Claire Therese (9/5): - the staff were very helpful. there is a very small language barrier, but nothing google translate can't fix! they also have complementary coffee and water in the room, and you can ask for a refill everyday. the area around the hotel is pretty peaceful, so a good night's rest is guaranteed.

The fridge worked very well and it was nice to have drinks available to purchase in lobby. The a/c worked well and there were no bugs. Hotel is a bit away from busy streets so noise is minimal. The hotel really only accepts cash. The machine apparently never worked for the four days we were there. The room has not seen any maintenance for some time. Noisy exhaust fan, loose toilet seat. Cleaning of rooms is questionable but sheets and bed were clean. No fireplace or safe as advertised.

Mariusz (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful at any time of the day. There was never a question I couldn’t ask or a situation in which they didn’t help me. I originally planned to stay for three days, but I ended up staying six — and if I could, I would have happily stayed for two weeks. The location is fantastic for those who value peace and quiet. There are no crowds of tourists, just a calm, local atmosphere. Simply wonderful.

Khách sạn này trước kia khá ổn, nhưng dạo gần đây có một nhân viên tuy còn trẻ nhưng khá ranh mãnh! Mình đến trước giờ check-in khoảng 30 phút hỏi là cho check-in luôn được không thì bạn ấy bảo là phải trả thêm tiền nếu muốn. Thấy thế mình gửi hành lý đi ăn bảo 30 phút sau quay lại thì bạn này lại nói là có khi khách trả phòng muộn nên 30 phút nữa chưa chắc đã sẵn sàng! Chắc bạn ấy không biết là mình đã ở khách sạn này rất nhiều lần rồi! Còn trẻ thì phải trung thực và ráng học hỏi phấn đấu, đừng láu cá như thế nhé bạn.

Only issue we had was that the shower had no curtain and the shower head was very low so my husband had to sit or kneel in the tub to shower… otherwise great!
Matilda (7/5): Good value budget accommodation. - Outskirts of Hanoi. Short taxi ride to our bus to Ha Hiang. Average sized room with fridge, kettle and snacks. Some restaurants nearby. Suitable for our needs.
