• Tamara (8/5): Anfitrión muy atento y localización perfecta - Manuel estuvo muy atento en todo momento facilitándonos muchísimo todas nuestras necesidades, nos guardó el equipaje durante todo el día ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la noche, el apartamento es nuevo y cómodo y está todo muy limpio. La zona es tranquila y muy céntrica, puedes moverte a pie a todas partes. Muchas gracias por todo! Como contra es la humedad del apartamento, no tiene ventanas y el olor a humedad es bastante fuerte, tiene aire acondicionado y con él puesto se puede equilibrar bastante el ambiente.
• Ivana (8/5): Posizione top,zero ricircolo di aria - La posizione ottima,e non mancava nulla. Umida e senza finestra, zero ricircolo di aria.
• Sara (5/5): Soggiorno rapido - Manuel veramente gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi richiesta. È stato davvero carino a portarci lui stesso all inizio della via. La struttura è centralissima ed anche a piedi in solo 10 minuti sei in via Toledo e i quartieri spagnoli. Lo ringraziamo vivamente anche per averci recuperato dall aeroporto. Purtroppo appartamento senza finestre quindi di conseguenza l odore di umido era davvero troppo forte nonostante ci fossero deodoranti per tutto l appartamento. Durante la notte per poter dormire abbiamo tenuto il condizionatore acceso a 23 perché l odore era davvero pesante. Anche le dimensioni del bagno davvero piccolo. Tra il wc e il bidet un problema, sicuramente non adatto per persone robuste

• Serge (2/5): Le plus mauvais séjour que j’ai eu de ma vie - Rien Pas de fenêtre ?? Le manque de lumière ´manque de electro , pas d’aération sauf une petite dans la chambre mais qui était raccordé à une pièce fermée ?? Manque d’espace pour manger a peine 1/1 mètres réclamations au propriétaire pour avoir des couteaux manquants et qui ne sont jamais venu j’ai du en acheter

• Pierpaolo (10/5): Fantastico - Posizionato in centro storico. Appartamento al piano terra molto accogliente e pulito. I gestori sono stati molto gentili e ci hanno fatto trovare persino delle bottigliette d'acqua, caffè e tisane. Lo consiglio. Se torneremo a Napoli di sicuro sarà la nostra prima scelta

• Nick (9/5): Handy and clean. Worth the money. - Location. 2 stops off Napoli Centrale and direct train to Pompeii. 2 mins walk from the funicular up to Castel Sant’Elmo. No windows also a bit claustrophobic. The power kept tripping when using the oven. We had to unplug everything including the water boiler and fridge to use 1 hob and oven :( fuse box outside.

• Rachel (1/5): Too uncomfortable to stay - The property was as described in terms of cleanliness and facilities I turned up with my friend and we were met by 3 men. Two of them didn’t speak English and we weren’t sure why they were there and it felt quite intimidating. If I’d have been with a female friend instead of a male I’d have felt even more uncomfortable. We knew we couldn’t stay when the men left and we locked the front door, only to hear one of the men push his way back in saying that he’d “forgotten his umbrella” which was very concerning and made it clear our possessions wouldn’t have been safe if we’d have gone out for dinner. We decided to leave the property and go to a hotel because we were so uncomfortable and for the sake of one night it was worth the extra expense. The following day the host had marked our trip as cancelled even though we had paid in advance. I assume this is to try and get a cancellation fee out of us. Needless to say I will be making a formal complaint and have any additional charges refunded.
