• Hoàng Long (7/5): khách sạn tốt nhưng có 1 nhân viên không chuẩn mực. - phòng sạch sẽ, giá cả hợp lý, vị trí gần hồ tây chỉ cách mấy bước đi bộ. tất cả mọi thứ đều và đáng lẽ tôi đã đánh giá 10 điểm cho đến khi có 1 cu em nhân viên nam liên tục hỏi 2 vợ chồng tôi thanh toán tiền phòng chưa 3 ngày liên tiếp cứ mỗi lần ra khỏi thang máy là lại hỏi với theo rất là mất lịch sự, ngồi trực thì xoay ngang điện thoại. còn bé nhân viên nữ thì rất lễ phép và chuyên nghiệp. tôi rất mong các bạn chấn chỉnh để phục vụ tốt hơn. dù sao cũng cảm ơn rất nhiều vì kỳ nghỉ.

• Michelle (8/5): - The location was great right next to the lake and lots of eating places. We are travelling by bicycle and our bikes were stored securely in the hotel garage. We were waiting for visa's for China and booked our room day to day. The staff were very helpful with this and did not book the room out to anyone else. The room was cleaned regularly and bedding changed. The bed was super comfy, which good because we stayed for over 2 weeks. We will definitely stay again when we return to Hanoi. The view from our window was another wall and a few aircon units., but this was on the ground floor. Our original room was a better view, but we had to move due to the toilet being blocked and maybe this room was the only one available.

• Rupali (1/5): Worst! Dont take risk to book! - Nothing! Worst experiance! The staff specially a boy who seats on reception was pathetic and worst! He cancelled our booking without intimating us. He told us to leave the place at midnight 3 am

• Aleksey Azarenko (5/5): Номер удобный и в основном тихий. просто бесит незнание английского языка !!!! - расположение. рядом с озером. в номере нет шума от улиц, но гавкают собаки. рядом много кафе и магазинов. в номере повсюду волосы. нет горячей воды. очень скользкий пол в душе. никто не говорит по английски !!! прожил там неделю и в итоге менеджер сказал, что мне надо уехать в 4 утра. т.к я заехал в 4 утра. и мне надо доплачивать за каждый час после 4 утра. я так и непонял, почему мне надо уехать.. менеджер пытался что то объяснить через гугл переводчик, но я ничего не понял .. просто переехал в другой отель. я бы прожил в этом отеле еще неделю, но меня буквально выставили за дверь

• Nguyen (7/5): - Det er dejligt at løbe en rundtur omkring Vest Lake om morgenen og om aftenen. Der er ikke mange rejsebureauer vil hente deres kunde fra hotellet som de plejes i de gamle by. Man må selv gå til aftalenafhentningstedet.

• Galina (6/5): Отель у озера - Отель расположен на набережной у озера. Там приятно прогуливаться и удобно вызывать такси. Номер достаточно большой, в нем было всё необходимое. Кровать была удобной. Сотрудники никак не реагируют на гостей, даже не здороваются. Выполняли работу неохотно, общались на английском через гугл переводчик. На вторую ночь перестала работать горячая вода, что сделало посещения душа невозможным

• Trang (1/5): - Mình đặt 2 phòng có xác nhận qua email nhưng đến nơi nhân viên báo bên em chỉ còn 1 phòng đôi, các chị có check-in hay không thì thôi. Không hề có thái độ hỗ trợ, phòng đôi khá bé, khách sạn cũng đã cũ.

• Madeline (5/5): - L'emplacement calme. La chambre n'était pas propre, il y avait même des fourmis qui se baladaient sur le bureau. La salle de bain avait du moisi au mur et il est noté qu'il y a une navette pour l'aéroport, ce qui est faux.

• Smilla (1/5): Scammed!! - - They cancelled our booking even though we informed on our late arrival and they confirmed. When we got there we paid for the room and the receptionist told us that we would get our change back, never gave us back the change and the manager referenced to that we got a deal on booking and that it was usually more expensive to stay there and that was the reason we wouldn’t get our change back. We checked in at 1 at night and asked if we should book two nights and the receptionist told us to only book one night for us to be waken up staff saying that our checkout time was at 1 the following night and that we had to pay for all the extra hours we had stayed. (This was not informed when we checked in) who has a check out time at 1 am. So we had to pay extra for that aswell,DONT GO HERE!!
• Ngoc Kim Anh (1/5): Tệ - Phòng giống ảnh Nhân viên lễ tân , bạn nam có thái độ k niềm nở , ko một nụ cười với khách, mình đặt 2 đêm , nhưng có việc mình đổi thành 1 đêm , bên ấy k hỗ trợ , trong khi vẫn có thể hỗ trợ dc, nghiệp vụ lọng cọng, yếu kém, cần training khi làm ngành dịch vụ.

• Patrick (5/5): Kann man machen, preis Leistung passt. - Das Hotel überzeugt durch seine super Lage und bietet kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten für Motorräder – ein großer Pluspunkt! Die Ausstattung des Hotels ist modern, und es verfügt über einen Lift. Allerdings fährt dieser erst ab dem 1. Obergeschoss, weshalb das Hotel für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität weniger geeignet ist. Die Zimmer variieren stark je nach Preis. Das günstige Zimmer mit Hofblick war klein und wenig geräumig. Nach Besichtigung haben wir uns für das deutlich größere und geräumigere Zimmer mit Meerblick entschieden, das uns sehr zugesagt hat. Fazit: Mit motivierterem Personal hätte dieses Hotel großes Potenzial und könnte eine echte Goldgrube sein. Es eignet sich besonders für Reisende, die keinen Luxus erwarten, aber eine gute Lage und erschwingliche Preise schätzen. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Zimmers zu wünschen übrig. Von Kalkflecken bis hin zu Zigarettenstummeln auf dem „Balkon/Feuertreppe“ gab es Verbesserungspotenzial. Angesichts des Preises war dies aber noch verkraftbar. Eine Preisliste für die Minibar fehlte ebenfalls, was etwas verwirrend war (siehe Bilder). Das Personal war leider der größte Schwachpunkt. Am Abend der Buchung waren wir vor Ort, um die Zimmer anzuschauen, und erhielten dabei gute Unterstützung. Aber in den darauffolgenden Gesprächen war die Freundlichkeit nicht gegeben – weder ein „Hallo“ noch ein „Auf Wiedersehen“ war zu erwarten.

• Anja (4/5): - What was good is the room/location you can finally have a sleep in a noisy city. Stuff does not speak any other language, then V., neither they try to translate or answer the questions. I had a feeling, they are enough busy and do not need you as guest ever again. When I asked about tour, stations how to go somewhere they did not even translate it or tried to ask someone. Also, payment only by cash.
