• Kate (9/5): Beautiful place, excellent location. - Location was beautiful. Quiet and an amazing view. House was lovely and beautiful and warm when we got in which was a lovely suprise. Beds super comfy and warm too. Communicates with Kate were easy and check in check out easy too. Lots of space. We weren't aware of the stairs which was a little hard to get suitcases up and down, but we made it work. Parking can be a little tricky as no driveway and street parking quite full.
• Jadlyne (9/5): - We visted Hobart for the first time with my sister and spent 3 nights in Kate's Villa and enjoyed everything in it.She has taken time to think about the guest in all aspects.The deco made the villa feel like home away from home.We loved the paintings. The beds were super comfortable and living areas are warm and welcoming. Kitchen is an absolute beauty! Very well equiped with plenty of dry stock for guest. THANKS FOR MAKING OUR STAY BEAUTIFUL AND MEMORABLE Jade and Dottie The only thing I would recommend is the have dressing mirrors in the rooms rather than on one door to the main room.However, they have mirrors in the bathrooms🙂 The pressure in the kitchen taps is too high such that the sink is always sprayed with water.KIndly reduce the pressure. The beautiful patio in the main bedroom light switch was broken. Overall, I will back again in beautiful Hobart and would definately book it again rather than a hotel.

• HUTCHINS (10/5): This is a beautiful house to stay in. The views are fantastic and the bedding is comfortable. The host(s) make you feel - The house was great for our party of three sisters and two daughters. There was plenty of space including two bathrooms and it is tastefully appointed with lovely colour schemes and art aplenty. It felt like a lux stay. We didn’t really cook but the kitchen is a nice room to spend time in given the views of lush greenery from outside. Nothing to report.

• Larraine (9/5): We really enjoyed our few days in Hobart staying at this unusual but immensely appealing home. - Loved the art, colour and creative vibe around the house. Plenty of space, two sitting areas, big kitchen. Very well equipped, especially kitchen, including pantry items. Beds very comfortable. Heating system very efficient and easy to use. Garden could do with tidy up, but it was a lovely space. One of our party would have appreciated a flatter pillow.
• Sara (10/5): Beautiful House, Stunning Views - Beautiful, comfortable house - superbly styled yet warm and welcoming. Fabulous views over Hobart, only a short drive to the CBD. The hosts of this property provided absolutely everything needed to ensure a comfortable stay. Communication leading up to the visit and during the stay could not be faulted. Highly recommend. The only thing we didn't like was having to leave!

• Jessica (10/5): Hobart retreat - The view out of the sitting room window was beautiful both day and night and the house was generously equipped with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the various artworks around the house, in particular the dining chairs! The walk home from the supermarket was very strenuous, but you can't have such a great view and not live on top of a big hill!

It was ideal for different age groups to have their space and privacy & we would most definitely stay here again. There was nothing to dislike - it was perfect for us.
