• Lenka (9/5): - Perfektně vybavený byt, měl všechno, co člověk potřebuje - pohodlnou postel, kuchyňku s lednicí, vybavenou koupelnu, včetně takových detailů, jako je sušák na prádlo. Komunikace byla snadná, vyzvednutí klíčů také.

• Avi (8/5): - The apartment is nice with a "unique touch". It is in a good location. The connection with the host was easy and they were very accessible on line. They were very nice and let us have an earlier check in. The toilet and the shower is in the same small space with no divider. You have to be ready to the concept. The hot water is finished once you close the running water shower. It takes few hours for the water to be hot again. It means that in order to have few showers one after another you have to keep the water running without closing the faucet. It should be fixed.

• Giuseppe (9/5): Approvatissimo - La struttura da fuori mette un po' di paura, ma entrando si nota un appartamento ristrutturato da poco, accogliente con tutti i comfort. C'è un po' di puzza di muffa nel portone, ma in casa non si sente nulla.

• Vesela (9/5): Lovely apartment close to the city center - The apartment had everything needed for a short stay. It is very well located, on a quiet street but very close to the center. The check-in process was really convenient following the instructions from the hosts.
• Chrisoula (9/5): - Το σπίτι είναι καθαρό,ωραίο,άνετο και ζεστό!η τοποθεσία είναι πολύ καλή μόλις 10 λεπτά από το κέντρο της Σοφιας.. Το εξωτερικό του σπιτιού επειδή φτάσαμε και αργά το βράδυ ήταν λίγο τρομακτικό σε σημείο που δεν πιστεύαμε ότι υπάρχει σπίτι εκεί.Ειναι σε αδιέξοδο στενό και δυστυχώς υπάρχουν πολλά σκουπίδια απέξω σαν εγκαταλελειμμένο.Παρολα αυτά το εσωτερικό του σπιτιού δεν έχει καμία σχέση και σε ανταμείβει!!

• Bydavulcu (10/5): Good location, good house, good price - Otelin konumu merkeze 4 dakika mesafededir. Zaten şehrin tam merkezinde. Etrafında gece ücretsiz, gündüz çok cüzi ücretli birçok araba park yeri ( green zone )bulunmaktadır. Ev dışarıdan eski gibi dursada içerisi mükemmel ve şık dizayn edilmiş, , birçok otelde bulamayacağınız extra herşeye sahipsiniz. Ev sahibi her sorumuza üşenmeden cevap verdi, otopark konusunda çok yardımcı oldu. Burası varken, Sofya’ya gelipte otelde vs kalmam artık, kalanında aklından şüphe ederim. Çok güzel anılarla ayrıldık. Tekrar görüşeceğiz teşekkürler The hotel's location is 4 minutes from the center. Already in the very center of the city. In the surrounding area there are many parking lots (green zone), free of charge at night and for a very small fee during the day. Although the house looks old from the outside, the inside is perfectly and stylishly designed, you have extra everything you can't find in many hotels. The owner answered every question we had and was very helpful with parking. With this place, I won't come to Sofia and stay in a hotel etc. I doubt the sanity of anyone who stays here. We left with very good memories. We will see you again thank you Everythings are great
• Bahar (10/5): Tüm mutfak malzemeleri ile merkeze yakın - Konum yeşil bölge olmasına rağmen bazı mavi bölgelerden bile merkeze daha yakın. İyi dekore edilmiş temiz. Ev sahipleri her türlü sorularınızı anında nazikçe cevaplayıp sizlere her konuda yardımcı oluyor. Aracınızı sokağa yada yan sokaklara günlük 14 leva karşılığında park edebiliyorsunuz. Park için 2 yöntem var birincisi yerel bir telefon hattı ile SMS göndermek ikincisi sokaklarda dolaşan yeşil ceketleri trafik görevlilerinden park için bilet almak. Bilet alırsanız her 4 saatte bir biletlerinizi değiştirmeniz gerekiyor. Ayrıca çok yakında ücretleri özel park yerleri de var.

• Marko (10/5): A great stay - Loved it all, well almost all, except the bathroom. Very nice and clean apartment. Good location. Kind host and easy to check in and out. A bit pricey though. Bathroom is very very small and although very nicely decorated, showering like this I did not like. it was constantly wet and it was not a nice feeling. But I guess it was impossible to do anything about it as the apartment is a bit oddly organised.

• Gjurgica (10/5): Exceptional - For the first time, I experienced exceptional hospitality without meeting the hosts. So homey, warm, and toutfull. Smart location, good wi-fi. The building is old, and it's crying for some serious TLC. We almost left when we arrived, but as soon as you entered the room, it was like entering another dimension 😀.

They even hitted the house for me before my arrivel. What you see in the photos is really how it looks and feels, maybe even better. Super !!!

• Evgeny (8/5): Very good - It was prepared for guests. Everything is new. Clean. Quite. Nice place. No lighting at the entrance. Homeless people pissing next to the entrance. Light plastic door. We didn't feel safe. It was hard to keep the WC clean due to the small size after taking a shower.

The “SOS” package for women is a wonderful touch. The host also let me check in early and put on the heating for me and left me some chocolate as a welcome gift. Very thoughtful. The heating in the living space didn’t really heat the room up well enough despite it being on the heat setting at 30 degrees (AC unit). There were plenty of blankets around though which were great and needed.
• Any (9/5): Great place to stay in Sofia - Freshly renovated apartment with very good location. Quiet, spacious, and clean. The host was very friendly and helpful :) We really enjoyed the design and all the small details added to the interior. There is self check in, which is great for late arrivals. As well there is a small cute balcony which to get some fresh air :) Definitely recommending ! The only issue we had was that it was a bit cold in the bedroom. Another AC there would be advisible. The blanket from the living room left small cotton balls everywhere, specially on our clothes, and it was hard to clean them out. But other than that, all was just perfect :)

• Milena (10/5): Best spot for a city break - The flat is located strategically within 10 minutes walk from everything you might need - landmarks, metro, shopping centre, restaurants etc. The property is fully renovated and meticulously maintained. Great communication with the host, who made everything easy and convenient for me. I highly recommend this property, which has now become my favourite spot to stay in when travelling to Sofia.
