• Almasi (7/5): Gute Lage, insgesamt gemischter Eindruck. - Die Lage zu Shin-Osaka ist sehr gut, der Bahnhof ist in etwa 10–15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und gleichzeitig weit genug entfernt, um dem Lärm zu entgehen. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten zum Essen und Einkaufen. Die Wohnung eignet sich auch gut für längere Aufenthalte. Die Beschreibung im Vorfeld war zu umfangreich und dadurch eher missverständlich. Der Check-in selbst ist sehr einfach, es werden lediglich zwei PIN-Codes benötigt: einer für den Eingangsbereich und einer für die Schlüsselbox an der Tür. Wir haben jedoch sehr viele Seiten mit Anweisungen erhalten, was unnötig verwirrend war. Eine deutlich einfachere und kompaktere Erklärung wäre hier sinnvoll. Die Kommunikation erfolgt ausschliesslich über eine Hotline mit automatischem Sprachmenü, wenn man Unterstützung benötigt, muss man zwingend anrufen, was für ausländische Gäste ohne japanische SIM-Karte schnell teuer wird, da in der Regel nur mobiles Internet zur Verfügung steht. Messenger-Dienste wie WhatsApp oder Facebook Messenger wären hier deutlich sinnvoller. Die Hotline selbst war zwar hilfreich, das System insgesamt jedoch unpraktisch. Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers war leider unzureichend. Der Abfluss in der Dusche war voller Haare und roch stark nach Urin, was auch im Eingangsbereich wahrnehmbar war. Insgesamt wirkte das Zimmer nicht gründlich gereinigt, da sich an mehreren Stellen Haare und Staub befanden.

• Pablo (1/5): Nessuna pulizia, un disastro - Non appena siamo arrivati nelle nostre stanze siamo rimasti disgustati dalla quantità di polvere che ricopriva tende, mobili e letti. Come se non bastasse, tutti i cuscini e lenzuola erano macchiati, la cucina era unta e nessun angolo della casa mostrava nessun segno di pulizia. Ho subito contattato Booking e ottenuto un rimborso immediato, non abbiamo trascorso neanche un'ora all'interno della struttura. L'host ci ha proposto una pulizia "aggiuntiva" due giorni dopo il nostro arrivo.

A szokásos piperecikkek itt is vártak minket. Nagyon közel a vonat és a metro megálló. Közelben étkezési lehetőségek. Az ár-érték arány nagyon vonzó. Aki nem igényli a személyzet közvetlen gondoskodását, annak kiváló lehetőség. A szállásadó E-mailben naponta tartotta velünk a kapcsolatot. Az angol nyelvtudás szükséges. Wifi jó lenne.

• Dóri (9/5): - A szállás nagyon jó környéken volt, a metro és a vonat kb.10-15perc sétára volt így könnyen elértünk bárhova. Boltok sokasága volt a környéken kb.5perc sétára. Csendes környék volt egyedül a vonatot hallottuk, de nem volt vészes. Számunkra, egy kicsit a takarításra jobban oda lehetett volna figyelni, nem volt vészes, de azért voltak szembetűnő bakik.

• Monika (10/5): - Všetko super, izba pekná a čistá, pre dve osoby ideálna. Poloha nám tiež vyhovovala. Pobyt v Osake sme si veľmi užili a odnášame si len krásne spomienky. Jediný problém, ktorý sme riešili bol pri príchode, nefungoval nám kod od zámku a nevedeli sme sa dostat ku kľučom od apartmánu. Skusili sme oslovit prechádzajúcich hostí aby nám pomohli a kontaktovali sme aj ubytovanie, kde nám pomerne rýchlo odpovedali a pomáhali vyriešiť problém.
• Florence (9/5): Bonne adresse pour un petit séjour à Osaka - Excellent emplacement, proche de restaurants, commerces et métro. Le logement était propre et bien équipé. Nous avons particulièrement aimé la très bonne communication avec l’hôte et les conseils. Le seul bémol mais ce n’est vraiment pas grand chose, c’est un peu de poussière notamment au niveau de la climatisation (je suis asthmatique). Le logement est parfait pour un petit séjour à Osaka ! Rien à signaler

• Rita (1/5): - Generell sauber. !!!!!! Absolutes NO GO !!!!!!!! Schon vor der Eingangstür sieht man Kondenzwasser Pfützen auf dem Boden. Bereits hier sollte man merken, es stimmt etwas nicht! Öffnet man die Tür, kommt ein Schwall von modrigem, schimmel Geruch entgegen. Über der Tür hängen dicke Tropfen von Kondenzwasser. Im Raum selbst stinkt alles Schimmel. Die Vorhänge sind verschlimmert. Lüften bringt keine Besserung. Die ganze Nacht hat man den Geruch von Schimmel in der Nase. Reklamationen werden nicht ernst genommen. Eine Stornierung ist bewusst ausgeschlossen, da das Zimmer so nicht vermietet werden kann.

• Laetitia (7/5): - Die Lage der Unterkunft war sehr gut. Es waren nur ca. 5-10 Minuten zur Nishinakajima-Minamigata und Minamikata Station. Die Wohnung war auch sehr geräumig und das Schlafzimmer war abgetrennt von der Wohn-Küche. Der Gastgeber war intensiv in Kontakt durch Nachrichten und hat auch viele Empfehlungen gegeben. Man hat alles für den Preis bekommen, was man hätte erwarten können. Wir hatten ein Zimmer in der zweiten Etage, direkt am Fahrstuhl. Die Sauberkeit war sehr verbesserungswürdig. Vor allem der Teppich im Wohnzimmer war sehr fragwürdig. Er hat einen unangenehmen Geruch verströmt und war sehr staubig ... man hätte nicht barfuß oder mit Socken durch die Wohnung laufen können, ohne dreckig zu werden. Die Klimaanlage hat auch nur semi gut funktioniert und es war dadurch Nachts etwas frisch. Es hat sich auch sehr viel Kondenswasser an der Tür und Fenster zum Balkon gebildet, wodurch es ein bisschen nass geworden ist.

Convenient to be able to do laundry in between. Some dishes in the cabinet were dirty, other than that very convenient and comfortable.

• Brian (10/5): a comfy and clean stay that was hassle free - clean, roomy, washing machine, hospitable wifi did not appear when trying to connect to it. was afraid to ask for help since there is a sticker on the router/modem stating that there would be fines if the device was tampered with. So i decided to leave it alone to avoid an unnecessary fine.
• 美香 (7/5): - 近隣にはスーパー(24時間)やコンビニが多く ちょっと歩けば(5分～10分)飲食店が多数あるので 食べたりするのや買い物も便利でした。 新大阪の駅までも徒歩圏内なので観光するのにも立地がいい場所にあると思いました。 ①お風呂の壁4面ともと浴槽に短い髪が付着していてチェックインしてすぐにお風呂場清掃からスタート💦 ②ケトルや冷蔵庫、キッチンが埃まみれ・・・ ③あまりにも埃が酷いので室内にあった掃除機を使わさせてもらいましたが ソファーをずらしたら埃やら髪の毛やらで汚かった・・・ ④他の方のクチコミにもありましたが、とにかく下水の匂いが酷すぎます💦 玄関と部屋の間の扉を閉めていれば寝る時には気になりませんが トイレ・お風呂・洗面台のとこは終始臭っています。 ⑤火曜の夕方、エントランスでポストの開け方が分からず困っていた外国籍カップルに携帯画面を見させていただき、ポストの解錠をしました。 口コミにも多数 書かれていたのに改善しないのは何故❓❓ 総合的に・・・ 清掃代5000円❓❓ 払った割には汚すぎますよ💦 立地が良くて部屋代が安いから決めましたが、清掃費は逆に月曜の予定を全て清掃時間に費やし自分で清掃したので こちらが欲しいくらいでした・・・ 毎日マメにお気遣いのメールをしてくださって 優しさや温かみが感じられた分有難かったですがあえて辛口評価にさせていただきました。 なぜなら改善されたらまた行きたいと思える立地だったからです。 改善 少しずつでも頑張ってください。
