Important Information
Office hours: 10:00 to 20:30.
Key collection: It takes place at our office: Paseo Reding 9, 29016, Malaga, from 16:00 to 20:30. Only once the apartment is ready/available we will give/share the keys.
Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges:
- From 21:00 to 22:00, EUR 30;
- From 22:00 to 23:00, EUR 35;
- From 23:00 to 24:00, EUR 40;
- From 24:00 to 01:00, EUR 45;
- After 01:00, 10 EUR of additional charge per hour.
Emergency line available 24/7 via phone, no WhatsApp chat/calls available from 21:00 to 10:00.
Guests will receive a rental agreement (check in/registration online) which must be completed and signed prior to arrival.
In respect of hygiene guidelines, we do not leave cooking staples like salt, oil, etc.
Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
When traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of 12 euros per pet/per night.
Cot and high chairs are also available, and are 6,5 € per item/per night. Subject to availability.
Quiet hours are between 22:00:00 and 08:00:00.
When available, kindly note that the sofa bed is not pre-set upon arrival, but we’re happy to prepare it if requested in advance.
A damage deposit of 350 € is required on arrival, this is the minimum amount. It depends on the type of the apartment booked. This will be collected by card only (Visa or Mastercard). You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full by card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Our accommodations provide a unique experience, distinct from the hotels. While daily cleaning services are not included, we ensure your comfort with a final cleaning and an additional cleaning every 7 nights. For guests who prefer more frequent cleaning, this service is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for further details and pricing.

Fabulous terrace overlooking the port with plenty of space for sun loungers as well as a large tableand chairs to dine with covered shade. Internally the apartment was very well designed and fully equipped. Furniture was beautiful. We loved it all. Nothing.

- Jeanette (6/5): Nice apartment but wouldn’t stay again. - The apartment is large, nicely decorated and modern and clean. Both bedrooms had en-suite. Shower was very good in main bedroom. Balcony was large with nice very view of the port. Communication with Caleta Homes was very random with a lot of generic messages to questions, that didn’t really give me an answer. Plus some error ones such as checkout procedure before I had even arrived. There was no personal touch that I felt with the properties I had just stayed in in Cordoba and Seville. Didn’t like the fact that you had to go to their office to pick up the keys with no assistance to get to the apartment, although it was only a 10 minute walk away this seems quite far when carrying baggage and wheeling suitcases in the afternoon heat. I feel they should install a key box or meet you at the apartment. The security deposit you pay at the office could be done through their online checkin. It was hard to fully enjoy the balcony due to the flies, don’t open windows or patio doors as the apartment becomes full of flies, they were in the shower and were quite a pain. I got some spray to try to get rid of them as there was only an empty can in the cupboard. The kitchen although well equipped is very dark and as the sink is black was quite difficult to see what you were doing. No start off provisions, not even a bottle of water! Stark comparison to the 2 previous apartments we stayed at as part of this trip. Make sure you do not disturb the neighbour in 4D, our delivery driver pressed their intercom by mistake and she was raging at my son and was slapping him on the arm, luckily he is a polite man and quietly and firmly told her to stop. Was very unpleasant.
- Jan (10/5): Fantastic contemporary penthouse apartment. - Beautiful contemporary penthouse apartment in the heart of Málaga city. There is a lift or stairs to take to the 4th floor front door. Once inside there is stairs that lead to the apartment area and everything is on this floor except 3 steps to the raised kitchen area. It has 2 bedrooms with 2 en suites and also a separate toilet. It is so well equipped, we loved the decor and the terrace is a lovely to enjoy. Fantastic space. Our only issue was one of the shower in the 2nd bedroom wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t be fixed in time for our arrival before New Year but the rental company informed us of this before we arrived and offered a discount.
- Gavin (3/5): Not as relaxing as I'd hoped for due to faults in the flat. - N/A En-suite to room with 2 single beds. The shower was broken and had clearly been broken for some time. Ended up with water being switched off to that room so no shower or toilet. Shower leaked into property below so ened up very angry neighbours hammering on the door through no fault of our own. Lost power one night but thankfully someone was available at the rentaing company who talked us through how to fix it.

- Maxime (9/5): Amazing location and view - Amazing location and view. Beautiful flat with generous volumes (very high ceilings, huge terrace). Responsive team. Showers did not work properly and we sometimes had to wait a while before getting warm water. We would have appreciated basic stuff with the kitchen (salt, olive oil) to avoid buying some just for just a couple dinners. Also, there was a single towel and it would have been great to have a few more. But nothing serious.
