• labrini (7/5): - The location was very good. Not right next to key sights but in Venice everything is within walking distance. Nice places around for food and cafe. The room was very quite despite being surrounded by busy places. personally i do not like the impersonal anonymous service. We just used codes and never met anyone and i believe the walls could have been a bit cleaner... maybe it was an artistic approach but it felt like dirty. Also there was very little space in the room to leave things around. There were also mosquitos but this is beyond the room's authority.

• Stéphanie (8/5): Nous avons apprécié séjourner ici, pour le quartier vivant et proche de l’hypermarché centre, pour la chambre spacieuse - Chambre spacieuse avec une belle hauteur sous plafond et du cachet , très bon emplacement à 10’ du pont Rialto, bon prise en charge /accueil par téléphone (code porte pratique) 1er petit déjeuner offert ! Voisinage un peu bruyant ( la boutique de fruit diffuse de la musique à fort volume jusqu’à 23h30 minimum ) -Le le code de la résidence correspond au numéro de plaque de l’immeuble ce qui n’est pas vraiment sécuritaire (et d’une manière générale nous n’avons pas trop aimé la ruelle qui n’était pas très accueillante. ) Espace de vie à disposition / hall du palier , un peu froid (peu accueillant car manquant de lumière et le choix des couleurs n’est pas vraiment très chaleureux non plus, à notre avis) Manquerait un oreiller de plus par personne. Nous aurions préféré que la couette soit entièrement recouverte d’une housse de couette lavable. ( et pas utiliser comme une couverture ). Le prix aurait pu intégrer les petits déjeuner à prendre au café Farini ; cela aurait été un vrai plus .

• Silke (9/5): Superzentral, superstylish und gemütlich! - Wunderschön designt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir waren vier Paare und hatten so auch die Gemeinschaftsküche komplett für uns! Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Stadt, zwei Minuten von der Rialtobrücke entfernt. Unten ist eine sehr leckere Bäckerei mit Pizzen aus dem Holzofen, die riecht man im ganzen Haus. Wer es also ruhig mag, ist hier falsch. Man hört zwei der vier Zimmer die Musik aus der Bäckerei. Aber wie gesagt, wer einen guten Schlaf hat, hat es in der Wohnung herrlich! Uns hat es nicht gestört, weil die Betten sehr bequem sind.

• Josie Jensen (2/5): Loud doors, noisy AC, and poor service ruined our stay—nothing like the photos, won’t return - Location was good but I guess m os t location is good when you are in Venice. We kept waking up every time someone came into the hallway because of the very loud sound that was heard every time someone came in and the door closed. It was very disturbing that we kept waking up at night because of it. It was also the noise from the air conditioner that was annoying and there was a lack of personal service from the staff. A place we will unfortunately never come back to and cannot recommend. The pictures are nicer than reality

В подарок от отеля был ваучер на бесплатный завтрак. Не хватало столика или тумбочек внутри номера. Нужно брать с собой средство от комаров.

The room was spacious and the bathroom was amazing - the design and the water pressure were excellent. It was a great base to explore Venice from.

• Yvonne Martina (9/5): Ein süsses Zimmer , gut zu erreichen , nahe gelegen an den Wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. - Die Lage war gut , nur etwa 10 Gehminuten von der Fähre und den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt. Der Gastgeber hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert . Ein grösserer Mülleimer wäre gut gewesen , und eine Lampe über dem Bett wäre gut, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau.

Пространство просторное и комфортное, с приятным видом на одну из типичных и милых улочек Венеции. Очень атмосферное расположение: апартаменты находятся над пекарней, и каждое утро при выходе вас встречает манящий аромат свежей выпечки. Владельцы всегда на связи, очень доброжелательные, вежливые и отзывчивые. Рекомендую! Appartamento molto curato, pulito e arredato con grande gusto. Gli spazi sono ampi e ben organizzati, la stanza è particolarmente spaziosa e confortevole. Piacevole la vista su una delle tipiche e graziose stradine di Venezia, vivace e molto caratteristica. Un valore aggiunto è la posizione sopra una pasticceria: ogni mattina, uscendo dall’appartamento, si viene accolti dal profumo invitante di dolci appena sfornati. I proprietari sono sempre disponibili, gentili e molto cordiali. Un alloggio elegante e accogliente, consigliato. Nulla da segnalare.

• André (7/5): Buena ubicacion y limpieza. - Super buena ubicación, entramos con facilidad y el apartamento super limpio. El internet fallo toda una noche, a tomar en cuenta si necesitas conexión. Te dicen que tienes la cocina compartida pero no hay platos ni cubiertos, asi que solo se puede usar la refrigeradora.

• Darlene (8/5): It’s Venice- so it all good! - Location is fantastic. Out the door and you are in the middle of Venice. Room was big. Bit odd to access but worth considering if you are looking for accommodation in Venice.

• Stephane (6/5): Bien situé pour visiter. Dispendieux pour ce que la chambre a à offrir. Je ne conseille pas. - La localisation était parfaite. tres central et le quartier animé. Nous nous sommes fait offrir un voucher pour dejeuner chez Farini ( pâtisserie juste en dessous) Difficile a localiser à l'arrivée *( aucun insigne extérieur) - Aucun rangements ou ameublement pratique dans la chambre. Le wi-fi a fonctionné une seule journée sur trois. Il nous était impossible de faire notre travail malgré le fait que nous avons informé les hôtes par écrit et par appel. Aucun retour sur la situation nous a été fait. Le dernier matin avant le départ, le WI-FI est revenu.

• Kane (3/5): Disaster, blood on bedding on arrival and host would not help us! - Unsanitary bedding as there were blood stains on our bedsheets. When we tried to contact the property no one replied and just blatantly ignored us. We tried messaging the property everyday of our stay (3 nights) and they never even replied but still messaged us regarding leaving the tax money on the table.

An added bonus that you got free coffee/breakfast token for the cafe downstairs. We could also leave our bags in the communal kitchen area as we arrived before check in which was helpful. Was quite loud at night!

• Alison (7/5): Amazing location ! - The room is spacious and incredibly clean but very ‘minimalist’ on the furniture. The best thing about Farini however is the location - easy access to absolutely everything. What the room and facilities lacked was well and truly made up by the location. Fabulous bakery/pizza place downstairs (and a bonus breakfast voucher for our stay) and easy walk to the train station or vaporetto. We needed some info from our hosts and they responded within the day. What could give Farini much higher ratings are just simple things that are lacking. There’s a kettle in the common area but no cups. Not even glasses to get a glass of water (neither in the actual room). We had to go and buy plastic cups from the supermarket just to be able to get a drink of water … and recycled our paper coffee cups to make tea in the mornings. It’s quiet strange and I just don’t understand is as everywhere we’ve stayed has had some kind of glassware (even plastic) and bottles of water. I think this is such a simple fix but it was actually quite annoying and detracted from what was otherwise a great stay.

• Raluca (8/5): Great modern suite in the heart of Venice - The property is very well located, close to the Rialto Bridge and max 30 minute walk from most attractions. The room was sufficiently spacious, clean and the shower was also nicely sized. The host is responsive and helpful and provided information before and after we checked in. There is a common kitchen area where you can put stuff in the fridge, but no cleaning facilities or crockery. There is a very nice bakery at the ground floor of the building that serves really nice coffee, pastries and pizza. You could hear everything happening outside, but I believe acustic insulation is not something that was considered for the old buildings. If you’re a light sleeper I recommend getting some ear plugs, or walk yourself to exhaustion so you can have a deep sleep.

• Veronika (8/5): An excellent option for a small trip. - Amazing location, kind owner, great shower cabin and water pressure, modern style, comfortable bed. There is a fridge in the common room where you can keep your food. A little bit dark inside the room. It would be great to update the bed linen with new ones, some of them have washed out stains.
