lot which is important for us. The entire layout is amazing, its clean i love every bits if the house. The aircond is cool. Its very spacious and cosy. I wish i have a house like this. Owner got great taste! The house is good but the parking card is slightly insane. We couldnt get into the lift at parking area. Only one card is accessible so there time when some of us got stuck at parking cz we couldnt open the door. Management seems a bit bias? Some car can pay to park inside the rest need to park outside prolly you can nego with them

• Wanxin (10/5): Mosaic apartment - The house is clean and neat. Comfortable bed and pillows.There is a water dispenser and save us the trouble of boiling water. Love the location as it's near to Mid Valley southkey Shopping Centre. Easy instructions to check in too.
• Fyiona (9/5): Nice place for an outstation trip - The location is strategic as it is located right in the middle of the commercial circle at Southkey and Midvalley Southkey is within sight. There's a plenty of restaurant around the corner. As for the accommodation, there are plenty security to pass through, and we were given clear instructions. The house is clean and nicely renovated (as per what was shown in the photos) and fully furnished. Suggesting to improve bathroom amenities.

• Lee (8/5): Convenient, safe and comfortable - The host was very responsive. The security is very tight and it takes a while before our car was cleared. View is great. Aircon is cold. The tap in the kitchen is loose and the kettle was not working. There was no handwash soap for the toilets so I had to go out to buy handwashing soap for 2 toilets. We stayed 4 nights and did washing with the washing machine but there was no laundry detergent. Would have been nice if there was some laundry detergent. We had to buy from minimart. Wifi is a bit spotty in the bedrooms but living room is good.

• Wan (9/5): Superb - The location is great. The space and furnishing is great. The staff support is very prompt when we shared about the smoke smell within the unit and they explained very clearly their steps taken prior to us coming and how they are unable to change a unit for us. . Would be good if the master bedroom toilet door is not transparent since there are 2 queens beds within that room and the wardrobe doors can reflect the toilet activities.
