- Peter (4/5): Don’t do it…. Not worth it! - Located near to Trevi fountain. Felt like 2 million stairs- actually more than 50!!! Awful entrance. Badly chipped bath . Lounge furniture had stains. Dismal terrace….. no view . Internet info and connection not great! Definitely not worth the money!

- Annette (9/5): We really enjoyed the cosiness of the apartment when you come inside from the busy tourist area - Location is excellent. Very clean and very comfortable. Stairs
- Nikki (9/5): Best location! Few challenges but all-round good - Best location! 2 min walk to the Trevi Fountain. Comfy rooms. Great value for money. Lovely balcony. Getting into the apartment was a nightmare! Big Tip for future travellers - the video used to show guests how to enter the apartment has not been updated since the 90's (LOL). Go straight the grey lockbox on the wall. The aircon in the passage area was making such a loud noise. IF you are planning full self-catering there are limited glasses and limited items like no bread board.
- Nir (7/5): - The location was excellent – close to the city center and the main street, yet surprisingly quiet. There were plenty of towels provided, the beds were relatively comfortable, and the kitchen was well equipped with a large refrigerator. It was a convenient base for exploring Rome. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn’t very well maintained or clean. The bathroom faucet was leaking, and several fixtures were either broken or nearly falling apart. There were ants in the kitchen, and although I was aware the apartment was on the third floor with no elevator, it still made things a bit challenging. In addition, only a small amount of toilet paper and soap were provided, and some of the light switches didn’t work properly.
- Gerard (9/5): - The location was exceptional, 1 min to trevi and easy walking distance to the main attractions of Roma. Beds were not the most comfortable but we're ok for a few nights sleep.
- Valentina (10/5): Excelente -
- Gregory (8/5): Great location central to walk everywhere. - Location was close to Trevi Fountain , Bar Della
Musa and other good Trattoria/ Gelati outlets.
Metro station Barberi was only 500 m away which allowed connection to Termini train. A convenient Luggage Storage was only 100m away which allowed us to drop our bags and enjoy Rome immediately until checkin. The rubbish was left in the ground floor lobby and not removed for our entire 3 day stay.
The apartment has signs of mould in ensuite ceiling which we reported to hosts.
Wasn’t aware of 3rd floor location with 54 steps to front door on a spiral staircase.
- Ignacio (8/5): - La ubicación y la amplitud de las instalaciones. Los dormitorios no tienen aire acondicionado.
- Callie (10/5): Beautiful, spotless apartment in an unbeatable location with strong AC and a lovely terrace - The apartment was beautiful. Everything was in good condition and the air conditioning worked very very well. The staircase was very narrow and it wasn't fun getting a large suitcase up the stairs. Despite that it was well worth it for a very clean and spacious apartment steps from the Trevi fountain with a cute terrace.
- John (8/5): Great location & comfortable apartment for our family of four - Perfect location, just around the corner from Trevi fountain and easy walk to so many attractions, restaurants & shopping.
- Gavrilović (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susie (4/5): t’s very, very old and not in good shape at all. It is by far not luxury. I would equate it to a Motel 6 equivalent in t - The only good thing about the property was the location. It’s very, very old and not in good shape at all. It is by far not luxury. I would equate it to a Motel 6 equivalent in the US. A property can be old but it also can be in good shape - this place was not at all. The description doesn’t go into detail that it’s 3 floors up along a very narrow and tight corner stairwells and that you pass the building trash bins coming to and fro so the smell of trash was evident. There is a smoker in the building and the entire hallway wreaks of stale cigarette smoke. To access the building you literally have to squeeze between two tables at the restaurant below the apartment. It is not convenient.
- Alecsandra (10/5): Everything was amazing! Super location & host! - Amazing apartment! Great location!
- Craig (5/5): Great location - The location Odor in the property. Noisy at night. It could use a deep cleaning. Entry instructions a bit vague.
- Sarah (8/5): Fabulous location - Loved the location!
Would have been nice to have had some tea, coffee and milk. Also a tea towel would have been handy too. Also an option to have an earlier check in would have been nice.
- Radoslava (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is wonderful—comfortable and spacious. It has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Rome. One of its greatest advantages is its excellent location—just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome. Communication with the owner is easy and hassle-free.
- Graham (8/5): Great location, nice but not as luxurious as we had expected - Excellent location, spacious and comfortable Noisy during the nighttime due to deliveries at 4 am, somewhat dated interior decor, only one shower and no Nespresso or similar coffee machine, three floors up with no lift
- Leena (6/5): Good location, shabby apartment - The location was great, it was close to restaurants, shops and sights. Rooms are spacious. Word luxurious gives totally wrong impression of the apartment. It might have been luxurious 40 years ago, but now it just desperately needs updating.
White sofa was dirty with stains, mold in bathroom, dead flowers in flowerpots, broken door in bathroom.
There are restaurant there at first floor, it closes around midnight, until then it is rather noisy. At five in the morning the vegetable shop in the building opposite side of the street opens. A customers arrives with their cars and mopeds…more noise.
Apartment itself is located on the top floor. A really narrow staircase leads you to apartment. I think that should be mentioned in description of the flat.
We have stayed in many apartments around Europe. This was first time for us, when welcome kit contains a dishwasher tablet, cleaning cloth and plastic bag. All very useful, because there were only two dishwasher tablets for 4 persons for 4 nights.
A folder in which would be information about how to check out, where to find grocery shops etc would be helpful.
I didn’t like the door opening by phone , which was available exactly 15:00
TV in the living room didn’t work, during our stay there maintenance didn’t come and fix it, although we told about it to the owner.
It would also be nice if there would be basic spices available in the kitchen.
The cleaning tools were left in the corner of eating area, not very luxurious either.
- Marek (9/5): Superb - The apartment is at a very favorable location just around a corner from Trevi Fountain. It's roomy, well equipped, and the maintenance staff is most helpful and quick if need arises to repair something (the previous guest broke the laundry machine, and we had it repaired next day). If you need to use a notebook computer with an IEC/Schuko (types E/F) power cord, you want to bring a converter from the Italian type L socket. Type C (flat, 2 prongs) works without conversion. The internet is stable and reliable 6/6Mbps and the apartment is fully covered with wifi signal.
- Robert (8/5): Very good - Online checkin
- Jalen (8/5): It was a great location for everything downtown - It was a great location, also things were clean. The stairs aren’t fun with lots of luggage, the Tv didn’t work upstairs. I didn’t like that you had to open the main door with your phone. My phone was on 1 percent one night and it made it stressful knowing that I had to use my phone to get into the apartment.
- Gulnara (10/5): I recommend staying in this apartment❤️ - The apartment is definitely vintage in my tas. All the elements in the apartment were very beautiful and very vintage. everything is clean and the apartment is very beautiful. And I'm in Rome for the third time, if I'm there again, I'll definitely return the apartment to Italy🇬🇪🇬🇪🇮🇹🇮🇹
- Mauricio (10/5): Perfect stay - Very spacious. How near it was to the Trevi and shops. But the apartment was so beautiful! Felt so safe! Nothing crazy but it is like 4 stair cases you have to go up so after a long day or even bringing up your suitcases was tiring but worth the stay.
- Jose (4/5): It wasn’t pleasant - Close to the old city It’s a four story old fashioned apartment I didn’t know I have to climb 48 stairs. It might be luxurious 40 years ago. Main bathroom in very bad condition, and smells bad. Not very clean
- Glenn (8/5): Great location, very spacious, on top floor so need to be able to walk up stairs as no lift - Fantastic location Afew things not working which was disappointing but staff were very quick to respond to try to fix issue
- Stephanie (10/5): Amazing stay - Excellent location in quiet building. We wanted a traditional feel in our accommodation and this was met. Lots of space and beds were amazing so comfortable. The apartment is clean with everything you need for a short stay. We will return. This apartment is not for people with mobility issues as its top floor with no lift in the building. This wasn't an issue for us though.
- Ali (8/5): Spacious comfortable apartment in a good location with excellent restaurants nearby - The host was an excellent communicator and she answered every question very quickly. We had no problems getting into the property as the cleaner was still there and he was helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment very spacious. with a lovely feel. The antique furniture and features were very attractive. The restaurant just below the apartment served some of the best food we have eaten in Italy. The apartment was not quite as glamorous as it looked in the photos. The shower bathroom which is also a laundry in particular is in need of some refurbishment. There was a strange mix of "Ikea" style furniture along with the old pieces in Bedroom 2 which was a shame. but understandable, in a rental aparment. The air conditioning unit in the hall was very noisy and in fact the cleaner mentioned it and said it would be attended to, but this did not happen while we were there. Also, the building opposite the apartment seemed to be a warehouse for fruit and vegetables and started deliveries very early in the morning so, if the windows were open, the noise was disruptive. A very minor detail but there was nothing to wipe down the kitchen surfaces or to dry up with.
- Stephen (9/5): Wonderful apartment in a great location! Noise was not an issue. - Location was awesome. Only (1) shower, a 2nd bath with a hand held faucet. No ice trays.
- Gabrielle (8/5): Very good - Great location for first time in Rome (quick walk to trevi fountain) and the home was spacious. Can get loud at night because it is above a restaurant but otherwise was a great spot.
- Karolis (7/5): Good -
- Stephanie (5/5): Luxurious apartment 50 stairs - Location a leisurely 3 minute walk to Trevi fountain. Luxurious, beautifully decorated 2 stories apartment. Beds comfortable. Living room couch comfortable. Games and books, if there had been a rainy day, we would have enjoyed staying to relax. The kitchen looked new. The apartment was very clean, except the one bathtub. I loved the method of getting the key. Very convenient that we did not have to meet the owner at a specific time, gave us the opportunity to do a day trip sightseeing before our arrival in Rome. 50 stairs up to access apartment entrance and then another 16 stairs inside the apartment to enjoy the beautiful living room, balcony, and kitchen..The windows are not sound resistant. The restaurant below the apartment is open until 1:00 am and the vegetable supply company below the apartment starts loading and unloading and moving trucks, and shouting at 5:00 am. The 2nd bathroom has a tub but no shower bar to hold the shower handle or shower curtain and tub was not clean so we did not use that bathtub. The rest of the apartment was clean.
- Anca (10/5): Excellent stay near Trevi Fountain! - The location is excellent, right in the heart of everything but on a quiet off street. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, loved the living room area and kitchen as well as balcony area. It was a bit tricky to figure out the key box as there were what looked like two boxes. Also, there is no elevator and it is on the last floor, but that was not an issue for us at all. We loved our time here, thank you!
- Andreas (9/5): Fantastic! We would happily stay here again for our next trip to Rome - Great location! Entry to building and apartment through a simple web page. The apartment is bright with a good sized living room and fantastic wide balcony. Beds in both bedrooms were very comfortable and the kitchen provided all the amenities we needed. Bedding, towels, and apartment were all clean when we arrived. Apartment entry is (3) floors above the ground floor with fairly narrow stairs which might present a problem for those with a lot of luggage.
- Lc (9/5): Lovely apartment steps from the Trevi - The location is excellent. I could not wish for better. Very close to the Trevi, yet quiet. Spacious, and convenient set up. Super comfortable beds! Easy check-in. Really good value for money. We loved the fact that we could easily do laundry. The shower seals are old and could do with replacement. We knew there would be no lifts, and as long as you are mobile and able to climb stairs, this is no problem. The view is worth the climb.
