GARIK (7/5): - It would be very good if, instead of a huge fridge, there were a refrigerator or a kettle.
Simone (4/5): Purtroppo non e' andata molto bene - Appartamento accogliente, ottima pulizia, host disponibile e cordiale (per un problema di assenza di acqua calda, ha risolto in brevissimo tempo). Facilmente raggiungibile poiché si trova a due passi dalla metro "re di Roma". Negozi, bar, ristoranti molto vicini. Appartamento al sesto piano di un palazzo con ascensore non troppo comodo. Per 3 notti abbiamo dormito su un divano letto (molto scomodo) che era stato posizionato di spalle alla tv all'interno della cucina dell'appartamento... Bagno visivamente in ordine, però non abbiamo potuto fare la doccia per tre giorni per un problema alla caldaia. L'ultima mattina abbiamo potuto fare la doccia con l'acqua calda, ma con un getto d'acqua minimo (l'indispensabile per potersi bagnare, a quel prezzo!).

Eva (7/5): You get what you pay. - Quiet. Clean. The owner was very accommodating It was hot and the room needs an air conditioner asap. Warm water tank did not work the first day and had to shower with cold water.
Charlotte (9/5): Comfortable, clean, and in a great, accessible location! - The location was great, steps away from Re di Roma station. It was a nice local neighbourhood with good food options and very accessible to the main attractions by walking or metro. The shared bathroom posed some challenges in the morning/evening as two other rooms (approx. 4 other guests) were all trying to use it at the same time.
Merkl (8/5): Very good - The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was clean, usable. The lack of a kitchen in our room.
