• Andrew Mark (10/5): Lovely house & good location - We had a lovely four night stay here. The house was clean & very spacious. We enjoyed the well equipped kitchen including Nespresso machine. The dining area and lounge were comfortable. Very large TV to relax infront of. The bed was comfortable and plenty of hot water for the shower. We have been travelling so appreciated the washing machine & dryer. There was a quiet shaded courtyard to relax in. The WiFi was good as was the air conditioning. The property owners were very responsive. Good location within walking distance of beach & jetty.
• Samantha (10/5): - Cleanliness was great and house was equipped with all the things we needed for cooking. We needed to buy extra toilet paper after 1 night, would have been good if we had some extra on hand in the house as we were staying 4 nights.

The place had an excellent kitchen but the cooking utensils provided was very poor, i.e No potato peeler No microwave safe containers to use in the microwave Wok burner but no wok Pasta pot but no lid No oven mits or placemats No hand towel in the kitchen No steamer pot to cook vegetables Only 3 dishwasher tablets for a week's accomodation No window coverings in the family room to blockout the neighbour's cctv camera of their driveway The pathway to the door was littered with garden refuse

• Bonnie (10/5): I will come again. - Good location; a cozy place; provide everything you need；very clean and comfortable to stay There are ABC three units, but the address doesn’t show me which one it is, so it took me over 10min to find which unit it is and where is the key box (but it might be for safety)； The driveway and garage are a bit narrow. Friends who drive large vehicles should pay attention to this

• Wang (8/5): - It's conveniently located near the supermarkets and jetty. Central heating is good, and all the rooms are adequately warmed up during the cold winter nights, especially on rainy nights. The driveway is a little narrow, and the garage is a little tight for an SUV to park in. There's no door to the bathroom in the master bedroom.

The large shower and bathroom, double walk-in robes. A beautiful kitchen and meal preparation space. The list could go on. The fact I only booked three nights..
• Deborah (6/5): Great facilities and location but no advice given to manage facilities. - All the major facilities were great. There were no specific facility directions provided. The alarm went off and we needed to evacuate the building due to the noise which probably caused damage to our ears. After some time when I contacted the Geographe management it was silenced. There was no explanation re the use of the aircon. I asked the neighbours to help us understand how to use the aircon. There was no explanation re how to use the TV. Unbelievably, for a 10 day stay, only one roll of toilet paper was left in the main bedroom and en-suite. There was no option to open windows. All were locked and we were not given a key.
• Bethw86 (9/5): Centrally located modern family home - Very comfortable beds and nice and close to town - only an easy 15min walk. We experienced some plumbing problems during our stay and the hosts were quick to respond to rectify things. Some of the bath towels were quite old / worn. No tissues were supplied. A floor length mirror in the hallway or master bedroom would be useful as we attended for a wedding and we would have appreciated this when getting ready. It is also quite difficult for a family of 5 adults to use the property with only one set of keys provided.

• Tim (8/5): House was good, system is bad. - I paid for the stay up front and before I could get the keys to the House I was required to pay a further deposit of $200. Further to this at the end of the stay I get check out instructions telling me that I have clean the some of the property as well.

The house is ver - It’s quiet location and also very near to shops and town centre. Was not able to arrange before that I have an EV ride and there was miscommunication on whether I could charge using my mobile connector. I ended up charging outside on fastcharger Chargefox which was not far.

• Kerri (9/5): Lovely stay in Busselton - Lovely clean modern accommodation, very comfortable beds. Nice little outdoor area. Lock up garage. Very quiet. Easy flat walk to beach and into shopping area ( about 1klm to shops) Would recommend to friends.

Very family friendly as well, my kids had a great time. Also has a garage for the rental car. Beds were a little soft for my liking, but still comfortable

Excellent value for money and really well appointed. The beds were comfortable, there was a choice of pillows. It really exceeded expectations Some tea and coffee would definitely be the icing on the cake

• Chelsia (10/5): Awesome, awesome, awesome. - Was the best apartment I have ever stayed in all time. Clean, thoughtful arrangements and finishes, good vibes throughout. Doesn’t look like much from the front view but it was awesome the minute I walked in. I hope it continues to be as clean as it is and kudos to the team for service and attention to details. Amazing stay. Nothing.

Comfortable beds, great lounge area, well stocked kitchen and great showers. Lovely small, sheltered outdoor area. Short walk to the beach, jetty and superb food. • Natalie (10/5): Perfect! - The photos of this property don't do it justice. It is in a great location, extremely clean, spacious, comfortable & just an overall beautiful place. Great value for money for our family of 6. There is nothing to dislike about this place!

• Band (7/5): Good - The place was clean and fully equipped. Was difficult to find the drop box to get access to the property. There were leftover items from the previous tenants and broken glass in the cupboard. Also the third bedroom with the globe lighting was very dark and sheets uncomfortable.

• Nina (10/5): This was a fantastic house, Walking distance to everything, Styling and amenities just gorgeous - We attended the Open Water competition at Busselton, Great location only a 10 min walk to the Jetty. House was spacious allowing for the teens to have their own room. Amenities and furnishings were a high standard and the air conditioning system was fantastic. Walking distance to the supermarket and restaurants. Geograpghe Holiday Rentals were great prompt responses while we were there and solved any questions My only feedback would be that we wish that we could have access to opening the garage without constantly having to go through the house. It also would be good if the leaving instructions were in a booklet somewhere along with some recommended restaurants in the area. The instructions were sent via email which I only noticed 3 days after we got back...I mean we're on holiday after all, emails turned off :-)

Nothing that we didn’t like in the unit. The area around could have more cafes or food choices/ takeaway (not the likes of Mac Donald’s)
