• Giuliana (7/5): - La posizione, l' appartamento si trova in una zona molto bene collegata al centro storico, facilmente raggiungibile anche con una passeggiata. Abbiamo trovato le formiche in casa, non funzionava internet malgrado fosse stata fornita la password ( collegamento alla rete ok ma senza connessione ad internet) e non c'è un asciugacapelli

• Francesca (9/5): - Appartamento moderno, pulito e accogliente. La posizione è ottima, ben collegato sia con la metro che con il bus inoltre alcune attrazioni sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi.

• Anna (7/5): - Spore mieszkanie, w budynku winda. Łóżko i kanapa bardzo wygodne. W kuchni wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy. Mogłoby być czyściej. Na minus kontakt z właścicielem. Byliśmy tam jedną noc, rano okazało się, że nie ma nigdzie suszarki do włosów (jest wypisana w udogodnieniach). Właściciel nie odbierał telefonów. Na wiadomości odpisał, żeby sprawdzić szuflady, a po zapewnieniu, że nigdzie jej nie ma, odpisał, że zapyta kogoś i da znać. Niestety już nic więcej nie napisał.

• Giorgia (6/5): - Appartamento vicino la metro e la vista dal salone è molto bella, affaccia sulla chiesa. Forniscono phon, asciugamani, ha anche stanzino con lavatrice, c’è bollitore e macchinetta del caffè L’appartamento non era molto pulito, nonostante i mobili siano nuovi e ci abbiano fatto fare il check in alle 15 la pulizia non era delle migliori. In bagno non c’è il piatto doccia né una tenda ed è un po scomodo farsi la doccia.

• Ралица (6/5): - Местоположението е добро и апартамента е хубав и удобен Не беше изчистено, имаше прах пепел и боклуци на всякъде. Нямаше интернет и телевизия! Имаше проблем с електричеството!

• Ξανθος (2/5): - Το κατάλυμα ήταν πολύ καθαρό πολύ άνετο σε καλή τοποθεσία και από άποψη τιμής παροχών ήταν πολύ καλό! Δε μας άρεσε η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού..Τη στιγμή που ήμασταν έτοιμοι να βάλουμε πολύ καλή κριτική για το κατάλυμα και έτοιμοι να αναχωρήσουμε από την Σοφια μας καλέσανε να επιστρέψουμε τα κλειδιά τα οποία είχαμε αφήσει στο locker..Στη συνέχεια εφόσον τους εξηγήσαμε ότι τα έχουμε αφήσει στο locker, μας είπαν ότι δεν τα βρίσκουν και η συμπεριφορά τους γενικά δεν ήταν καθόλου επαγγελματική κατηγορώντας μας ότι τα έχουμε πάρει επίτηδες ή ότι τα έχουμε χάσει..Τελικά τα βρήκανε προφανώς και χρησιμοποίησαν μια δικαιολογία ότι κάποιος άλλος ένοικος τα πήρε..Οπότε παρότι είναι ένα πολύ ωραίο κατάλυμα με πολύ καλή τιμή θέλει γενικά προσοχή…

• Sarah (8/5): Bon emplacement et spacieux - L'emplacement et la facilité d'accès à l'appartement La chambre est spacieuse et l'appartement est vraiment bien disposé. Il n'y avait malheureusement pas beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine, insuffisant si on souhaite vraiment cuisiner. Le matin nous n'avions pas d'eau chaude dans la douche et le robinet de l'évier ne tenait quasiment plus !
• Jesús (7/5): Buen alojamiento para visitar Sofía - El piso es cómodo y está relativamente cerca del centro de la ciudad con buena locomoción para movilizarse. La comunicación con los propietarios para el ingreso al piso fue muy tardía, ya que no recibimos respuesta para saber si podíamos entrar un par de horas antes y les tuve que reclamar los códigos para la recogida de llaves que me enviaron recién 30 minutos antes. Además tuve que volver a comunicarme para solicitar el código Wifi, ya que en el piso no estaban y tampoco me los habían enviado. Sería bueno que mejorasen la comunicación con el cliente.

• Русева (5/5): - Апартамента е обзаведен модерно. Нямаше плик и калъфка за спалното бельо на третият човек и не беше заредено за трима. Вратичката на хладилника и батерията на мивката в банята бяха счупени. В банята имаше забравени и не изхвърлени шомпоан и душгел. Не беше почистено.

• Daniela (5/5): Поносимо - Хареса ни това,че има климатици и в двете стай,това,че има мини тераса и асансьор с който да стигнеш до 6ти етаж Беше мръсно,нямаше сапун в банята,оставена прахосмукачката и парцала дори абсолютно мръсни,миришеше на цигари в апартамента още с влизането,а никак не ми беше приятно предвид,че бях и с децата си...
• Anna (9/5): Ottima location in Sofia - Appartamento nuovo, comodo e ben arredato, ben collegato ( metro, tram e bus) alle principali attrazioni della città . Non ci sono bar vicini, ma c’è un forno appena dietro l’angolo che sforna ottimi cornetti. Staff gentilissimo, oltre le aspettative Alla doccia manca la tendina, e in generale poteva essere un po’ più pulito. In cucina ci sono pochi utensili se si vuole mangiare nella struttura, ma credo che ciò sia dovuto ai passati ospiti più che al proprietario. Ciò nonostante, ci ritornerei.
• zieti7 (9/5): - Close to Metro Station which is a big Plus. Each room has own air-con which helped a lot. Good place to stay, nice bed, basically everything what you need is there. Oh even the view is quite nice. In nearby there are some shops and if you need bigger groceries -Billa I know that it is out of scope but I think would be great to leave a bottle of water :)
• Claude (7/5): Bien - L appartement est agréable, confortable, accessible et plutôt bien situé. Très lumineux avec une belle vue. Le ménage à notre arrivée avait à peine été fait, les toilettes etaient salles, il n'y avait plus de savon ds la salle de bain, de la vaisselle mal lavée dans le lave-vaisselle... La cuisine est équipée mais au minimum (très peu de couteaux notamment). Le rapport qualité prix était bon mais parce que nous avons eu une large réduction de dernière minute.

• Recep (10/5): Harika bir konaklama idi. - Giriş yaptığımızda tesis temiz kokusu ve düzeni ile bizi karşıladı. İletişim de sorun yaşamadık ve hızlı cevap aldık.
• Adina (8/5): Very good - The apartment is modern and new, but it’s clear that it’s managed remotely by a company, not by a private individual. We had a big discount because we made a last minute booking. We didn’t have a second set of bedding for the sofa. The cleaning was only done superficially. They don’t have Wi-Fi. In the bathroom there’s no absorbent mat on the floor, so water spreads from the shower. They only gave us the access code after we sent them our documents.
