• Lisa (9/5): Great apartment with everything we needed. - The apartment was spacious and loved that there were dish washer tabs, liquid for the washing machine, milk and coffee pods. The towels were big and the linen was lovely. Also loved the pool. Location was close to bus stops and town but the police station and shelter over the road caused a lot of noise through the night. Outside of the host's control I realise! The Spa pool was closed during our stay.
• Jesse (4/5): Good location, over priced, building and room unclean. Apartment poorly cleaned and setup. - Good location, central to the city House is run down, dirty and therefore overpriced. Upon arrival we had no towels or bedding, the apartment had not been properly cleaned. Does not sleep as many people as advertised, our group of 5 stayed here and we could only get one door key.

• Kristina (1/5): Disappointing and unresponsive hosts. - Extremely disappointed about this stay. Would strongly NOT recommend staying. The shower head fell off one night, of which the host did not attend to to resolve in a prompt manner. Therefore, I had no functional shower for the duration of my stay. Furthermore, the benchtops in the kitchen and bathroom are aged, peeling, appearing extremely run-down in comparison to the ad images, making it a deceiving ad. With the property being across from the police station and on a night club street in Perth, the location was very loud. Would definitely not be staying here again.

• Ms (6/5): Pleasant - Blue Cat Bus which is free of charge, we got on or got off just on the next street. We can easy walk to CBD. Some local tour can picked up us on the ground floor, no need go to meeting point. We lived for 9 nights but provided one time cleaning, and only provided 4 rolls toilet tissue to us for 4 people. Although later, they asked us to pick the toilet tissue at their management office, but we have bought already, because no reply received from them for 2 days.
• Osnat (7/5): Good - The location to the city Center. The apartment is located across the street from a police station and there were a few sirens because of that. In addition, we arrived late and there was no one to communicate with. Luckily, a nice neighbour helped us to enter the building. Moreover, the chores we were asked to do before we left were too much. We are expected to return to Perth and definitely not planning to come back.
