• Ștefana (6/5): I wouldn’t return. - Very clean indeed. One of the single beds was stiff and noisy, the app used to unlock the lockbox was difficult to use, the location is at around 800m from the metro station (not as advertised here), check in at 15:00, co at 10 am (not even 12 hrs of stay). No iron for clothes, the host advised us to cross the street and pay of we want ironed clothes. The second bathroom only has a sink, nothing else, do it’s not really a bathroom.
• De Angelis (7/5): - I condizionatori presenti nelle camere e nella sala, l'ampia doccia e la cucina. Durante la prenotazione avevo necessità della culla per mio figlio di 11 mesi, prenotazione gratuita anche se avrei accettato anche di pagarla visto una necessità. Giunto in casa la culla non era presente. Chiamato per telefono comunicando l'assenza della culla, e mi è stato detto che avrebbe allertato il personale delle pulizie che me l avrebbe procurata. Premesso che in casa c'è sempre stata 1 persona presente. La Culla la sto aspettando ancora adesso. Mi sono trovato costretto a dormire in 3 in un letto e al mio risveglio farmi un viaggio di 500km Cosa ben più grave, oltre a non avere ricevuto la culla, nemmeno una chiamata dalla struttura che mi avvisava che per qualsiasi è dico qualsiasi problematica non mi avrebbero potuto garantirmi il servizio..PECCATO
