• Rufina (8/5): За эти деньги вполне норм,но нужно уделить внимание чистоте в номерах. - На завтраки я не ходила,т.к не ем и не переношу запах жареных яиц,а их там жарили ежедневно. Так же на завтрак был сыр,творог,варенье,чай,кофе,яичница. Для женщины норм,мужчина не думаю,что наелся бы. Отель расположен очень удачно,близко до старого города и метро. Персонал отеля очень вежливый и приветливый. За неделю не убрали в номере ни разу.

• Tsugune (8/5): 絶景の快適な宿 - 部屋からバクー市街を見渡せとても景色が良い　地下鉄駅から少し離れた高台にあるが近くにスーパーも食堂もあって便利ではある　冷蔵庫に湯沸かしポットにドライヤーそしてバスタブもついて設備が整っていて快適 パン３枚と玉子焼きだけの朝食が少しショボいまあジャムが美味しく玉子焼きも焼いてくれるのでまあいいか　受付のオバさんは何故かロシア語対応で英語は全く通じないので最初は戸惑うが身振り手振りで何となくわかるのでそんなに問題はない

• Waqqas (1/5): Couldnt find hotel and proprieter didnt respond. Had to find another hotel last minute - Proprieter gave a full cancellation refund When I arrived at the location in the evening, we couodnt find any sign of the hotel. We called both published numbers multiple times, but the call was never answered. We left messages on WhatsApp that went unanswered until midnight. In the end, we had to pay extra to the taxi and for a last minute booking at a hotel. Awful start to the trip.

• Sahzia Asmat (10/5): - Das Zimmer und Bad waren gut und sauber. Die Betten bequem. Es war warm und gemütlich. Wir hatten Warmwasser und auch einen schönen großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Straße. Es war so wie es beschrieben war. Die Lage war perfekt. Die Flame Towers waren direkt um die Ecke und etwas weiter war ein Park, wo man auf die Corniche schauen konnte. Ein Traum. Nazami Street 1,3 km entfernt. Am besten hat uns das Frühstück gefallen. Selbstgemachter Kuchen und das Omelett waren am besten. Auf Wunsch haben wir das Frühstück früher bekommen, weil wir eine Tagestour hatten. Das Personal war super freundlich und sehr kooperativ. Die kurzen Gespräche haben uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wer ein 5 Sterne Hotel sucht, der ist vielleicht hier nicht richtig, aber wer ein 5 Sterne Hotel der Herzen sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Baku ist das Paris des Kaspischen Meeres...... Nichts.....

• Federico (8/5): Muy espacioso y bien ubicado - Buena ubicación, cerca de la Old Town, de Highland Park y de Baku Boulevard. Apartamento enorme y muy cómodo, eramos 2 personas pero tranquilamente pueden hospedarse 5 personas allí, tiene un living enorme con cama doble, 2 habitaciones y baño. El desayuno es sencillo pero abundante, lo preparan en el momento. A nosotros durante nuestra estadía nos atendió Azer que es muy amable y habla bien inglés. Sólo el baño es la única objeción, ya que si bien es grande, la bañera donde está la ducha no tiene cortinas ni mamparas para evitar que salga el agua, con lo cual ducharse ahí resulta algo complicado si uno está acostumbrado a que sea cerrado.

Nos obligaron a pagar en efectivo, el desayuno no está mal, pero es el mismo todos los días, sin mucha variedad. Solo una persona del hotel habla inglés, y únicamente está los fines de semana.

Kahvaltı var dediler bir parça peynir ve bir omlet hergünde aynı. Fiyatlarıda pahalıydı geceliği 40 dolara geldi çok daha iyi oteller vardı zaten oraya otelde denemezdi balkon leş gibi ama zaten kapısı yoktu. Gece 1 su isteyecek kimse yoktu ve buzdolabı zaten boştu çalıştığı da belli değil. Benim hatam dikkat etmedim seçerken. Sahibi sadece para almayı biliyor.% 50 kesmeselerdi iptal ederdim neyse bu da bir tecrübe

• Martina (8/5): basic accommodation for good value on the best place in Baku - The hotel is located in the 5th floor of an apartment building. The location is absolutely perfect! You reach within 10 minutes the famous Flame towers and Old city, too. The same to the Boulevard. The view is as well great, you are at the top and have great view on city, ocean, Flame towers. Really lovely. Breakfast is basic and everyday the same. Our room - Three-Bedroom Apartment - was really huge and had all we needed - comfortable beds, towels, hairdryer and toilet paper. Still I missed the rooms to be more equipped. For example there was no table and chair where the whole family could sit. But for a 4 nights stay it was good and as said, the main plus is the location.

• 蕾 (5/5): - 服务态度差!对我没有任何服务!因为头天我带来一个朋友，主动要给我们换大房，说好了价格，要我取消订单，我没有答应，因为取消要付一半的费用，弄了一个小时说不通，很烦，结果变卦了要我们加钱30AZN!加钱我也不愿意，我们还是回到原来位置。那朋友在别家住了，所以怀恨在心!区别对待客人，第一天早餐不给我拿面包，自己占着面包机，我自己拿的烤!第二天别人煎蛋很多，给我一点点，只有别人一半，太明显了，也是我自己拿的面包!没有任何服务

• Rufat (1/5): Würde keinem empfehlen. - Nur die Lage Das ist kein richtiger Hotel. Rezeption besteht aus einem Schreibtisch und Stuhl in einer Ecke. Ist sehr alt und mansche sachen funktionieren sogar gar nicht. Blick zum Meer hat man gar nicht, nur aus der Küche. Frühstück besteht aus Spiegelei und Tee. Nicht mal Obst, Wurst etc. Zimmer, Badezimmer waren nicht sauber.

Pokoje są bardzo czyste i zadbane, a właścicielka niezwykle sympatyczna i pomocna. Śniadania smaczne i świeże. Serdecznie polecam każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu w miłej atmosferze

• Lorenzo Natali (9/5): carino e onesto, doccia grande - Parto col dire che la vista in descrizione non è dalla stanza ma dal balcone della cucina, comunque accessibile tramite porta finestra e vi lascio le foto più sotto. Sono due appartamenti riconvertiti a stanze, la mia davvero enorme. Questo, oltre alla posizione sopraelevata da cui domina sulla città, alla colazione (senza infamia e senza lode) e al rapporto qualità prezzo me l'hanno fatto preferire rispetto ad altri. Vi avviso però: Baku ha molte strade in salita e raggiungere l'alloggio non fa eccezione (i bus non li ho valutati), nemmeno raggiungere le flame towers (500m) ma se si parte da quelle a visitare la città si passa poi dalla fiamma eterna, si scende verso la ruota panoramica e tutta la corniche fino al centro storico e fino al Crescent. Nonostante il 5 piano alcuni rumori dalla strada, ma niente di grave. Bagno grande e doccia nuova ed altrettanto grande completano la mia recensione. peccato solo pagamento contante, nonostante il terminale ci sia ma per qualche motivo non viene usato

Вид с балкона прикрепила фото. Все хорошо. Для тех кто не ленится ходить. Гостиница размещена возле огненных башен, так что приходилось подымается в верх. Но это как бы не напрягала.

• Sergey (7/5): - Хороший вариант за свою цену. До старого города и метро около 10 минут пешком. Есть Wi-Fi, есть завтраки. Администратор Азер -молодец! Очень доброжелательный и гостеприимный, всегда готов помочь. Номера подустали, было бы неплохо освежить. Отель находится на пятом этаже жилого дома, больше похоже на хостел.
• Lala (6/5): Было бы неплохо сделать небольшой косметический ремонт в некоторых частях комнат и уборной. - Очень понравился персонал, доброжелательные , отношение как к родным :) Чувствовали себя как дома.

• Muhammad (10/5): Very Good - The location truly couldn’t be better, everything is within easy walking distance, including the Palace of the Shirvanshahs, Maiden Tower, Flame Towers, and Martyrs’ Lane. The Seaview rooms are especially lovely, offering a beautiful outlook over the city and Caspian Sea. Ideal for anyone wanting to explore the historic heart of Baku on foot. I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Baku. The staff were courteous, the rooms clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. The only point I’d note is the breakfast, which could benefit from a wider variety of items. While everything offered was fresh and well-prepared, the selection felt rather limited. A bit more choice would certainly enhance the experience. Other than that, everything was spot on.

• Umed (8/5): Very good - Location is very good nearby flame tower and beach. Room is specious and clean , family is very friendly. Breakfast is simple but ok for this deal but my son like the egg, every day breakfast is same they should improve it then it will be superb.overall everything is good. No variety in breakfast no toaster no coffee machine🙂
