- Yalda (5/5): - Great location Parking situation was really difficult and cost more than the regular public parking.
- Nicolette (9/5): - This place was clean and had everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable and the best part was, there was a good blender! For me, that was a super bonus. It was a 5-minute walk to Whole Foods which allowed me to very easily get all the groceries I needed. I did send two email questions before flying to Toronto that I never got a reply to but aside from that, all communication was good.
- Nicole (9/5): Wir haben unsere Zeit sehr genossen und können die Unterkunft voll empfehlen! - Tolle Lage, exclusive Ausstattung, sehr sauberes und sicheres Gebäude. Nichts

- Pescado65 (5/5): - I booked this place so easily through booking.com. card confirmed. They have a check-in from 4 pm to 11 pm. Website says contact property if outside the times.
I did this and was informed of a LATE fee of$50.
When I questioned this, they cancelled my card.
Can't thank them enough. I got my flights reimbursed, and today, there is chaos at Toronto airport.
I highly recommend this place if poor customer service ends up saving you thousands of dollars. Poor customer skills.
- Daniel Exelot Cohen (9/5): - Amazing location in Yorkville!
- Bohong (2/5): Very poor - When I booked this hotel, I also booked another one at the same time. However, what I find very strange is that this hotel did not charge my credit card, whereas the other hotel I booked did. This confuses me because, in my experience with Booking.com, the payment is always processed immediately, rather than being charged separately upon arrival using another payment system.
Additionally, the amount charged usually includes all the necessary taxes and fees. When I inquired about this issue, the hotel staff told me that their company would handle the tax payments later, so I didn’t need to worry about settling the charges myself. However, the more I think about it, the more suspicious it seems.
I have reasonable doubts that this hotel might be using Booking.com to attract guests but handling transactions privately. The cleanliness of the room, although it appears clean at first glance, is actually quite poor in detail. The sofa crevices are still dirty, and there is a lingering odor from the previous occupant. The most concerning issue is the bed—there is an overwhelming artificial fragrance, and the pillows still carry the body odor of the previous guest, which I personally find unacceptable. The smell is extremely unpleasant. Because of this, I had to rewash all the bed linens, including the sheets, blankets, and pillows.
Additionally, some of the handles still have residual cleaning grease, which makes them feel uncomfortably oily to the touch. I really dislike this. I tried to ventilate the room by opening the window, but there is only one window in the living room. The bedroom window has been locked, preventing us from opening it, making it impossible to properly air out the space. As a result, the entire room feels suffocating, and I immediately felt dizzy upon entering due to the overwhelming artificial fragrance. I believe that anyone in this situation would experience the same discomfort.
- Aarya (10/5): Exceptional - An excellent spot in the heart of Toronto's Yorkville neighborhood. With great restaurants and a lively shopping street just outside your door, this unit is quiet and peaceful.
- Aliyah (10/5): This place was so nice, really! - The location is perfect close to everything you need, like shops, restaurants, and transportation. The apartment felt very cozy and comfortable. The building has great features like a gym and indoor pool, and the check-in was very simple. I am definitely planning to stay here again!
