• Sophie (8/5): Un appartement propre et fonctionnel, avec une situatin géographique intéressante. Et offrant une activité sportive supp - l’accueil, la qualité de la literie et la proximité du tram. Le quartier comporte plusieurs bars et restaurants intéressants. Et pour côté pratique une supérette juste en face. Problème avec le wifi. Un évier n’aurait pas été de trop.

• Rosana (5/5): - Su ubicación y comunicación mediante transporte público con el centro y la estación central. Andando al Duomo son 20min. El frío que hemos pasado en el apartamento, eran días muy fríos en el exterior y la calefacción la encendían unas pocas horas y tampoco los dos radiadores que hay calientan demasiado. El desayuno no es un desayuno, son cápsulas de café y bollos industriales. Eso si, el dueño estuvo atento para reponer el café sin problema. Gracias.

• Lina (9/5): Tout était parfait sauf le chauffage - Le personnel était formidable, et le lieu du logement est à moins de 20 min à pied de la fameuse grande cathédrale de Milan. plusieurs arrêts de tram sont à quelques pas de l'immeuble. Et l'appartement était spacieux, très calme et propre J'ai rencontré un problème de température. Le logement était vraiment froid la nuit car le chauffage est baissé automatiquement en fin de soirée, sans pouvoir l'augmenter on a dû se coucher avec plusieurs couches de vêtements. J'ai trouvé ça vraiment dommage. Mais le propriétaire était très compréhensif et s'est gentiment excusé.

Piso limpio y cerca del Duomo y con conexión directa a la Estación Central con el tranvía 9 que para en la puerta. Nos dejaron todo lo necesario para el desayuno. Siempre te atienden para cualquier cosa que necesites. Nos guardaron las maletas hasta que salió nuestro avión de vuelta.
• Sara (9/5): A wonderful, comfortable stay with great hospitality — I would happily return and highly recommend it. - The apartment was very nice, spotless, and extremely comfortable for my stay in Milan. Although there are stairs and no full kitchen, breakfast was very generously provided, which more than compensated. There is a coffee machine and a microwave, which was very convenient. Antonio was exceptionally helpful, responsive, and answered all my questions promptly, making the stay even more pleasant. Nothing at all — everything was excellent.

Thank you Davide and Antonio, the most gracious of brothers. The little breakfast and coffee was just want we needed in the morning before heading out on the road. Walking distance to Duomo. Pub right on the corner and very cute women’s and men’s shop if you need clothes and there is a pharmacy next door. 10/10 Nothing

It is surrounded by shops, restaurants and supermarkets and the tram and bus stops are on the doorstep. Both Antonio and Davide were on hand at all times to answer any queries.

They were staying in touch with me during all my stay and even offered to bring me something for breakfast though it’s not included in the price. The apartment looks even better than on the pictures- very aesthetic, clean, comfortable and cozy! Also it’s located in very good area full of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and everything you need. What important is that it was also very quiet despite quite vivid area. I’m totally satisfied and definitely come back again. Thanks guys for your hospitality! It was too short stay 😃

When we felt cold, we asked the host, and he immediately turned on the heating for us 🌸 The hosts were very friendly and always stayed in touch with us. They provided us with information about restaurants and cafés where we could have breakfast, lunch, and dinner. That was really great, and we appreciated it. The neighborhood was nice, and I would gladly choose these apartments again. We really enjoyed our stay.

The location of the apartment is excellent. Bars and restaurants on your doorstep. Tram and metro stops nearby. We walked to the Duomo in 20 mins. Near to the QC Termemilano Spa. No dislikes. Loved this apartment.

It was cosy and clean with some breakfast items if I needed them. Thank you No lift, I had a massive suitcase for my travel although there was assistance on arrival it was more difficult to manage when leaving. There is a ventilation issue in the bathroom, not sure if the extractor fan works properly but very minor details

It was so easy to get to the very centre by either a 20 min walk or a quick tram that’s directly outside the apartment. Davide was an exceptional host and was on hand 24/7 if I needed anything. He gave me so much information regarding the city and personally researched restaurants for me when I was looking for traditional Milanese cuisine. Truly felt like you were staying in a friend’s apartment. Antonio was super lovely too! Loved the coffee and breakfast touches. Very thoughtful. Nothing. Loved it all.

You need to recommend some places to eat, no problem. You need to store your laguages after check out, no problem for them too, and much more.) Communication and handing over the keys was smooth. The apartment was really big, nice and clean and in walking distance from city center (about 15-20 minutes). I can highly recommend this apartment.

He treats his guests as he would like to be treated, with wonderful hospitality and respect. The apartment is clean, comfortable, well appointed with tea, coffee, and some breakfast provisions to get you started for your day of exploring Milan. It’s conveniently located across the road to a tram stop with another 300m away for easy access to attractions and to connect with the metro to Linate airport. Davide and his brother assisted us with carrying our luggage up and down the three flights of stairs, also a good way to walk off the gelati and other fantastic Italian food! Great restaurant next door and others close by. Nothing to fault here at all. Thanks, Davide! Nothing! Three flights of stairs would be an issue for those who have mobility issues.
• Michelle (10/5): Exceptional - Everything. The apartment was amazing and so clean and even nicer in reality than the pictures. Davide was so helpful and friendly when we arrived, he even let us check in a little earlier and was also a great help on how to get around the city with ease. He even offered to hold our bags for us when we were checking out as we had an evening flight. The tram from central station stopped right at the apartment and you could walk to the city centre in less than 20 minutes. It was a really nice walk and we felt very safe. We would highly recommend staying here and if we return to Milan in the future we will definitely book it again. Thank you Davide for everything. Nothing
• Sergei (8/5): A nice roomy apartment in a quiet part of Milan - a nice big apartment, clean and airy. The host Davide was really friendly and accommodating. there's no elevator in the building and it's up on the 3th floor (Italian 2nd plus the ground floor), there's no subway nearby but streetcar / tram service is good. If you have heavy suitcases, that would be an issue.
• Sarah (10/5): Comfortable and close to the center - Casa Greta was a mere 15 mins away from the train stations by car and a small 20 minutes walk from the Duomo also. The facilities are bigger than shown on the pictures, comfortable and gorgeous, AC is included and both Davide and his brother were so helpful during our stay.
