• Yuka (8/5): ロケーションが良く、広くて清潔な素敵なアパート - ロケーションが良く、部屋も広くて清潔、基本的なキッチン用品があった。クローゼットが壁一面にあり、十分なスペースがあった。近くにミニスーパーや公園、カフェやレストランがあり、トラムや地下鉄駅へのアクセスも良かった。飲料水のボトルが二本、コーヒーマシン用のカプセルや紅茶類も十分に用意されていた。食洗器用の洗剤や食器洗いの洗剤、スポンジ、布巾が用意されていた。Nagviliの運河も近い。 管理会社からの指示と実際が違う点が何点かあった。到着したとき、エレベーターは部屋にある鍵がないと使えないとのことで、荷物を持って５階まで階段を使ってあがったが、実際はエレベーターに鍵は必要なかった。部屋にはコードを使って入り、鍵は机の上にあるとのことだったが、実際は入り口横のフックにかけてあった。おそらくいつくかのアパート共通の指示書を利用していて、各アパートに多少違いがあるのだと思う。窓をあけようとしたら、取っ手が取れてしまったり、冷凍庫は全面的に凍っていて、何も入れることが出来なかった。冷蔵庫に入れたイチゴが凍ってしまったので、設定温度が低すぎるのかと思い、少し上げてみた。手洗い用の石鹸はあったが、石鹸を置く場所が無かった。食洗器用の塩やリキッドが入っていなくて、使用の際に入れるようランプが点滅していたので、補充したほうが良い。洗ったのがグラスやマグカップ程度だったので、無くても洗いあがりには支障はなかった。IKEAの食器類（皿大小、コップ、マグカップ、エスプレッソカップなど）が揃っていたのだが、なぜかワイングラスは一つも無かった。普通のグラスでも代用できるが、あったらもっと良かったと思う。多分前の利用者が置いていったものだと思うが、塩コショウ、オリーブオイルがあって良かったが、砂糖があったら良かった。数日の滞在用に買うには、小さいものが無かった。
• Miguel Angel (7/5): Genial una vez que conseguimos entrar - Bien ubicado y grande Esta muy poco mantenido, y los dueños me dejaron tirado una hora a mi y a mi esposa, en el portal hasta que conseguimos entenderles que teniamos que pagar las tasas antes y me pasaron un link que iba bastante mal supongo que del ayuntamiento de Milan los dueños no saben español y su ingles justito, otra media hora, a los dueños no los vimos en ningun momento, llegar al apartamento y que nos dieran los codigos de acceso fue una gincana, teniamos una actividad a la que no pudimos ir por el tiempo perdido hablo de entotal mas de una hora

• Noureddine (7/5): - L'emplacement bien sûr ! Le lit n'est pas confortable ! Et l'ascenseur marche avec une clé et j'ai eu du mal à le faire fonctionner ! Du coup je faisais les 5 étages à pied ! Le bruit de l'aération est trop fort !
• Jamarianne (4/5): Not suggesting this place. - The only saving grace was that it has the washer but they didn’t provide the laudry soap Location is not very good. Walking 10 minutes to the next metro is not ok. The communication with staff was awful. I told them i was coming in the afternoon and when i arrived a guy was in there chilling. He said no one told him i was coming. They told me i has to use keys for elevator. Had to bring my suitcase to 5th flr only to find out no need for keys. Floor was extremely dark.

• Ahmet Can (10/5): Clean and cosy house with a great location! - I arrived during the night and the communication with the owner was great for check in. The location was perfect for me, and the home was comfortable, clean and cozy — I couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended!
• Ashkhen (9/5): Cosy and clean appartment in great location - The most important thing was that the apartment was very clean. The bathroom was spotless, and all necessary amenities were provided. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for cooking—even though we didn’t cook, it was clear that all the dishware was fresh and clean. Overall, the apartment was cozy, comfortable, and made for a pleasant stay. The location is absolutle top, walk distance from all sites. One small downside was that the shower had very little water pressure. Additionally, there was only a single blanket for two people, which I found uncomfortable. I did find an extra blanket, but there was no additional bed linen to cover it.

• Albino (8/5): Milão - Confortável e bem localizado As indicações falavam que, se a porta principal estivesse fechada, se devia pressionar um botão... inexistente Contactado o alojamento, houve uma resposta capaz mas foi stressante O apartamento fica num quinto andar e o elevador só funciona com uma chave que está no apartamento pelo que é preciso subir os 5 andares para ir buscar a chave ao apartamento O wc tem um sistema de renovação de ar (?) ruidoso e que está sempre a trabalhar Deveria haver mais sabonete disponível

• Gabby (9/5): Excellent - This apartment had everything we needed! Very spacious just like the photos! The cooking utensils came in handy for a home cooked meal, the bathroom was great despite many comments regarding the shower- we didn’t mind it at all, it does the job! The host was quick to answer any questions we had and was super helpful with activity suggestions. There is an alarm that is easily triggered by aerosols or cologne sprays, it went off a few times but was quickly resolved by opening windows and circulating air.
• Nuria (9/5): Muy buen apartamento - Muy cerca de Naviglio, y a unos 15-20 minutos de la zona más emblemática de Milán. Todo muy cerca y la zona realmente tranquila. El apartamento estaba en muy buenas condiciones, las instalaciones eran nuevas y los anfitriones dejaron lo necesario para llevar de manera cómoda la estancia. La ubicación está bien, pero no estas cerca de nada en concreto. Para ir a cualquier punto de interés turístico había 10 minutos a pie. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

• Sedat (6/5): Pleasant - Location and building were perfect If you are going to use it as a hotel, no problem. But it's not suitable for long-term use. Many of the items you might need are unavailable or only last a single day. You'll need to supply everything else yourself. Also, when we stayed, the drains in the apartment were clogged.

The access to the apartment was rather difficult.Especially when you are tired and arrive late at night entering the building is quite tricky. Also, except for the bedroom and the toilette, the rest of the apartment had serious issues of cleanliness.
• Arjun (10/5): Beautiful comfy apartment - The property was beautiful, very comfortable 20 minutes walk from the duomo as well as the surrounding area being very nice with lots of great restaurants and cafes. The hosts were very helpful and gave us lots of tips. N/a.

Quiet at night, Self Check-in and Check-out was convenient, very cosy, it was really cold weather but the heating was perfect. Very nice location, nice cafe nearby. There are a lot night-shops nearby, easy to access to Metro, quick walk to the city center. Nice restaurants nearby. Great stay, will recommend to my colleagues who may visit Milan. Thank you for the kind service:) Shower was small, but works perfect. The room looks exactly like the photo. Well equipped in general.

• Patrick (9/5): Good value for money apartment in accessible area to many parts of the city - Great access to various parts of the city. Nice living room/kitchen area. Very few problems with our stay. However, the shower wasn’t ideal - tight and poor water pressure.

• Anna (9/5): Beautiful lake nearby and close to every places of interest. - Nice and cozy, good bedclothes, quiet big and comfortable bed. Nice neighborhood. Quiet but in the center and cool lake with the ducks just in a minute walk. There are couple of supermarkets nearby and restaurants. Worth staying. We have read about the shower problem and were thinking it is fixed, but not. It is a question of couple of euro and I don’t understand why not to put the plastic in the bottom of a shower door.
