• mark (9/5): Great base for exploring Florence - Well equipped 2 bed/3rd floor apartment (no lift) with the bonus of 2 separate balconies. Plenty of bars/cafe/restauarants within a few minutes walk, whilst being over the bridges and out of the main busy Duomo/Galleries/Ponte de Vecchio zone (about 25 minutes walk). Palazzo Pitti/Boboli Gardens only 10 minutes which were also not to be missed. N/A

• Michelle (5/5): Beware the details in this apartment - The apartment itself was ok. It was reasonably spacious and the 2 balconies were great to open up and get some fresh air. There was no equipment in the kitchen for cooking or basics like salt and pepper. There was no cushions on the outdoor furniture so you could t really sit on the balcony. The beds were very uncomfortable. The showers were both incredibly small and the water pressure so low it was almost impossible to get wet, there was no way we could actually wash our hair. It left us feeling grubby all week.

• Rachel (10/5): Fabulous stay - Lovely apartment with great facilities. Loved the two balconies. At any time you could choose to sit in the sun or shade. Great communication with the hosts who were very quick to answer any questions.

• Anonymous (10/5): A stunning apartment with stunning views! - The apartment was immaculate and the attention to detail was incredible. We had everything we could possibly need. The views were so nice from the back with a lovely terrace and sitting area. You just didn’t want to leave the apartment. The only down side, is that it is on the top floor with no lift so be prepared to walk three flights of stairs. but then you get the amazing views. Also it is a little away from the main attractions so it was a r least a 30 minute walk back into the city centre. But for us it was worth it not being so close to the noice of an evening. So if you want a lovely apartment in the Oltrarno area I 100% recommend this one!

• Carole (8/5): Very good - Good location & facilities. Nice to have some outside space. Air-conditioning a welcome break from the heat. Parking in the garage close by was useful Could do with some new, fuller pillows and there were a few ants about.
• Sheilah (10/5): Great accomodation in a great location. - Excellent location and areas to relax and dine. The home was well appointed, clean and great parking facilities. The water pressure in the ensuite was poor but other than that everything was excellent.
• Chantel (9/5): We had an amazing weekend in this apartment which is out of the hubbub of the main city but within easy walking distance - Two terraces and two bathrooms were great and it was spotless. Extra pillows and towels available within the apartment which was great for my husband Water pressure was a bit hit and miss
• Libby (9/5): Really good - Beautiful terraces either side of the apartment. Very clean and lots of space. We got breakfast from a nearby bakery to enjoy in the sunshine both mornings. Supermarket nearby. Quite a walk from main station and main restaurant area.

No lift (although this was stated). Water pressure in showers not great - massive shower heads but not much water coming out.

• Jo (9/5): Nice apartment to stay in Florence. We had a pleasant stay - The apartment is clean and spacious with 2 balcony one facing the river and otherside facing the hill. All the furniture are new and in good condition. Great location outside the ZTL area which is easy for us who travel with car and there are paid parking nearby the apartment. Only bad thing is no lift in the apartment

• Snyder (9/5): overall we loved it and definitely would stay there again - The staff was very friendly , helpful and responsive!! the location was great, very quiet neighborhood, close to grocery stores, restaurants and a short walk to attractions that we wanted to see. Having 2 roof top decks was great. the only thing, was the bed could have been a little more comfortable. Having said that, the apartment was beautiful.

Check in and check out process was really simple. The smart TV was a great addition Great restaurants very close by. The showers weren't very powerful and the pillows weren't great but very minor things

• Alan (10/5): We adore this city and will certainly return and definitely to this apartment!!! - Everything!!! In a great area, very quiet away from the biz., however only a short and very pleasant walk to reach all the city has to offer. Mini market, bars and great restaurants also around the area which meant you didn’t always have to go into the city centre. Regards the apartment, it was fantastic with 2 great terraces, 1 to the back and 1 to the front which meant you could enjoy the sun all day long! It was also very well equipped, certainly everything you could need including a smart TV which came in handy for Netflix and large enough for 4 adults to enjoy their space. In summary I couldn’t speak highly enough about this apartment!!! Nothing…

• Andrea (9/5): Fabulous relaxing stay away from the thronging crowds of Florence - Comfortable,clean and modern apartment located away from the crowds of central Florence but within easy walking distance of everything. Loved having the balconies to relax on before and after sightseeing. Air conditioning appreciated even though it wasn’t that hot - a must during the height of summer. Great restaurants/bars and supermarkets on the doorstep. Mamo Florence were good hosts as they checked via phone/email that everything was ok for us several times throughout the stay. Hob was broken when we arrived however it still worked, but it would have been good to be advised of this beforehand. Not having a lift was a bit awkward with heavy suitcases but this only affected us arriving and leaving and obviously as it’s an older residential property it cannot be expected to have one. Some road noise at front of property but this quietened down at night so wasn’t too much of a problem.
• Bomi (6/5): Okay to stay - The place was clean, beautiful, and equipped with great balconies. The beds were very comfortable, including the sofa bed that my partner and I used. The facilities were quite new, which was a pleasant surprise. We were able to leave our luggage earlier than the check-in time. The location was excellent, being a 20-30 minute walk to the city center. Supermarkets and restaurants were within walking distance. They also provided mosquito repellents, which were very helpful. There was no elevator and we had three pieces of heavy luggage, making it difficult to reach the third floor. The wifi was poor and unreliable. The room with an en-suite bathroom was small, leaving no room to keep our luggage open. Using the shower was a challenge. To use the shower handle, we had to constantly pull out a button until it stayed out. However, it would reset if the water was turned off. Additionally, the bathroom lacked a proper place to hold or hang the toilet paper.

• Jia (6/5): Pleasant - Nice apartment, modern The body wash and shampoo came in mini satchels and there weren’t enough for all of us for the duration of our stay. The pillows were extremely flat, giving us headaches the next morning.
• Laura (10/5): Gorgeous roof top apartment in a great location - It was a beautiful apartment. We loved that there were two outdoor spaces. The location was outside of the busy centre which we loved but close enough to walk to the Cathedral and Palace. There was a good selection of places to eat close by and a great supermarket. We loved that the apartment showed the character of Italy with a modern twist. The air conditioning was welcomed on the warmer days. Every aspect of the apartment was to a high standard.
