• HECTOR (1/5): NO RECOMIENDO, ES INHABITABLE - NADA fotos engañosas, mala limpieza, inhabitable el lugar. Al ingresar hay una escalera detrás sin protección muy peligrosa, en la parte superior no tiene la altura para estar parado en buena parte del ambiente. No hay lugar de guardar, no hay mesa de noche ni lámparas en un dormitorio. al fregadero de la cocina SOLO entra una persona de 45 kg ES UN LUGAR QUE DEBEN RECICLAR, NO ES HABITABLE ASÍ
• denis (4/5): nettement trop cher , gros travail de propreté et de rajeunissement du logementment à faire. - bien situé , air climatisé performant. possibilité de récupérer les clés plus tôt que l heure habituelle . problème de propreté,fourmis,moisissures dans les 2 douches,eau qui coule par le mur sur le plancher de la salle de bain. chambre du deuxième étage difficilement accessible par un escalier en colimaçon très étroit. mobilier défraîchi . divan poussiéreux. globalement nettement trop cher pour la prestation fournie.

E’stato molto spiacevole… capisco che era festa ma anche se avvisati non abbiamo visto nessuno. Cucina piccola e poco attrezzata. Scala per arrivare all ‘altra camera da paura.

The loft beds upstairs was a nice touch but the stairs to get up are very difficult. The upstairs bathroom also has a fair amount of mold but leaving the windows seemed to get the smell out. The hot water for the showers didn’t last very long either. Nice little kitchen and bonus washing machine! Would recommend for max 5 people if someone is ok sleeping on a couch. Pretty good value for money given the location.

The host recommended a nearby storage facility which cost around 8-10€ per bag, so that is an additional cost that you should be aware of before booking. It’s also difficult to find space in the nearby storage facilities.

Ideale per soggiorni brevi per visitare le principali attrazioni della città anche senza prendere i mezzi. Proprietario disponibile e cortese. rumore dei locali fino a notte fonda; migliorabile il servizio asciugamani nel senso che non erano sufficienti per 4 persone. Mancanza di un armadio e illuminazione camere. Per noi non un problema ma si raccomanda di scrivere sulle caratteristiche che non è idoneo a chi ha difficoltà motorie

• Fiona (5/5): The property was in a great location but the staircase and uncleanliness let it down. - The location was great. Central to everything. Mould in the shower. Rain leaked onto bed. Coffee machine needed emptying and cleaning. Staircase not really suitable to older people and had to leave luggage downstairs. The worst bit was the communal rubbish downstairs hadn’t been collected and the smell just kept getting worse. Had to step over leaking bags.

• Elizabeth (9/5): It has been the best part of our Italy trip so far. The appartment really made our stay. - We were met in person by Simone who was very welcoming. We had some lovely snacks and wine as well which was much appreciated. The location is superb down some cobbled streets. Loads of lovely bars, shops and restaurants nearby. Easy walk to Trastevere, Tiber, Vatican, piazza Navona. 30 mins walk to colloseum. Nothing it was perfect for our family of 4. People might find spiral staircase up to loft bedroom hard but we were fine and managed to get heavy cases up.

• Christine F (9/5): Cosy, Bright Apartment in exceptional location - What a fantastic home away from home exploring one of the most beautiful cities in the world! The location was everything. The apartment is placed 10 minutes from the Vatican, 10 minutes from the Pantheon, and is surrounded by lovely restaurants. The apartment itself is really bright and cosy. Yes, the staircase to the second bedroom isn't made for little children, but the images shown of the apartment reflect that really well. The kitchen is well equipped, there are two bathrooms and the living room and bedrooms have all their own air conditioning which we needed as it was really hot in Rome. The host is super friendly and very approachable. We highly recommend staying here. Just a minor one, there was no cupboard space for our clothes in one of the bedrooms.

• Artur (6/5): I kindly suggest updating the listing to clearly mention that a tourist tax is charged separately and depends on the nu - The apartment was clean and well located — just a short walk to the main sights. Having a small elevator was also helpful, especially with luggage and a stroller. The apartment is not suitable for small children: very steep stairs at the entrance, inside the apartment, and to the upper floor. The bed is also quite high and unsafe for toddlers. Additionally, we were charged an extra €24, although the booking stated that all taxes were included.

The location is truly excellent, perfectly situated near an array of fantastic restaurants that serve authentic, delicious Italian food – a welcome escape from the usual tourist traps. We loved exploring the local culinary scene right on our doorstep. The apartment itself is very comfortable. We especially appreciated the convenience of the lift, which made getting our luggage up and down a breeze. The only stairs are a small, tight set leading up to the upstairs bedroom, but it's a minor detail given the overall comfort and accessibility. What truly set this experience apart was our host, who was incredibly accommodating and understanding. Our flight was delayed by two hours, throwing our arrival time completely off, but they handled it with grace and made sure we felt welcomed despite the inconvenience. Overall, this is a great place to stay for your Roman adventure. Highly recommended! Nothing to dislike

• Manal (5/5): Review about apartment at Piazza della Pigna, 53 / ground floor/ piano terra. - Alessandro, the host, is nice and helpful. We booked Home d'Elite Navona from june 25th to june 28th. On the 25th of june, Allessandro called and offered another apartment, located at Piazza della Pigna 53, in the Pantheon area because the lady, who was at Home d'Elite before us, had a medical problem and was hospitalised. We accepted because we were on our way to Rome, driving from.Naples, so we had no other choices. Apartment was not on Booking yet so no reviews. The apartment is in the heart of Rome, walkable distance to everything. It is big, clean and everything in it. However, there is a mold smell and the couch is dirty. Later, I found reviews on other aprtments in the same building, and they have the same mold smell problem. The smell of mold Couch is dirty and old. Apartment would be great if the couch is replaced and the mold smell resolved.

Quite clean in general. Just some minor issues with mold in the shower tiles and behind toilet bowl; and the living room furniture being grungy. The downstairs bed was quite comfy; the upstairs not as much but it was still fine. Overslept positive experience. Thank you!

• Patrick (9/5): Un bel appartement dans le centre histoire - Le principal avantage de cet appartement est sa localisation, idéalement situé tout très de la piazza Navona, et de tous les sites touristiques. L’appartement est situé au 3eme étage, les chambres donnent sur cour, très calme. Un séjour, une première chambre et salle de bain et wc au 3eme étage et on accède par un petit escalier à la 2eme chambre sous les toits qui possède aussi sa salle de bain et wc. Les 2 chambres sont donc indépendantes ce qui est pratique. La cuisine est petite mais pratique pour le petit déjeuner et on peut se faire un repas simple si on souhaite aussi. La literie est très confortable on dort très bien. Tout le nécessaire était disponible, serviettes de bain, gel douche, sèche-cheveux… les lieux étaient très propres. L’accès était très simple, notre hôte nous avait donné toutes les indications d’accès, la communication était facile et toujours disponible rapidement. Notre hôte a eu la gentillesse de nous laisser le nécessaire pour les petits déjeuner, des gâteaux, suffisamment de capsules de café, tout était très bien pensé. Le jour du départ, très pratique une consigne au pied de l’immeuble pour laisser les bagages dans la journée. Je recommande sans problème, un séjour très plaisant Rien…

We have been in Rome a few times, Piazza Navona/Campo di Fiori is THE place in Rome. Many great restaurants right downstairs. The apt is well equipped and has the expected quirks of an apt in a historic building. Host has been very accommodating and proactively communicating; even providing a huge welcome package.

Bardzo czysto, pachnące ręczniki. Czystość 10/10. Mieszkanie ma swój klimat. Niestety spalony nie działający czajnik, kuchnia bardzo słabo wyposażona, po odpaleniu kuchenki śmierdziało gazem na całe mieszkanie. Niedomyte brudne patelnie i garnki.

• Varon (6/5): Nice apartment in a fantastic location! - The host was fantastic. Very friendly and left a table full of snacks and wine for us on arrival which was great. The bathrooms, especially the second floor bathroom, didn’t feel clean. The shower walls had a very porous tile that was moldy and the bathroom had a moldy smell. None of my family wanted to use it and the staircase was really tight so it was uncomfortable for them to go up and down every time they needed access to a bathroom. Everything else was very clean.

Place is outdated but it is Italy so idk , also don’t expect to sleep at night because you’re going to be hearing music all day but I don’t mind that .

• Vincenzo (9/5): An authentic Roman apartment with all the charm you’d imagine! - Fantastic location! Apartment was clean and very comfortable for our family of five. The owners accommodated our very early arrival on New Year’s Day and got us in as quickly as possible and we were very appreciative of their efforts. The apartment was an authentic Italian style and added to the experience. We woke of to the neighbor’s jazz, church bells and in the evening enjoyed listening to the young people’s revelry on their way home. The apartment was warmly heated for the winter. My kids LOVED the loft with their own bathroom and it gave all of us the privacy and space we needed. The lift was an added bonus and my absolute favorite detail was the view of the terracotta rooftops. Thank you for an authentic Roman Christmas holiday! Nothing.

• Hanqing (8/5): Rustic apartment in the heart of Rome - Excellent location, short stroll from Piazza Navona, 30 mins from either the Vatican museums or the Colosseum. The attic bedroom is a potential attraction for kids. Generous pantry provisions. Having a lift is a big plus for those with lots of baggage. The apartment’s condition is similar to that of a rustic country house. It is generally clean, but lacking in some of the details. Kitchen is too small to fit in a microwave and dishwasher. The building does not have room to put its rubbish bins so they line up right in front of the lift.

Apartment was so clean and comfort, it is very good for couples and friends each room has its own bathroom. Highly recommended!
