Noise level. Although a basement unit & a certain amount of noise is to be expected, we were woken up at 6:30 am from some type of pounding noise, so we didn't get to sleep in as planned.

• Blair (9/5): Great stay in Winnipeg - wonderful host! - It was a very large apartment, with lots of art about. The view from the main room was overlooking an unobstructed view of a river leading up to a line of housing in the distance - very attractive especially covered in snow. I found it great to be able to sync my phone to a large wall monitor/ tv, very cool! Being a coffee addict - the coffee pod machine was useful and having a microwave also was handy. I had some questions for the host and he was approachable and kind. I was only there overnight - so would have enjoyed a longer stay.
• Lewis (10/5): - Couldn't rate it higher. All this space to yourself and everything is so nice. Providing you have access to a vehicle, the location is not a problem and don't let that put you off. So, so good. I loved everything
• Keryn (10/5): This is a beautiful and comfortable apartment. I would definitely stay here again. - The host was very accommodating when my son decided to stay with me. The couches and bed were very comfortable. The location is in a very safe neighborhood, but it's not close to downtown - if that is what you are looking for. There was a child safety gait leading to the door to the apartment that was extremely difficult to open. Not sure if this was just due to ice from the weather.

• Carmen (10/5): Estancia corta pero agradable - Todo el departamento es muy grande , bien decorado.Los propietarios son muy amables y es nuestra tercera vez ahi. Es mi tercera vez que voy y no han tomado en cuenta mis sugerencias con respecto a los utensilios de cocina, la última vez habia menos y no son sificientes si uno quiere prepararse algo.

• Diana Ruth (9/5): - Everything you need is already in the house. Space is just enough for me and my husband. The walkway going to the gate entrance of the apartment is a little bit dark. Needs to add more lighting. Otherwise everything is perfect if you stay in the place.

• Jason (8/5): - It had all the necessities we needed It was very dark getting down the walkway between the houses. No lights in the front and the sensor light didn’t turn on until we were almost at the back door. Needed flash lights so we didn’t trip on the elevated walk way.

Ajustement des utensils de cuisine et pourquoi pas, un sofa lit au salon pour recevoir une famille de 3 ou 4 personnes.

Je reviendrais et c'est ce que je ferai, dommage qu'il n'ait pas les dates que je veux disponibles. Rien, tout était parfait, je recommanderais juste à l'hôte d'ajuster un peu plus d'ustensiles de cuisine, une bouilleur d’eau serait parfaite.

There are so many vehicles around this townhouse that parking is hard to find. The neighbors don't seem friendly; left a note on my vehicle about parking in front of their house on a public street.

• Sarah (8/5): Safe and comfortable apartment in great walking area. - Clean and secure, easy communication with the owner. Free parking in driveway. Close to grocery and gas. There are wonderful walking paths among this housing area. The bed is comfortable, but against one wall so you need to climb in from the bottom or climb over your bedmate if there’s 2 of you.

We liked the location, very convenient to access the highway, the view on the park with a lake was very beautiful and the neighbourhood is safe and calm.

The property was clean, had a lovely scent and was well equipped for our stay (including stove, microwave, laundry room and even a massage chair). The rooms are all nicely decorated that made it homely. It truly is a home away from home.
• Paddy (9/5): Great place and value for the price. - Very well stocked with everything such as towels, extra blankets, coffee, sugar....any needed utensils and appliances. Toiletries in the bathroom. Very nice. You should leave instructions for the TV.....when I turned it on it said signal was weak and I couldn't get any programming. The sidewalk leading down the side of the house to the suite was very icy.....there were bags of salt so I used them to spread on the ice but very treacherous and dangerous as it kept freezing over, due to water draining onto the walkway...perhaps from a sump pump ??

• Louis (9/5): Great Experience! - The clean environment, the nice host, and the spacious rooms. If you don't have a car, then you need to walk a long way to the bus stop and wait a long time for the buses to come.
• Yiming (9/5): Great experience in Winnipeg CA - Overall this Airbnb was great value for our stay. We had the garden unit for ourselves. The room was clean and the temperature was perfect for summer night sleep. We especially appreciated the host's quick response. We had power off in part of the unit. As soon I texted the host, he/she responded immediately and fixed the issue. The place is 30 minutes from downtown Winnipeg.
