• Downs (7/5): - Great location with lots of space for my family. Access to a combo washer-dryer was a nice perk. Hard to find because the front door is actually in an alley perpendicular to the street and there’s no signage until you are actually at the door. Could have used a broom to sweep up inevitable sand post beach days. Check in and out was terrible: poor instructions, last minute we were changed from being able to use the downtown office to having to drive back to the airport to get keys, there was no guidance on how to return keys post check out, staff was not helpful, emails and texts contradicted what office staff said on phone/ in person. Also, there was no communication between properties- even though we stayed at another site owned by Coco & Coral the day before, we had to do double paperwork and put two damage holds on our credit card. Despite the property being overall really nice, the logistical issues were enough of an inconvenience that I wouldn’t stay here again.
• Claire (9/5): Wonderful stay — beautiful and convenient location, great hospitality and picture-accurate apartment - First of all, I want to say that we had a really great time. The location wasn’t easy to find for a first-timer (and we used Google Maps), but after calling and asking around, we found it. The location was central and perfect for us. We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was clean, and we really appreciated being allowed to leave our luggage earlier and the option for a late check-out. The elevator was also great because I didn’t have to take the stairs after all the walking. In one sentence: nothing to complain about.

• Andreina (8/5): Great apartament located in downtown with lots of things to do. Be aware of the parking place. - The space, rooms and kitchen are great, just like what you see in the photos. Very comfortable beds and closets. Working elevator. Very good location. Staff very kind and everything was very clean. You have everything you need to cook. It would help a lot if the 2nd bathroom shower was improved so the water wouldn't spill outside! It's important to have in mind that fridays and saturdays a loud party may take place with loud music till 3am. It happened to me only on friday and because of the carnival. The rest of the nights, no problem with the music. It's also important to know that if you're renting a car, you need to find a solution for the parking space. We solved parking a block away at Sharlooweg. Adding a colander and a corkscrew to the appliances would also help.
• Milinda (10/5): Would definitely stay here again! My Girlfriends and I loved it! - The location was absolutely perfect! Walking distance to almost everything. Would definitely suggest here to anyone! The entrance downstairs had some construction going on nearby which greeted us with a roach on our first night but this was definitely not the apartment issue.

• Jeremy (7/5): That area is over ran with retired people. Most of the businesses are closed before 10pm - The location to everything. I was giving instructions to an apartment that was occupied by a couple. It took over a hour to check in my apartment. There was an electricity usage with overages, but I could not monitor my daily usage.
• Ria (8/5): Very good - The accommodation was paid by the travel agency of my work, but in another way that they used to and that caused a serious delay and frustration up at arrival in the airport (after a long flight).

• Chong (7/5): Location superb but not valuable - Location is at the center of the city and near to the famous floating bridge. Facilities clean and comfortable. The price in Booking.com big big different after the tax included. Feel not valuable with the apartment price quote if compare with hotel nearby and no breakfast provided. After able get the key from airport and found that building location not easy to search if your phone without internet connection. Staff not clearly advise for the unit and floor staying.
• Olga (10/5): Great catch! - The place is really great. The location is just perfect, everything is very close within walking distance, which was very important with two little kids. The attendance was great! The only thing that we didn't like was cleaning, because we stayed for 16 nights and cleaning was once every 5 days and that's just a change of bed linen and towels, literally. If you stay for a short time, you won't even notice it)
• Antonia (8/5): Prefect location & very comfortable and styled well . - Location was fabulous & was clean and very comfortable and would stay again Finding it !!! That was a challenge as we were given the wrong address & was given only one key to start which was also a challenge . Showers weren't draining properly .
