Paulo Marcos Eduardo (8/5): É bom. Mas pode melhorar. - 1. O serviço é primoroso. Pessoal treinado com esmero para receber com eficência e gentileza. Todos, sem exceçao. Detacar alguém seria injustiça. 2.A localização é esplêndida, mais pé na areia seria impossível. Apesar de o terreno não ser muito largo, o aproveitamento do espaço frente ao mar é muito bem feito e confortabilíssimo. 3.O restaurante é muito bom. Se o hóspede assim desejar, não precisa sair do hotel. 1.O apartamento não tinha porta no banheiro (depois, descobri que é uma proposta arquitetônica: nenhum deles tem). Isso gera alguns desconfortos. Um deles é que, acesa a luz do banheiro, o quarto se ilumina indiretamente, incomodando a (o) companheira (o). Se considerarmos que boa parte das pessoas (eu incluído) têm o hábito ou necessidade de urinar durante a noite, o incômodo é inevitável. 2.Ainda sobre a porta do banheiro. O vaso sanitáro é fechado por uma porta de vidro. Mas esta tem a altura da porta do box do chuveiro, não veda totalmente. Resultado: humores, rumores e odores também acabam compartilhados, gerando desconforto. 3.O bar interno é muito simpático e confortável. Mas ali residem duas geladeiras de vinhos e uma de cerveja. Esta não fere a vista. Mas as geladeiras de vinho, além de completamente deslocadas no ambiente, fazem um barulho exremamente incômodo, abafando mesmo a ótima trilha sonora. E o que é inexplicável é que, na entrada do hotel há uma enorme adega envidraçada que as comportaria perfeitamente.

Fred (9/5): Hotel excelente, mas fui mordido por um cachorro solto na praia de Cambury em frente do hotel. - O hotel possui uma infraestrutura muito boa e o atendimento dos funcionários é nota 10. Infelizmente, no domingo, dia 16/11, pela manhã, enquanto caminhava cedo na praia de Cambury, fui mordido por um cachorro solto, sem dono. Precisei ir ao pronto-socorro em Boiçucanga e tomar a vacina antirrábica. Em outros dias, já havia observado que há muitos cachorros soltos, sozinhos ou com donos que os deixam andar sem coleira. Entendemos que não é responsabilidade do hotel fiscalizar a praia, mas, devido ao risco de novas mordidas, fica difícil pensarmos em voltar

Antonio (8/5): Excelente final de semana. - Atendimento dos funcionários é excepcional. O quarto é bastante amplo e confortável. A área externa, pé na areia é maravilhosa. Café da manhã perfeito. Se por alguma razão você necessitar conectar-se an internet, esse não é o local para você se hospedar. A TV do nosso apartamento também estava com problemas técnicos e desligava. O trecho da estrada principal até o hotel reflete um total desleixo da prefeitura local. (Isso não tem nada haver com o hotel, mas é algo importante a ser sinalizado.)

Nuria (9/5): Pleasant overall and we were well looked after - Tranquility Bathrooms were badly kept for the price,, not very clean. Bedrooms bedside light missing. Bedside table broken and everything slides off. It needs TLC for the price they charge.
Kely (10/5): besides small adjustments, was great but for the price, what I complaint was small details and easy - staff,location, food, room, view. needs more shower towels in room. cushion on long chairs at room terrace and beach towels for those chairs, more options to purchase at room bar besides drinks, like chocolates, fruit bars and different kind of nuts. needs sleepers to walk in room and the toilet inside a glass to in front of bed and sharing the glass with showers very emberassing. not romantic at all. the staff amazing. but the jacuzzi was not workinh with hot water close to the pool.
