• Tsae Rong (6/5): - Nice location, fully equipped. The staff was kind. Not the best but still nice. Other residents played loud music in the morning without mercy. It felt like you have been woken up in a pub but it’s 7:00am. The sink in the kitchen was almost blocked. Even though they are kind and actively trying to arrange for plumbers to repair. But I mean this should be confirmed before the tenant moves in. I don’t want to be disturbed during the holidays. We had whole day planned for travel but not stand by in the property for the sink repair.

• Maia (7/5): Overall we had a pleasant staying! The host is very kind and immediately replies to your messages. - We stayed at the accommodation in July 2025. The apartment is spacious enough even for 3 people. It was very well furnished. The location is fine, there are few bus stations nearby. It’s only 15 minutes walking from Camden Town. There is also a washing machine that works perfectly The only thing to improve is the cleaness of the apartment (the carpet and the bath tub…) but there was everything needed to clean. The sheets and the towels were fine. The oven doesn’t work.

• David (8/5): Basic but comfy and was spacious - Facilities were good spacious and clean Chest of drawers in one room nothing in other Wardrobe very high could not hang up clothes/coates
• Gerard (5/5): I won't repeat. Price vs service is not OK - - Wifi, - Clean - nice situation Carpet needs to be renewed, old and spots in the living room. Bathroom needs to be renewed. Is old, support bath curtain very thin and unstable, fresh water pressure is not OK. hot water is not working fine. The hot water tank is very old, the diverter is not working and hot water triggers also heating. It seems that the owner heats the water and then switches off the boiler before hosts arrive. No instructions to switch it on (sliders do not work as expected, due to heating and hot water works at the same time due to an incident, and we are in summer!!!). Then I called to call center and they opened an incident and 24h later technic service went (I had to wait at home in my holidays!!!) in order to try to fix the issue and avoid heating (didn't work)....

• Blockonome (10/5): Few issues, but very enjoyable experience! - Beautiful flat in a lovely location. It was relaxing, nice and cozy! There was a few ants in the kitchen, hot water did not work on arrival and stained carpet in the living room. They fixed the hot water within 24 hours. I did not inform them about the ants, as we are talking 2-3 ants in the kitchen area. And I can only recommend they get a new carpet in the living room, as that would really enhance the guest experience.
