- Karine (10/5): - L’emplacement et le personnel
- chantell (3/5): Not up to par with sandman expectations - Location Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms outdated. Basic amenities not available. No body wash refills just bar soap. There was carpet Beatles. Breakfast was so gross coffee was hot water. Not up to par with sandman .
- Phil Sutcliffe (10/5): Great stay. Excellent location. -
- JIWON (7/5): - 운서역에서 가깝고 시설은 깨끗함 프론트 직원들의 고압적 태도 및 불친절함
- Cindy (6/5): - Conveint location The curtains in our room were bolted to the ceiling so we could not close them, was not happy at 6am....woke up because there was an alarm set on the clock, not by us, and then couldn't get back to sleep because it was so bright!!!!
- Mary (7/5): The hotel was pretty good. My husband loved the bed, I found it too hard, so depends on your preference. Breakfast was - The rooms were clean and close to all amenities Right beside a homeless shelter I believe it was. You are right downtown and there is a lot of homeless, drugs and literally poop in the street. Not the hotels fault and we never felt unsafe. Only other thing was we couldn’t open a window. Felt stuffy and couldn’t air out.
- Rollie (6/5): - price, proximity to downtown, bed proximity to homeless shelter, parking fee for back open parking, early check in fee
- Onwuzulike (9/5): -
- Rob (8/5): -
- Peter (8/5): -
- Frankie (9/5): Overall, great stay - Close to downtown at a good reasonable rate You look like The shower was a bit dirty still
- Edward (10/5): -
- Lisa (5/5): While the price , proximity to downtown , and room amenities are attractive - the safety issue can’t be overlooked. - Needed a hotel in London for 2 weeks while my apartment was repaired after a flood , was reasonably priced and the room was a good size with a working kitchen . The location is dangerous and unsafe , was frequently approached by the residents of the neighbouring House of Hope who actively use drugs in front of the building . Without the locked and gated underground parking there is no way to stay there with a car without putting a vehicle at risk . The staff were inconsistent, some were excellent and very organized others were unhelpful and disinterested . Cleaning services were also unreliable, the room was only cleaned 30% of the time it was requested and not thoroughly .

- Margaret (8/5): Convenient and comfortable to stay for day surgery hospital trip. - We were there for day surgery which worked very well. To reduce stress we left the car at the hotel and took an uber to the hospital. It was quiet, the air conditioning worked well. We had a fridge and microwave. Lots of hot water and a nice bath. I liked that the front desk called to ask if we had everything. Staying there made day surgery easy. The bed was a bit saggy and the pillows too fat

- Jacky (2/5): Below average. Disappointing stay. Bad breakfast. Bad location - The shower pressure was good Bad location
Lots of homeless people
Breakfast was below average at other places that I’ve stars in.
You have to pay for parking compared to free parking in other places. Why am I paying for parking for a place I’ve booked to stay over night? Are they assuming I’m walking there?
- Shelby (10/5): -
- Dujuon (8/5): -
- Jeanette (7/5): - Room good, the black out curtains were torn and let the streetlight through. Should be replaced.
Bed excellent.
Breakfast, ho-hum My credit card was charged more than the amount on the invoice. I reported this via email.

- keith (7/5): our stay was just for a night, and given that, it was satisfying - A pleasant front desk staff, easy check-in, a very comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, sufficient towels, a satisfying complimentary breakfast. lack of free bottled water and the lack of a free local newspaper
- michelle (7/5): -
- Stefan (7/5): Poor location, but clean - Clean, value Location
- Wightman (6/5): -
- Barb (9/5): Bed comfy, location decent. - The bed was very comfortable! Loved having a separate bedroom from.sitting area. Various doors were locked at different times. It isn't a terrible walk from door to door but was annoying.
- Syndyl (8/5): Decent room, good for short stay - It was a 10 minute walk from Canada Life place. We stayed one night to go to a concert. Really good pub across the street, but lots of options in the area.
Room was clean, beds were comfy. Relatively quiet. Grab and go breakfast had good choices. Building is a little run down, but that's not a deal breaker.
Other ppl have complained about the homeless shelter next door, but there was a visible police presence in the area and security available. We didn't feel unsafe. They kept to themselves and didn't bother anyone.
- Anne (7/5): - Bed was pretty hard, toilet needs to be elongated and higher
- Bdudley1105 (9/5): Stay in feb - The room was fine, big bed was great. The area of london is rough, but I know you have no power on this.
- Suman (3/5): - I would like to thank the front end staff for the kind and probation customer service especially the employee name Tanya Nathrani. Very present to talk to her and learn about the city as it was my first visit to London Ontario
Regards,
JT Suman The building and rooms are old and need update atlease update the rooms paint Rey every white color to freshen up the place it felt I was in 70s
- Nicholas (8/5): -
- Ruby (10/5): Excellent Stay at the Sandman - When checking in at the front desk Was met by an amazing Lady, My husband is in hospital in London, She was very considerate and caring for my needs .
- Michael (6/5): Sandman Hotel - The room was quiet and comfortable, but they were missing some things as advertised (no hair dryer, aged room). Great complimentary breakfast. Fair pet charge. Extra charge for parking of $16 per night, but not quoted in room information. Also not quoted that security deposit also required when we prepaid for the room
- Stephen (8/5): -
- dmf (10/5): -
- David (10/5): Great stay very comfortable bed - Clean Nothing
- Darcy (7/5): - There was no pool
- Maikel (9/5): -
- Jemma (10/5): - lovely staff and large clean comfy room
- Patricia (1/5): Worst, but not the staff - Staff very nice. hotel was clean and met our standards I would never stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it. The location was the worst place we had ever seen. People beside the hotel were doing drugs, half naked and disgusting. I mentioned this to the front desk personnel, they told me it was an ongoing issue and nobody cares. I'm surprised your hotel is still operating. I would never had stayed there if knew what was coming. Send this review to the City of London and let them know what people are saying. We made sure the hotel door was locked securely all night
- Timothy (9/5): convenience - great breakfast...helpful staff
- Touk (9/5): -
- Blaise and Alexandra (7/5): -
- Fatih Celil (8/5): -
- Jason (10/5): Awesome - 非常满意
- Mo (3/5): - Needed key card to get free breakfast and twice to get into hotel from underground parking. Possibly because of Hostel next door. Parking is $16 a night. Tv selection was poor. Could not get Leafs game or Thursday night football. A 2.5 star hotel pretending to be a 4.
- Elizabeth (7/5): -
- Caitlin (10/5): -
- Keren (8/5): Good - The place was nice and clean and the room was good for space Area around the hotel was sketchy
- Laura (7/5): - breakfast was done quite early and we weren’t able to use
- Su (10/5): Comfortable Place to stay if one can look beyond the aesthetic part of the hotel. - Love that the room is self contained with fridge, iron & board, coffee/tea maker (keuric), microwave oven and 2 very comfortable queen size beds. The AC is noisy, carpet has stains and decor is dated but was told renovation is in the plans. There were a few homeless people loitering outside the building but they didn’t bother us which is fine with me.
- Richard (9/5): -
- Varkey (8/5): -
- Natália (8/5): - A localização é excelente, o quarto confortável e espaçoso. Os funcionários também são muito gentis e resolutivos. O café da manhã é um tanto quanto simples demais.
- Touk (8/5): -
- علي (1/5): - What I didn't like was that I paid 193 for one night. When I checked my credit card statement, I found that you had charged me $268. Why?
- Saba (3/5): - I booked a room for four but it was not prepared for four guests. There were not enough cups, napkins, or basic amenities provided, which was very disappointing. At the breakfast lounge, I was only able to get one cup of coffee from the coffee machine, after which it ran out and was unavailable for the rest of my family.
- James (8/5): -
- Amare (10/5): -
- Culp (8/5): -
- jackiandre (7/5): Dated but comfortable - The front desk staff were quite friendly. My room was spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast was one of the best I've ever had at a comparable chain (the breakfast sandwiches were a sweet perk). The hotel could use a refresh. It's a little dated in general and the bedside table in my room had several cigarette burn marks on it. There were very few outlets in the room, which made it difficult to charge my phone. Some sort of tabletop access to charging apparatus would be a very welcome addition. The price was high given the condition of the property, but I understand room rates across London are oddly high.
- Li (5/5): -
- Sabrina (7/5): - Parking in site (16$ is not that bad honestly) and the option of indoor garage or outdoor is perfect.
Room was ready on at time we requested it and it was clean, cleaning staff didnt rush it thar gladly appreciated.
Walking distance from the show we were attending. Pre-autorisation went twice on my credit card, event if the first time they state it didn't work. Their payment system and the hotel reservation system dont link together and it cause problem to tgw guest (double charge). It took 5 days to the second pre auto was realese on my credit card. I cant imagine someone that need that money and got charge twice. Staff at front desk weren't really helpful about this situation. That's the downside of the trip.
The towels would need an upgrade!
- Chase (8/5): - Convenience to downtown. Priced well. We weren’t impressed with breakfast options.
- Mine (7/5): Tekrar denenebilir - Konum iyi yatakları rahattı Personelle iletişim kurmakta çok zorlandım
- Shani (7/5): -
- Laurie (10/5): -
- Alexander (6/5): -
- Amanda (6/5): It was okay - Easy to check in and out Children running uo and down hallways all
Day and night
- Colette (5/5): A good (and bad) location. - The location was good as no it was close to the concert hall that we were going to. Also appreciated having a place to eat right on the corner. The hotel is right beside a homeless hostel and many of the residents were out front. It’s clear they are struggling with addiction and mental health. It did impact my feeling of safety but I understand the need for these services.
- Trent (8/5): -
- DeSchiffert (8/5): -
- Sugihara (1/5): -
- Karen And Joe (6/5): Mediocre at best. Will look for a nicer hotel with updated/clean furniture next time we stay in London in December 2 - Close to Concert venue, underground secure parking Old furniture/decor in room. Couch was taped together on armrest. Blood/ red paint(?) on back of couch. Carpets looked dirty. Furniture looked dirty.
A lot of street meth addicts milling around front entrance & sidewalk
- Gerry (6/5): - Walking distance to Canada Life Place. We stayed on 10th floor and there were mechanical noises from the roof directly above us.
It is beside House of Hope so if seeing homeless people bothers you this isn't your place. We had no issue walking day or night.
- Scott (3/5): Convenient but lack lustre, would not stay again. - It was clean and the staff was friendly and personable. The location is off putting with so many homeless vagrants asking if I sell drugs. The heater in the room was extremely loud, the curtains did not close all the way letting in a lot of light. The broken shower head made it hard to shower.
- Giovanni (10/5): -
- João Antônio (7/5): - Staff was great! Coffee machine was not cleaned.
The location is not nice place to stay.
London downtown is ugly!
- Stan (8/5): - The staff was excellent. Genuinely cared to ensure an exceptional stay. Overall accommodations were perfect. Unfortunately, we could not safely use the Dog Park area as the government does not properly care for our homeless. Overall, we were very pleased. Unfortunately, the government does not provide a safe area for our homeless to provide attention and genuine care. Therefore, the area was not safe for either them or ourselves.
- Carey (6/5): A pleasant, but loud (at first) stay - The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was nice. Loved the gym and breakfast. My room was very loud as it was facing the main road. I had asked for a very quiet room and the front desk thought that this room would be quieter than the ones at the back close to the elevator. I had to change rooms at 1am since I could not sleep. That said, the front desk staff helped me right away change rooms to one at the back on the same floor.
I also thought parking was included.
