• francis (1/5): No communication and no access to property - There was no communication from the host and never showed up to the property for us to gain access. The address listed is not a location on the street.
• Tiffany (1/5): I WANT A REFUND!! - Nothing Hated Everything. The property isn't at the address posted, locals in surrounding buildings could find it either. We called and emailed the property manager several times and got no reply. We had to book accommodation elsewhere at great cost and found an email once there that they cancelled accommodation the day of the booking. Still waiting to hear back from manager and Booking.com to get a refund for the 1.3k we spent on this waste of time and money. NOT happy. Do yourself a favor and avoid this one. I don't know how booking.com have allowed it to stay on here.

• Catherine (6/5): Great location but not as advertised. - Location was great but it wasn’t situated where advertised. I’m not sure how booking.com allowed this. We had to connect the tv aerial and tune the tv to get it working. The hydronic heating and towel rail didn’t work. Address of property was not as specified and the photos in the ad were not of this property. Had to collect keys from a different address that was close by but difficult to find at first. For a flat that could sleep 4, 2 mugs is not sufficient!
• Wellman (1/5): Owner requested that I cancel my booking 24 hour before my stay - offering to waive the fee??! - 24 hours before my stay the owner told me it was unavailable asking me to make the cancellation. So I didnt get to stay there and had to arrange alternative arrangements at great expense as everywhere was booked in London for Christmas parties. I made the booking 2 months prior.
• Trang (1/5): Bad - The place was the worst place I have ever seen. What's on the picture is not what you get. The address was different from what was on the booking. It was in the basement, dirty, smells of damp, and has hole on the carpet. We got to the apartment, inspected it, and couldn't even stay there for an hour, so we decided to find another place, I requested a refund, and they refused. I would not recommend it to anyone who has family because the bedroom looks old stain on the wall,and the carpet has a terrible smell and dirty stain. TV was not working, as well, and the stairs were very difficult to get up and down, especially with luggage and kids. I don't recommend it for any one. I don't like everything of the apartment

• Carmel (1/5): Awful do not book here!! - Nothing- avoid booking this place!!! We booked this place for my sisters 30th birthday. Upon booking we were given one address, and the morning of the booking this was changed to a different one. On arrival, we were taken down to a basement. The basement door was opposite a generator blowing extremely hot air out it was almost dangerous. Opening the door, the inside was even worse. This was a serious case of false advertisement , a booking that was advertised as a 2 bedroom property, looking sparklingly clean was not what we found. Stained wood in the bedroom, holes in the carpet, cracks on the wall, and discoloured and unsanitary air vent were easily noticeable. There was a bed opposite the kitchen which was not what was advertised. Further to the health and safety hazard of the vent, was in the kitchen where there was fungus growing out of the floor next to the fridge. Due to this, this has caused us to book a new hotel on the day, as to not compromise our health and safety.
• Tim (4/5): Shouldn’t expect more for the price in this location but hard to say more than that the basic requirements were met. - For the price, the property was clean and very tidily maintained, if not a tad tired and worn. Basement property located right next to a popular pub, with many patrons drinking outside until late.
• Juliet (1/5): Avoid at all costs! - The property was in a good location next to a lovely pub. The apartment was advertised as having 2 bedrooms It had 1 bedroom and another room, which was a lounge/kitchen diner with a bed in it. The photos were not all accurate for example, the wardrobe shown in the photos was completely different. The bed in the bedroom was revolting. The base had come apart and the base, headboard and mattress were absolutely filthy. The ill fitting sheet could not hide what lay beneath. I have never seen a more filthy mattress. There were no toiletries in the bathroom, not even a single toilet roll. It was not much fun having to find a shop on arrival to buy toilet roll! In the corner of the main room, a large empty furniture box had just been left. The kitchen was in a good condition but only had a few forks and dessert spoons, 1 knife and no teaspoons. There was a large burn in the carpet.

• Emer (7/5): Excellent location, but be aware that this is a basement apartment and not much natural light. - Location Very dark and carpet felt a bit grubby. No bath mat or hand towels.
