- Fraulein (8/5): Family of 3, first time in Japan - The apartment had everything we needed. Very clean. Instructions were very clear as well. There was a 7-11 nearby so we can get supplies whenever 1km away from nearby station. After walking the whole afternoon, the trek back to the apartment added to the fatigue. Not the apartment's fault, it is a rookie mistake from me.

- Thuy (10/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Gegend. In der Unterkunft selbst ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und zur Bahn Station sind es auch nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß. Zudem sehr sauber und auch richtig toll, dass eine Waschmaschine vorhanden ist. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft auf jeden fall weiterempfehlen. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen, da wir mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden waren.

No area for food preparation as kitchen area also very small. Apart from small wardrobe (with no drawers/shelves no area for general clothes storage. Avoid this apartment if you are looking for space and to relax in the evening.
- TIAN (7/5): 離車站有點距離，不適合最後一站的住所，要整理戰利品跟行李的話，行李箱要放上床，行李箱打開寸步難行…用走的可以到雷門淺草，要往外走行程基本上都要15分鐘的路程（步行至車站），四人房住1樓，周遭有點偏僻，只有一間711比較近，整體還行。 -

Inoltre si ha in camera una lavatrice con asciugatrice incorporata molto comoda per quando si è in viaggio. Mancanza di ascensore ma in realtà come molte strutture in Giappone con scale strette un pò scomode per chi porta delle valigie fino al quinto piano. Rapporto qualitá prezzo un pò più basso rispetto la media essendo un’appartamento molto piccolo, per mio conto abbiamo avuto un’appartamento per massimo 2 persone per stare comodi e stavamo in 4. Se il prezzo si abbassa un pò si può già migliorare.

- Oliver (10/5): - The property was very clean with useful amenities. The "dryer" as part of the washing machine didn't dry very well, but using the heating system in the bathroom worked perfectly. About 10/15 minute walk to major transport lines. Top floor apartment can be a pain with initial suitcases but nothing can be done about that. Just be prepared to carry bags on first and last day/night.

- Christina (10/5): 6 nights in Tokyo - Group was made up of 2 adults and a 6 year old. The room looked exactly like the photos, it is very clean. The beds are extremely comfortable, the showers are strong. The location is convenient to many forms of transport (train, underground and bus). There is a 7-Eleven around the corner. The location is quiet. Highly recommend Yakitori Hinata Tokyo Skytree Station for dinner. There was no storage for putting away any food you purchased. Had to line it up on the counter. Would have appreciated a stool near the door for putting shoes on.
- WEI-JEN (10/5): 這是一間住起來非常舒服的公寓，這次住五晚，還會嫌不夠，夜晚安靜，而且暖氣機功能強大，不怕東京寒冷的冬夜。 - 1.浴室的水壓很大，可以洗得很舒服，唯一缺點是熱水冷水分開，要調一下子才有滿意的溫度。 2.有洗衣機，而且有附洗衣精，讓你出門不用再帶那麼多衣服。另外標準型的日式浴室，換氣機有乾燥功能，就算不想用洗衣機烘衣的功能，也不怕衣服不會乾。 3.餐具一應具全，盤子跟碗還有鍋子都有，讓你下廚沒煩惱，只是切菜空間較小。 4.兩大雙人床墊，睡覺睡得很舒服。 樓梯間空間較小，沒有電梯，若行李很大跟有嬰兒車的家庭，出入較不方便。
- Jishnu Tanaya (8/5): - The stay was comfortable overall. The apartment was cozy and well-equipped with all the basic essentials we needed. However, one important thing to note is that the apartment does not have a lift. Initially, we didn’t think this would be an issue, but later realized it’s not ideal for families, elderly guests, or anyone traveling with medium to heavy luggage. We stayed on the 4th floor and carrying our luggage down at checkout was quite taxing. Another experience that felt a bit unpleasant was during checkout. At exactly 10:00 AM, the cleaning staff came to the room and asked us to leave immediately. There were multiple guests checking out at the same time, including an elderly couple and no flexibility was given even to gather belongings, which could have been handled more politely. Additionally, there was an issue with my initial booking where half the payment didn’t go through due to a technical glitch on Booking.com’s end. I had to make a second booking and although I did receive a refund, one day’s stay was deducted, which was disappointing. The owner was supportive and helped with the rebooking, which I appreciated. Overall, it was a mixed experience - comfortable stay-wise, but a few operational and service-related aspects left me with a bittersweet feeling. Not having a lift was challenging
- Andrew (7/5): - Room had good facilities, including laundry, kitchen, A/C. We had an issue with the plumbing one morning. Hosts facilitated a very quick repair and clean up (Within 3 hours) Thanks. Room was quite a bit smaller than the photos lead us to expect. Not really enough space for 4 adults and luggage for an overseas holiday. Location was close to convenience store, but public transport was a bit of a walk. NO LIFT. This is a 5 story building with a very tight stairway. We were lucky to be on level 2, so not too bad for us, Would imagine upper levels being more challenging.

Konumu asakusa istasyonununa 1-1.5 km mesafede, şehir gezisi sonrası dönüş yolu biraz yordu.

- avellino (10/5): Ottima base per visitare Tokyo - L'appartamento aveva tutto quello di cui hai bisogno: in cucina tutti gli attrezzi , in bagno tutti i prodotti , nella camera da letto due letti comodi ( materasso a terra stile giapponese) , aria condizionata e smart TV, inoltre lavatrice con asciugatrice comodissima. Il proprietario gentile , la posizione un po' lontana ma a 10/15 minuti dalla stazione metro Avevamo appartamento al 4 piano ( circa 40 scalini) , per noi non era un problema ma molti potrebbero riscontrare difficoltà Appartamento un po' basso , quindi non adatto a persone molto alte

- Josh (9/5): Nice apartment, very comfy - Helpful host over message, nice apartment, the beds were so comfy (best beds we had out of 5 accommodations in our Japan trip) PIN lock instead of needing to carry around a key is helpful. Close to the Skytree, but still a walk away The only downside for this is the location. It isn't awful, it's within a 15 min walk of the metro, but when we had come from staying in a city centre to this it was definitely different. There is a 7/11 right next door but walking 15+ mins to the metro / main shops was a little inconvenient 🙂

- Timoci (9/5): Great place to stay, affordable and comfortable, would recommend! - Nice central location, close to trains and public transport. Room was very clean, and bathroom was a good size. The beds were a little firm for us, however I understand that this is normal for Japan.

- Amy (8/5): Overall, the place was nice, area was great and the local 7-11 was a personal favorite for the fam. - Location is excellent. Area was quiet but walkable to popular tourist attractions. AC was also strong and much needed in July! Four flights of stairs up to the room, albeit short flights, was strenuous after a long day or if you have a lot of baggage to carry.

- Janneth (10/5): - Studio apartment is in a very nice, safe, and tranquil neighborhood. The local neighbors are very kind and welcoming. Loved the washing machine and dryer combo, was a huge help during our stay.
