• Marija (9/5): Great - Apartment was clean and spacious, we had everything we needed for our 6 night stay. Apartment is self check-in based, which is great if u arrive late in Malaga. Costumer support is immpecable. They will help you with anything 24/7. There is 400€ deposit you need to pay to have access to virtual keys. I paid the deposit on time and gained access, but on my last night, they somehow cancelled my transaction and I lost access to virtual keys. It was late at night so I wasn't very comfortable with that fact. Luckily they reacted quickly after I contacted them, but it wasn't a pleasant experience.
• Micheletti (8/5): Nel complesso tutto ok - - 3 camere - posizione abbastanza comoda con supermarket vicino - appartamento completo di tutto ciò che serve, compreso lavastoviglie e lavatrice - molto luminosa - viene chiesta una caparra decisamente alta che non viene specificata in maniera chiara al momento della prenotazione ma ti viene chiesta solamente poco prima del check in (se non la mandi non ti mandano i codici per accedere) - I codici per accedere sarebbero comodi se non fosse che se sfortunatamente ti si scarica il telefono, non puoi più entrare (entrambe le porte, sia quella del palazzo che quella dell’abitazione hanno un codice ma specialmente quella del palazzo si apre solo mediamente uno sblocco che si fa solamente tramite telefono)

• Bettina (8/5): - Grosses und komfortabel ausgestattetes Apartment mit 3 Schlafzimmern. Der Service war sehr gut. Die Fenster im Wohnzimmer waren undicht und daher war es die ganze Zeit kalt. Die Heizung funktionierte auch nicht richtig, sodass man abends mit Decke auf dem Sofa sitzen musste.
• M (10/5): Recomendable - El piso estupendo todo super limpio y ubicación muy buena a 20 minutos del centro andando pero un paseo agradable.Totalmente recomendable. La entrada del edificio es algo antigua y no hace buena referencia a como se encuentra el piso.

• Faroppa (10/5): Espectacular y amplio apartamento - Todo perfecto. Quedamos muy satisfechos En general en Málaga es muy difícil parar con el auto, por no decir imposible. Hay que tener en cuenta los gastos del parking que son de 18 euros al día más o menos.

• Zohra (8/5): Beautiful home to stay in, we had a wonderful time thank u. - House was perfect, a lot of rooms. I went there with mij mom en mother in law. To go to the centre you have to walk 15 min, for me no problem but for my mom a little bit to far. We had to take an uber, the price in spain are cheap zo it was no problem.

• Triin (8/5): Nice apartment with good location but rather on the nosier side. :) - The apartment is very nice and check-in was very easy. All the basics were provided in the kitchen (oil, salt, pepper and 5 coffee capsules and couple of diswashing machine tablets). It's very easy to walk to town and cycle out of it (a nice 16km climb starting literally from the front door). So the location of the apartment is rather good. The apartment is located on a noisy street and the two main bedrooms are facing it. So if you're a light sleeper, this is a no-go for you unless you bring ear plugs and are comfortable with it. There is only one toilet together with shower so if there is 5 people, it can get crowded in the morning. But this has nothing to do with the apartment but just a comment. We got locked out of our apartment due to the loss of electricity and had to contact the landlord and wait for good 20 minutes outside since someone came and gave us the keys. This was rather uncomfortable since we had just gotten back from a 5 hour ride, feeling fairly hungry and did not have enough clothes with us to stand by the door for that long. To make your stay comfortable, bring your own wash-sheets for the washing machine. It's very nice to use it as well.
• Vit (8/5): Bright aparment - The apartment is very bright and nicely furnished. The kitchen equipment is sufficient. All rooms have only single beds. There are supermarkets nearby. The centre can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Cleaning was not quite perfect in some parts of the apartment. In the bathroom there was no shower gel in the dispenser. There was a small towel missing in one room. In the kitchen only 3 capsules for the dishwasher for 5 days. Quite noisy main street. Not easy parking around the apartment. Check in after 5pm.

• Jitesh (10/5): Exceptional - We came across REMS last minute due to another apartment vendor cancelling on us and having no place to stay. Found the apartment on booking.com and found the office round the corner from where we were. The staff were beyond unbelievable. Extremely friendly. Helped us with all of the requirements and made us forget about all the headache we had. The staff overall were amazing and kept in contacr with us throughout our stay to check in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was nice and cosy. Very modern but had the rustic charm of spain at the same time. Thr facilities were brilliant and felt like home. Supermarkets and small cafes along the same road and the city centre was only a 20minute walk or just a 4 euro taxi drive.

• Marion (8/5): It was a good apartment to stay in but getting in was a problem at times. - We could not get into the apartment on arrival at 12.00 having telephoned it was said we could not get in until 17.00hrs and having got up at 3.30am we needed to get in and rest. we did eventually get in, the cleaner let us in and we were very grateful to her. The code to apartment didnot work and it is a good job we checked it before we went out or we would not have been able to get in. Our last night the code didnot work and we had to wait over 40 mins before some one came and let us in.
