• Guest (8/5): La location est parfaite…a part le bruit des habitants au dessus - Le bruit. Les gens de l’appartement au dessus font beaucoup de bruit jusque tard dans la nuit, les enfants courent et hurlent. l’insonorisation est inexistante
• Anna (7/5): - Close to metro station and well equipped home. There is a very poor garbage management. Rubbish was all over the driveway and sidewalk making it difficult to park and unpleasant to pass by.
• Stéphane (9/5): Maison au calme pour visiter Montréal et ses alentours. - Parking sur place, proximité avec le métro pour se déplacer sur Montréal. Logement très grand et très pratique. Bons équipements et terrasse très agréable. Le logement est en tout point conforme au descriptif de l'annonce. Bons contacts avec l'hôte pour avoir tous les renseignements lors de l'arrivée. le jardin n'était pas entretenu. Il manque un rideau sur une fenêtre de chambre. Pas de possibilité de faire le noir dans la pièce. Difficulté à trouver le logement dans la rue, le numéro de la maison est caché. Une seule pièce est climatisée, pas les chambres. Il manque un étendoir à linge. Il lit d'appoint serai une bonne idée
• Silke (8/5): Gemütliche und saubere Ferienwohnung in relativ guter Lage - Es ist eine nette 4 Zimmerwohnung mit ausreichend geräumiger Küche und Esszimmer und anschließender Terrasse. 3 SZ mit französischen Betten, Schreibtisch, Schrank und ein Fernsehzimmer mit Couch. Insgesamt gemütlich, aber warm im Sommer. (Klimaanlage im F-Zimmer, Ventilatoren in den SZ). Lage ist relativ gut für Montreal. Wohnung war sauber, Schlüssel vor Ort. Parkplatz am Haus, ruhige Gegend, Supermarkt metro in der Nähe. Also alles gut für einen Stadtaufenthalt. Der kleine Garten war zugewuchert und nicht nutzbar. Es lag auch altes Spielzeug rum und alte Kleidung. Die Terrasse habe ich selbst freigeschnippelt, dann war sie gut nutzbar und ein Gewinn für eine Stadtwohnung. Und wir hatten jeden Abend ein Glühwürmchenkonzert und 4 kleine Katzen, die vor der Terrasse auf den Stufen spielten. Das war schön.
