• VAN HUNG (1/5): Séjour refusé malgré réservation booking - L'hôtel m'a dit le dernier jour que il n'a pas de chambre libre pour moi car il a un problème erreur informatique internet avec booking donc ma réservation chez booking n'est pas valable en réalité, j'ai du chercher en catastrophe un autre hotel. C'est le 2ème problème fois réservation avec booking, la réservation booking n'est plus fiable ce dernier temps

• Voudas (10/5): A 11/10 hotel and triple value for money - Who is giving less than 10 , he knows nothing about hotels . I travelled all my life in Europe and the world , but this hotel is one of my top 3 . The room has all you need , aircondition works perfect , speed running water in shower perfect , tv , fridge , cleab rooms , helpfull staff . I forgot my bag on the backseat of the taxi , and the guy he took the motorbike to hunt the driver and bring it back to me . This hotel is 11/10 . Stay here and you will never regret your money . Who says opposite he is useless

• Douglas (9/5): Superb - Modest accommodations to be sure, but we thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay. The room had all the essential amenities and there was plenty of hot water when taking a shower. The bed wasn't as comfortable as at other places we stayed (Saigon was the fifth stop on our trip), the mattress seemed lumpy. But that little glitch was more than compensated for by the excellent location in District 1 (we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and there was a large urban park a block away), and the friendly, very helpful staff. We'd stay at this hotel again without hesitation.

• Daniel (7/5): I love staying here but have begun to look elsewhere for better accommodations - It’s a great location and very quiet inside so the only real noise you hear potentially are the other guests but that is rare. Security is always watchful and the doorman are very helpful. The cleaning lady is the best at making sure we have fresh towels and water daily. The front desk could improve on addressing issues. There was an infestation of roaches behind the bathroom mirror and when I said something to them and even messaged on here I got a nod and smile and no response via booking message.

• Donac2022 (8/5): Good location nice staff small room for two - We booked this as per reveiws only. The staff was good not much english speaking; they welcomed us to the hotel. It was raining and we checked in. Room was small and non window so we asked there was other room and we were told we will be given different better room tomorrow. Even though our first night room was small it was clean and good just small for both of us to keep our luggage and move around whichis why we asked for change of room. Next day we got better room indeed. Hotel was also good to help us receive our forgotten parcel with some charges. We let our multiple destination hotels coordinate and we received our parcel. While checking out they charged us extra money which they didnot inform us while changing room. We were under the impression that they re replacing the room and staff didnot mention the charge in advance and we had to pay it. This is the only thing we didn't like.

• Fabio (8/5): Average hotel that could improve - The hotel is pretty close to most attraction by walk, it's in a lateral street with a little less traffic than the main one. They change the room everyday and you have air conditioning though is pretty noisy. The room was without windows and the shower has no shelf for soap/shampoo, but the main problem is the very bad noise insulation of the rooms so everyone could be disturbed during the night. You cannot keep anything charging into the room if you take away the key.

The staff here was more than thoughtful, friendly, and supportive to my needs. Although I love trying new things, I'll definitely return back to my new Ruby family.

Great location, staff but I wouldn't recommend this hotel to foreigners. James Bond they are not but they are all around at this hotel, many other better options in HCM. Spy spy spy

Close to restaurants, and shops. Nice and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Very good breakfasts. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like to stay in Ho Chi Minh City.
