- Kate (3/5): - First impressions matter. The curtains in every room were broken and droopy. For one night stay, it was priced too high. There was a small generic packet of biscuits, but no welcome card or anything else.

- Jane (6/5): Pleasant - It was well heated. Near the beach. Loads of space. No WiFi. Not enough kitchen equipment. No where to sit outside comfortably, especially no sunny space outside. The showers were old with little water pressure, and the water wasn't hot enough. Also plague of ants but that was fixed. Loads of vast empty space, which we paid a lot of money for. So this space could be used to provide more equipment and facilities . For 3 weeks we paid $5000 so for that price was disappointing.
- Eddy (7/5): Nice family house in a quiet location. - It was a quiet location, the layout of the house worked well for our two night stay. The backyard was a good size. The shower fitting in the ensuite needs replacing, water sprayed everywhere except on your body. We had to program the universal TV remote (originally thought it was a battery issue and purchased new ones) as it didn’t control the TV. Overall it took more than one hour to get the remote working. The price point was significant even for a peak weekend period (triathlon events).
- Donna (5/5): Very disappointed and not worth the money we paid for it. House and decor needs a major makeover. Very over priced. - Beds were comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Curtains were terrible! Flyscreens missing, we couldn’t leave front and back doors open due to flys coming in. Tv remote was broken. Main bedroom smelt of dogs Outside had cobwebs everywhere and dirt on all door tracks No outside furniture so we couldn’t sit outside Only one ceiling fan had a pull down cord that I could reach.

- Alison (7/5): Lovely house but the bedrooms smell bad - The house was spacious & had basically everything we needed. It's a lovely location close to the beach. The ducted a/c was great for the warm days. The host was very responsive to my queries & feedback. The bedrooms had an unpleasant odour, I believe due to the carpets. The master bedroom was particularly bad as it had a very strong wet dog smell. I had trouble sleeping due to the smell. A few basics such as dish liquid & hand soap were missing. The description stated that there was outside furniture available, but we didn't see any, which was a shame as there is a nice outdoor space.

Main rubbish bins were not emptied (general rubbish and recycling). We had to take a lot of rubbish with us. Tried making contact with property management but response was very slow and query not resolved.
