• Luiza (10/5): - The apartment was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the location was very good. We walked to many attractions and took the bus to the ones that were a bit far. There were 2 bus stops nearby, the one we used more frequently was a 2 minute walk away. The host picked us up at the airport for an extra fee and dropped us off as well. This was very convenient given late night arrival and departure.

• Angela (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely small apartment housed us (2 adults and a teen) easily. Small space, however, we were only really there to sleep. Nice new facilities, good heating (we were there early April). The bed was comfortable and the pull out couch was also comfortable. Everything you would need is provided in terms of linen and towels etc plus nice small touches like coffee, tea and water. The owner was lovely and for a fee, picked us up at 11:30pm from the airport and then dropped us at the airport at 4am when we left. He also communicated through WhatsApp throughout the 5 day stay to ensure everything was OK. Would definitely visit again. -

• Yan (9/5): Superb - Safe location, very clean and comfortable space. 5 minuts walk to subway or bus station, easy go to all attractions. We buy some food materials from nearby market and make dinner with sufficient kitchenwares which provided by the house owner. The shower area is slightly small but does not affect usage.

• Ermil (10/5): Exceptional - The kindness of the hosts. The property is located in walking distance from Vatican and from bus stations. You can find great restaurants and places to eat nearby, just follow the indications of the host. We enjoyed the neighbourhood and the bottle of wine as welcome.

• Elizabeth (10/5): Exceptional - A quiet refuge in the middle of tourist filled chaotic Rome. There were excellent breakfast cafes and excellent dining options so very close. The hosts somehow make you feel like family. We would definitely stay here again if we were so lucky to have the opportunity. Nothing could have been better. It was delightful.
• David (9/5): A pleasant stay. - Besides providing the basics, they included a lot of little things that are important when traveling. In house iron, blow dryers, greeted with a bottle of champagne, jellies for the bread, coffee, some things in the fridge. If there is anything else you need there is a little store about 50' away with all the necessities. It takes a while for the hot water to get to the shower and then you need to be fast, but everything else was great.

The location is perfect to everything, it is easy to walk pretty much anywhere. We felt safe as you have a main entry then to the actual apartment. Everything was clean and modern and has all that you would need. We were left with a welcoming gift on the table. Thank you Flavia’s House! We hope to visit again! We would definitely recommend this place.

• Lynne (10/5): We're so glad and happy we chose to stay at Flavia's apartment. I - I think most of the reviews for apartment Flavia has been very much covered on here. It was Clean with plenty of toiletries, towels and a fully equipped kitchen with all the cleaning equipment on hand. There was a detailed map for our use that gave us all the information we needed to explore our surroundings, also recommendations for the fabulous indoor market ( Trionfale ) opposite the restaurant and supermarket. Getting around was very easy once we had found our feet knowing where to find the Ottaviano Metro which is only a short walk away. The metro took us to all the places we planned to visit such as the Coloseum, Piazza Del Popolo, Spanish steps, etc. Most of those places we did on foot but we had the choice of using the metro. The Host was always available to answer any inquiry we had and also booked us a taxi, on request, to Piazza Del Popolo when we had an early morning trip to catch the coach to Pompeii. It's also handy for the Vatican, St Peter's Square and my advice would be to pre book any ticket to avoid the queues. There was also a bottle of complimentary wine on the table we didn't drink not being drinking people. The water was very much appreciated. Apartment Flavia is the only place we have stayed without a guest book to peruse. Although this is not a negative, We were quite surprised. The map gave us all the knowledge we needed so thank you. Internet can be slow at times.

• Ramunė (10/5): Hidden gem in Rome - If you were lucky to find this place unoccupied - book it without any doubt. Location, cleanliness and hosts - these are the main points what any traveler is looking for and what Flavia’s family is providing. Firstly, the location. We were exploring all the famous sights of Rome on our feet, from Trevi fountain to Vatican City, you name it. Many authentic places around to eat or to get a nice cup of coffee - I highly recommend to not take meal in touristy areas, but have a nice dinner close to your “temporary home” instead. Also, ATM is on the other side of the street and a mini supermarket is right on the corner of the building. The apartment. Very cosy, sparkling clean and decorated with warmth. Extremely comfortable beds, we were “knocked out” every night:) Even the sofa-bed - it is not a folded one, but has an actual mattress of double bed. Kitchen is well equipped, hosts provides with all the essentials and extra. But what I liked the most was the view out the window in the mornings! Open the shutters to the inner yard and beautifully maintained garden, singing birds makes you feel like you’re in some villa, not in the centre of the city of millions… And the hosts. From the very first message you know you are in good hands. Caring, funny and very helpful. Simone and his Father picked up us from the airport on arrival late at night and welcoming Prosecco was served on the table. Ah, we had it on goodbuy night instead, which made hard to wake up for an extremely early flight:)) But thank God, there was Daniele ready to pick up us back to airport:) Thank you to all the Flavia’s family❤️ Our heartfelt recommendations! iPhone. iTypos.iApol

• Nina (9/5): A perfect apartment in a good neighbourhood - A beautiful, very well-equiped and clean apartment in a nice and calm neighbourhood. The communication with the host was excellent, and our questions were answered very quickly. The Mercato Trionfale market is just a minute's walk away, and is an excellent place to shop for groceries. You can walk anywhere, and the metro station and bus stops are close by for the lazier days. We would definitely stay here again.
