• hermann (8/5): Wohnung sehr gut, Personal nicht hilfreich. - Schlüsselübergabe: Lage des Schlüsselkastens sehr schlecht erklärt: ein Video zeigt den Schlüsselkasten: 2 Stunden Suche, Handy in der Hand, Koffer in der Hand , 2 Umhängetaschen -Straße überqueren, straße zurück anrufen video wird erneut geschickt, Straße mit koffer und Umhängetaschen entlanglaufen, kein Schlüsselkasten, erneut anrufen, Video wird geschickt ... auf keinem Video kann man von der Eingangstür aus den Schlüsselkasten sehen/ erkennen.. wir haben mehrmals von 15:00 bis 17:30 darauf hingewiesen, dass wir den Schlüsselkasten nicht finden und um Hilfe gebeten-um 18:00Uhr erhielten wir einen Anruf Hilfe würde kommen zu spät! sehr schlechter Service vor Ort!

• Regina (8/5): - Localização fantástica . Ar condicionado não funciona. Esta já era a reclamação dos hóspedes anteriores e eles não resolveram. Um apto que tinha tudo para ganhar nota 10 mas verão sem ar é inconcebível. A nossa sorte é que choveu e o calor não estava insuportável. Outro inconveniente é a falta de cuidado com as mínimas coisas. Dois rolos de papel higiênico para 4 pessoas para 4 dias. Sem toalha de papel na cozinha. Coisas mínimas e baratas que fazem a diferença.
• Liang (6/5): - De ligging van het appartement was wel een goede prijs en kwaliteit verhouding. Het is maar 10-11 min stappen naar de duomo. De wifi deed het goed. De inrichting van het appartement was cava, maar de half doorzichtige glazen tussen de badkamer en slaapkamer was soms vervelend. De airco werkte niet zo goed, dit verveelde ons de hele tijd. Alhoewel we snelle reactie kregen van de accommodatie maar het was een slechte ervaring want we moesten steeds zorgen maken over de airco en waren bang dat die opeens weer niet meer ging doen.

• Anna (5/5): Loved the location and communication from staff was great, just hoping for better facilities. - Location was great Not very well stocked with detergent or toiletries or kitchen utensils. Door handles were loose and difficult to use. Wasn’t as clean as expected, stains on sofa bed and quilts.
• Arsalan (1/5): Bad - There is no hot water. During just one time shower, I had to reset the hat water 7 times There was no internet. I asked them to check it and emphasized that I wanted to be in the apartment when they came, but they entered the apartment without my permission, and they couldn't fix the internet problem. I told them that they should check the internet problem before my arrival. Very poor service
• Milena (3/5): Worst ever - Location, near to Duomo and public transport The staff was so unprofessional. The wi fi was not working. After several messages they told us to write a mail to the provider instead of fixing it. Is not our job to fix the wifi in the apartment that we are renting for 3 days. Also they gave us a recommendation for a luggage storage that does not exist. After we took a taxi and pay for the luggage storage and figure out that it is closed, the staff don’t even try to help us, just ignore the situation. Also the cleanness should be improved. Not enough things in the kitchen (not even 1 bottle of water or coffee), bathroom. Also very difficult to enter, passing through 5 doors.

• Caroline (9/5): A great location in a comfortable apartment in the heart of Milan. - The location was great near Naviglio which was exciting & lots of restaurants. The apartment was very good, mostly clean & comfortable. Cleaning could have been a bit better & 2 coffee pods felt a little mean for 4 people. Only the bare minimum was provided in cleaning items & almost no provisions usually found in 2 bedroom apartments.

• Maria (8/5): Great apartment in an amazing location. - The location was so perfect! In a wide street, with lots of restaurants, cafes etc... and super close to the Duomo and other important sites. We loved the historic building, with the patio and narrow halls, but still with the comfort of an elevator. The apartment was fully remodeled, so new that I wondered if we were the first ones there! It was well equipped. It had dish soap and dishwasher soap and even laundry soap. It had some toiletries as well. And bedrooms were spacious, beds very comfortable. AC worked very well. And it was very quiet, since it faces the interior patio. Highly, highly recommend it. Keys: it was not easy to get to the keys in the lockbox without the video instructions. But they sent the video only the day of our arrival and only to me. My husband was arriving earlier by himself and I asked them to send the instructions to him, but they did not answer. I had problems in the airport downloading the videos and it was quite stressful although I figured it out at the end. They should ask who is arriving first and if you have access to internet on your phone. I think this could have been handled differently to avoid stressful situations. maybe send video a couple of days before arrival or send different formats to make sure everybody can open them. And send them to more than one person if requested. This is the reason I didn't give a 9 or a 10 and the lukewarm review score for the Hosts. They could add a couple of details to make stay more comfortable: shower doesn't have a shelf to leave bottles, which is quite inconvenient. There is laundry soap but not clothespins. Conditioner/body lotion would have been appreciated.
